Barely a short story with some late 70s photos added to stretch the whole thing out. I'm sad for anyone who paid $1.50 at a book fair back in 1981 when there were probably some nice "Hang in There" cat posters for less.

I think I got this at a RIF (Reading is Fundamental) book fair some time during junior high. RIF was awesome- you got to walk through a room and pick a FREE book to take home and keep. Thank you, PTA!
