5 MILLION STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can barely type through my tears but just know i’m amazed, i’m happy & I’d give up my first born for lily & lo. lo & lily. <3 i’m gonna go cry myself to sleep now.

we are. i don’t even have to say the words. he knows the answer too.
lilo. my babies. there aren’t enough stars in the galaxy for them…seriously, marking this book as only 5 stars is criminal. lilo made me fall in love with the friends to lovers trope. it was never a trope that i was super excited for but just wow. if i’m THIS emotional about lilo’s last book…then i seriously can’t imagine what’s going to happen when i read raisy’s last book.
i absolutely DEVOURED this book. i am so proud of lily and lo. their character development is so satisfying and beautiful. but krista and becca ritchie really put us through it. lilo’s journey has been one of the most emotional, painful, heartbreaking, devastatingly beautiful journeys i’ve EVER followed.

lilo are no longer just my parents🤭i’m smiling so hard just thinking about them with moffy. the way they never wanted to have children because of their addictions…but honestly their fear is what’s going to make them the best parents🥹

i slowly walk toward him, and he holds out his hand, waiting for me to near and take it.

after a few minutes, the song dies down, and we ease to a slower sway. i want to hear his answer, even if it doesn’t make much sense now that we’re moving to the music.
i grow the courage to ask anyway, “will you dance with me?� for some reason, i still fear that rejection, the familiar response that always comes.
he cups my round face, his fingers lost in my hair, and his lips curve. very softly, he says, “yes, love. i’ll dance with you.�

the way i could keep going on and on about lilo, but you guys just need to read this series and experience lilo’s journey for yourselves, i seriously recommend😭ugh this book was so good and even tho i’m really sad this was lilo’s last book…i’m excited to continue the series because of how much i love all of these characters. i just love that the core six are all living together again🤭
there were so many coballoway and raisy moments that i LOVED, but since their books are next, i’m going to wait to talk about them hehe. this review is for lilo🫶🏼but i will say that my heart hurts for daisy and i have a feeling raisy’s last book is going to be emotional😭i already know i’m about to have a fun time with coballoway🤭

i seriously fucking hate those kids who went out of their way to torment all my babies throughout this book. i wanted them all to get in trouble. i get that part of it was to set up the bad reputation duet but damn it was annoying. those guys in mexico…when they were speaking spanish saying all those horrible, disgusting things about lily. that shit seriously made me sick. when connor and ryke could understand what was being said because they can speak spanish. i just loved how connor told lo to let ryke go beat the shit outta them😭
i don’t like lo and ryke’s dad and the fact that ryke is gonna be his donor. ryke is doing it for himself tho and that’s the kind of person he is but i just hate this situation for ryke…i hate it for lo too because let’s be real…he’s a shitty dad and the fact that lo and ryke haven’t given up on him…there better be some sort of redemption arc to make me like him. like he better change especially after ryke does this for him.

Addicted After All is a masterpiece—my Roman Empire, my everything. This book is pure perfection. It was just beautiful seeing how Lily and Lo have come so far. I was crying, sobbing, laughing, screaming, squealing, and giggling while reading this, but it was all worth it. They might relapse in the future, but now they know how to deal with that and all the backlash and the rumours. Every character in this book is fighting their own battle in their own way. I love everyone in this book with all of my heart. I can’t even articulate in words how much these characters mean to me.
This whole series is so amazing and shows that no matter who you are, you always need people by your side who love you selflessly. It shows the true meaning of love, family, friendships, relationships, brotherhood, and sisterhood. People have their own fears, their own damaged and tainted parts, but the good parts also exist. And there is always hope, a chance of becoming a better version of themselves. Most importantly, there are people who are addicted to something their whole lives, but you can never judge them based on their addictions. We never really know what put them in such a position, and Lily and Lo made me realise that you can overcome anything in this world—even your worst fears and addictions—if you have enough faith in yourself and if you have people by your side who will love you forever without any judgement.
In this book, the Core Six decided to live together, and so much is happening. They are all dealing with those rebellious teenagers in their new neighbourhood. They all needed stability in their lives after everything they had been through, and they finally got it. But there are still so many battles left to fight, and they are not going to back away from them until they win.
Lily Hale is my most adorable and absolutely perfect girl. I admire her so much for everything she went through and how she dealt with her addiction when everyone was against her. She is the purest, strongest, sweetest, and most lovable. She is goofy and introspective. And I love how she shipped every couple in this series—she always knew which two people would be a couple. She is imaginative and the observer of their group. She will always be my special girl. She always tries her best, whether it’s becoming a mother, a sister, or dealing with her sex addiction. She never backs down from anything, and I love that she finally got her own happy life with Loren, Maximoff, and her sisters.
“I want them to believe that I’m strong enough to be a good mum. Some days, I think I am. Other days, I have to convince myself all over again. But I’m going to get there. And I won’t give up.�
Loren Hale is everything to me and the love of my life. Words will never be enough to show how much I love him and how much I relate to his character. I love his sarcastic geek side, and I know his glaring eyes might kill you, but he can be sweet too, you know. He’s my cinnamon roll. He lets people hurt him because he thinks he deserves that pain and suffering, but he didn’t know that he is the strongest and most lovable man. And once he has confidence in himself, he is unstoppable. “He is ice and scotch, sharp and dizzying—breathtakingly gorgeous.� And the way he loves Lily is everything. I have never seen someone like Lo who loves so selflessly. His love is all-consuming and breathtaking. Lo and Moffy are the cutest and most adorable father-son duo. God, I want more of them. Loren Hale “The coolest and the hottest celebrity dad.� I mean, it’s the fact.
“Never did I think I’d be the recipient of fragile, precious things. Every single part of me is alive today. And it���ll be tomorrow. I’m not dying in my own body anymore. I am truly living. Peace courses through me. It’s the quiet that I never thought existed. And the heaven that I never believed was meant for me.�
Lily and Loren are my comfort couple, and every time I read about them, it feels like coming home. Their story brings me comfort, warmth, and joy. I have read so many books about so many amazing couples, but I have never read a book about two people who fit so well together—like they are one soul in two bodies. There will always be Lily and Loren in each and every universe because they are the same people in different fonts. They both will always be addicts, but now they are so much more than that.
They are now the best versions of themselves. They are the strongest people I have ever read about. Their love is just so utterly beautiful, and I am so very happy that I got the chance to read about their beautiful story and these amazing people. Their love is out of this world and unattainable. They make sacrifices for each other, but they will never leave each other’s side. They have this co-dependent relationship, but they have grown so much on their own and together, and I admire them for their strength and the struggles they have been through. I’m irrevocably, endlessly, and forever in love with these two.
I love reading their small adorable moments—how Lo teases her and winks at Lily. They are so adorable, and how Lo fake winces when Lily hits him. And how they hug each other when things are hard and help each other fight their addictions. It was everything, and it was mesmerisingly beautiful. If anyone asks me the definition of ‘soulmates,� I can tell them—just read about Lily and Loren, and you will know what truly ‘soulmatism� means. Lilo is my superior comfort couple from this series. I love my Marvel nerds so much.
This book is the last book of Lily and Lo, but it is the start of something more beautiful and a peaceful life with their son, Maximoff. Another thing I loved the most was Ryke and Lo’s brotherhood and Connor and Lo’s friendship. It is one of the best things about this book. Their bond is unbreakable and very heartwarming. I enjoyed Connor and Lo’s banter in this one. And I was literally shipping these two because of how sexily adorable they were in this book. Connor and Loren’s kiss in Mexico was everything and the highlight of this book.
The writing was, as usual, perfect, impeccable and simple, yet exquisite and beautiful. The pace was perfect—nothing felt too fast or too slow, and nothing was missing. It was the way it should always have been. There were so many beautiful quotes in this one, and that is one of the reasons why this book is my favourite of this series so far. There’s this thing about Krista and Becca’s writing that just makes you fall in love with the characters so easily. They always write the characters with so much depth and emotion that you can’t help but feel every emotion these characters feel. It’s like I was living this life with these characters, and it is the most utterly beautiful feeling for me.
The Halloween chapter was perfect, beautiful and overwhelming for me. The wedding scene was mesmerisingly beautiful and one of the best scenes from this book. I am so happy that they finally got the life they deserved. They fought so hard and made so many sacrifices just so they could finally start living their beautiful life the way Lily and Lo always wanted. I love them so much, and they always are going to be my forever favourite couple of this series.
There’s still so much I want to say about these characters and this series. This series is so comforting, heartwarming and riveting. The best decision I have ever made in my life was to start this series.

Addicted After All is a masterpiece—my Roman Empire, my everything. This book is pure perfection. It was just beautiful seeing how Lily and Lo have come so far. I was crying, sobbing, laughing, screaming, squealing, and giggling while reading this, but it was all worth it. They might relapse in the future, but now they know how to deal with that and all the backlash and the rumours. Every character in this book is fighting their own battle in their own way. I love everyone in this book with all of my heart. I can’t even articulate in words how much these characters mean to me.
This whole series is so amazing and shows that no matter who you are, you always need people by your side who love you selflessly. It shows the true meaning of love, family, friendships, relationships, brotherhood, and sisterhood. People have their own fears, their own damaged and tainted parts, but the good parts also exist. And there is always hope, a chance of becoming a better version of themselves. Most importantly, there are people who are addicted to something their whole lives, but you can never judge them based on their addictions. We never really know what put them in such a position, and Lily and Lo made me realise that you can overcome anything in this world—even your worst fears and addictions—if you have enough faith in yourself and if you have people by your side who will love you forever without any judgement.

In this book, the Core Six decided to live together, and so much is happening. They are all dealing with those rebellious teenagers in their new neighbourhood. They all needed stability in their lives after everything they had been through, and they finally got it. But there are still so many battles left to fight, and they are not going to back away from them until they win.
Lily Hale is my most adorable and absolutely perfect girl. I admire her so much for everything she went through and how she dealt with her addiction when everyone was against her. She is the purest, strongest, sweetest, and most lovable. She is goofy and introspective. And I love how she shipped every couple in this series—she always knew which two people would be a couple. She is imaginative and the observer of their group. She will always be my special girl. She always tries her best, whether it’s becoming a mother, a sister, or dealing with her sex addiction. She never backs down from anything, and I love that she finally got her own happy life with Loren, Maximoff, and her sisters.

Loren Hale is everything to me and the love of my life. Words will never be enough to show how much I love him and how much I relate to his character. I love his sarcastic geek side, and I know his glaring eyes might kill you, but he can be sweet too, you know. He’s my cinnamon roll. He lets people hurt him because he thinks he deserves that pain and suffering, but he didn’t know that he is the strongest and most lovable man. And once he has confidence in himself, he is unstoppable. “He is ice and scotch, sharp and dizzying—breathtakingly gorgeous.� And the way he loves Lily is everything. I have never seen someone like Lo who loves so selflessly. His love is all-consuming and breathtaking. Lo and Moffy are the cutest and most adorable father-son duo. God, I want more of them. Loren Hale “The coolest and the hottest celebrity dad.� I mean, it’s the fact.

Lily and Loren are my comfort couple, and every time I read about them, it feels like coming home. Their story brings me comfort, warmth, and joy. I have read so many books about so many amazing couples, but I have never read a book about two people who fit so well together—like they are one soul in two bodies. There will always be Lily and Loren in each and every universe because they are the same people in different fonts. They both will always be addicts, but now they are so much more than that.

They are now the best versions of themselves. They are the strongest people I have ever read about. They have this co-dependent relationship, but they have grown so much on their own and together, and I admire them for their strength and the struggles they have been through. I’m irrevocably, endlessly, and forever in love with these two.

I love reading their small adorable moments—how Lo teases her and winks at Lily. They are so adorable, and how Lo fake winces when Lily hits him. And how they hug each other when things are hard and help each other fight their addictions. It was everything, and it was mesmerisingly beautiful. If anyone asks me the definition of ‘soulmates,� I can tell them—just read about Lily and Loren, and you will know what truly ‘soulmatism� means. Lilo is my superior comfort couple from this series. I love my Marvel nerds so much.

I don’t think I’ve ever loved a hero/heroine duo as much as I love both Lily and Lo. I was equal parts excited and sad to finish the third and final Addicted book. It was a bittersweet moment for me. Yes, I know there are spin offs and we get LiLo there, but it’s not the same. They are one of those couples I can’t get enough of. This was for sure my favorite book of the series so far!
It’s been years since Lily and Lo went from childhood best friends, to being in a fake relationship, then to giving it a real go. They have been officially together for years. Everything they do, they do for each other. Their love is undeniable. It’s all consuming and beautiful. It’s strong enough to help them fight their battles. They both know they can do anything, get through anything as long as the other is by their side. Lily gives Lo his strength, and he does the same for her.
This book was super emotional for me. I don’t know if it’s because it’s the last Lily and Lo book or what, but there it had me in tears more than once. There was one scene in particular I was listening to while driving to work and I just started bawling like a baby. My heart was filled with such joy I cried. I just feel so connected to these characters I can’t help but get attached.
Lily and Lo are my favorite couple, but I love all the other group dynamics as well. Lo and Ryke have the most special relationship to me. They are half brothers but so much more than that. Lo would have never gotten sober without the help of Ryke. Ryke loves his brother so much. I think Ryke was the first person to truly believe in Lo and support him (aside from Lily) and it made all the difference. I also love Connor and Lo’s friendship. Neither of these guys really had any close guy friends and they have a banter and bond I love reading about. And of course the 3 sisters. I love them all together.
This is a series where I love every single character, every single page of every single book. It is my new favorite series. Lily and Lo have made these books so special for me. Something about this couple makes my heart so happy. I love them so much. I loved the geeky references in this story the most- they made my inner nerd so happy! These books are amazing. I can’t recommend them enough and I honestly can’t believe I put off reading them for so long! Addicted After All was the perfect conclusion to Lily and Lo’s epic romance and I can’t wait to read more about these characters! �

I felt such euphoric happiness yet heart tugging emotions while reading this and I’m so happy to have experienced lilo as I did. forever treasuring this and them.

how do I even review this?! Trying not to make this too long and without spoilers but this book touched the deepest parts of my heart with every emotion it managed to evoke out of me—just the best emotions you could think of. I laughed and SOBBED, I literally sobbed so much, almost the entirety of this as a lot happened. Btw I lied this one is my favorite now lol even though it feels impossible to pick as each book gave me something.
Lily and lo are truly so much more than their addictions & i love them for it. Yes, they are extremely flawed characters and so much could be said about them initially but I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. They’re perfectly imperfect—as cliche as that sounds. Real characters with real conflicting problems—that’s what I look for and loved in this series.
The character development and growth was so real and apparent here. It was unmatched and so beautifully executed. they honestly deserve the world and I’ll forever be rooting for them bc they feel so very real in my mind.
Before I talk about Lily and lo, I just have to say how this was about much more than addiction and romance. It was also a story about family and friendship.
I loved the growth in every characters relationship to one another. It was so wholesome and managed to make me feel and laugh along with them. I genuinely cherished the found family made here and all their moments with one another. I adored Connor and rose so much here, they didn’t fail to amaze me with their transformation. Connor and lo’s relationship evolved greatly and there was more vulnerability in it with some truths (some of which I gasped at). Lilys relationship with rose and esp with daisy was the strongest here. I love the representation the authors have shown to all the characters and their struggles whatever it may be esp with daisy in dealing with her ptsd as its been tough but thankfully she had everyone’s support.
Lo and rose’s relationship was as chaotic as always but so oddly loving. She never fails to threaten any man with their balls and castrate them� we love her for that.
ryke and lo’s relationship was just as great here and it meant so much for lo to have that support. While I am not a Raisy fan, I kinda enjoyed them here 🫣 mostly their individual relationships with everyone. Rykes character is so contradictory, the author really knew how to write him as I have such a like/dislike towards him.
I definitely have more in depth thoughts but this is enough to not spoil.

Their love so epic and all consuming. It’s been the strongest force in ensuring they could handle any challenge that comes their way and have proven through time that they can. Literal soulmates is what they are. They went from enabling each others addictions and selfishly living—to being understanding and undeniably supportive and completely selfless loving humans. It’s been so bittersweet getting to this point. They’ve proved to be so strong in the end and i couldn’t be happier that they finally got their happy ending

lily she really flourished here. Her character development was incredible to see unfold and I was cheering her on every min. she started to come out her introverted shell and spoke up for herself—not feeling so shameful as she used to. I was in such awe seeing her thrive and not get weighed down by her addiction and self doubt from things that happened as she wanted to be the best version of herself. she didn’t allow herself to give up and succeeded in picking herself up esp motivated by this new chapter in her life. It was the sweetest and so heartwarming to see her with moffy, I loved each and every moment. I definitely felt like I connected with her so much in this book. the nurturing side to her really showed and it made me love her more.
I can't stop staring at her. She's been through every piece of my life with me. And it's overwhelming and incomprehensible. �
lo clearly both Lily and lo had incredible character development but lo’s character development here??!! The absolute best. you saw and felt it in every part of this book. Proud would be an understatement because he surpassed that. lorendilf hale the man that you are. Now I feel like I can romanticize him bc he’s in a much healthier place and mindset. there wasn’t one moment that I wasn’t living for how supportive he was, his thoughts, his words, his inherent protectiveness, the way he spoke and thought about Lily, his love for her and his family. ugh this man. Family became such a key focus for him here and it didn’t disappoint. It helped motivate him more to be steady with his addiction. He was so so selfless compared to how he initially was in addicted to you. How far we’ve come 🥺
The Ritchie sisters writing has been so amazing to read throughout each book. This series has undoubtedly the best character development I’ve ever read. They created a world with such intricate characters and I loved and ate up each min/moment of it all. The love I have for Lily and lo runs so deep and they will forever be home to me. I already can’t wait to return to them when I reread 😩

I can’t stop crying. This series owns my soul now. I loved how Lily and Los story ended, their love for eachother is like nothing I’ve ever read before and it melted my heart. I would seriously die for them at this point 😭😭The found family in these books is absolutely perfect. The relationship growth between Lo and Ryke and Lo and Connor was everything in this book. These two will forever and always have a special place in my heart, I’m entirely depressed that this is their last book. Like how can it be over???? We went through so much together 🥲

SQUEEE!!! This is my #1 Top Favorite on-going series!!! I have loved every single word of every single book so far, and once again, this new book was everything I could have wanted and more!!
This series truly makes you believe in the unwavering bonds of loyalty between family and the strength of love between people willing to sacrifice anything for each other; who want nothing more in life than than to be together. The Addicted series is sexy, angsty, and completely addictive. The characters come alive as you read, they feel like real friends you know and care about. With it's unique storyline, flawless writing, and compelling characters, THIS is a series that every New Adult romance fan should be reading.
You get a special heart-racing feeling before starting a book in a series you love. That feeling is magnified a hundred times when you know its the last main book about a couple you love. So, all in all, my heart was fluttering all over the place as I excitedly dove into this book.
The moment I started it was like meeting back up with old friends. Everything was so familiar but tinged with the excitement of what was to come. Over the course of this series, the Addicted characters have become such a part of my heart that they feel real. I've seen them come so far together -- from the highest highs to the lowest lows, and I've seen them earn every minute of the happiness they find along the way. But more than anything else, I love that no matter how strongly their love or loyalty is tested, it's clear that nothing will ever break that bond. These authors have built an entire series around a core group of characters building each other up and helping each other face their battles. It's refreshing and inspiring.
If you're new to the series, I'll just give you a little intro: This is a story that started with Lily Calloway (a sex addict) and Loren Hale (an alcoholic). These two addicts, both fighting so many personal demons, both desperately searching for something outside their grasp, fell in love... and their love for each other gave them the strength and will to battle their addictions, and to strive to become healthy again for each other. For a better future, and for a healthy future. I think the most important thing to remember though is that these are deeply flawed characters. They make mistakes. They are addicts. But equally important is to never let go of the fact that they love each other more than anything. There's no Lily without Lo and no Lo without Lily. And that love is what gets them through even the darkest times.

But Lily and Lo are two halves of a whole. They understand each other in ways few other people can. Not only did they grow up together and fall in love, but they've battles their addictions together. They've each seen each other at their worst and both helped each other get better. Their bond is absolutely unbreakable and you can feel that in every single moment of the series.
I can't praise the writing highly enough. If I could custom order a series to be written just for me, THIS series would be it. It has everything I love and nothing I hate, and at it's core it has that wonderful feeling where you know deep down in your heart, that no matter how hard the battle is, they'll make it through.
By the end, you truly see how Lily and Lo's story has come full circle as they prove to themselves and the world that their love is and always will be stronger than anything that is thrown at it.
There's a greater message embedded too that most people aren't perfect and may not fit into the "norm" -- maybe they're too conceited, too shy, too high strung, or too wild, aggressive, or awkward or anything else -- but it's okay to just be who you are. And to be proud of who are you.
These characters are also extremely open about discussing things which so many people would keep private and I love that. There's just this complete trust between them all, a lack of judgment, and a genuine desire to make each others' lives better that is just so incredibly heart-warming.
I say this in every review, but the thing I love most about this series is that it has never once relied on any "stupid drama" or "fabricated angst" to drive it forward. I have limitless respect for the direction that these authors continue to steer the series in. Everything that happens makes sense. Yes, there is angst, and there is drama, but it always feels right for the story and always has a purpose.
The ending was so beautiful that tears were running down my face. The happiest endings are the ones you fight hardest for, and no one fought harder than Lily & Lo. They earned every single moment of their happiness one day at a time. But with each other's love, and their family's support, they made it.
I couldn't put this book down. From the moment I started, I was glued to the page. Some scenes made me literally gasp right out loud in shock, others had me laughing like crazy, while others had me wiping tears or fanning myself. There's the perfect balance of everything. And you know it's a sign that the book is amazing when you read it as slowly as you possibly can to make it last just a little bit longer...
The Addicted series is sexy, angsty, heart-wrenching, and incredibly endearing. It's addictive, unputdownable, and one of the best character-driven dramatic romances I have ever read.
It's one of the only series that, each and every time a new book is released, I will drop everything I'm doing to read it without even needing to read the blurb. I have complete trust in these authors. I just hope that they never ever stop writing because I'll never stop looking forward to whatever they write next.
This series isn't over yet. There will be two more books coming (Rose & Connor's POV, and Daisy & Ryke's) and then the authors teased at the end of this book about their next series and when I saw who it would be about, my heart seriously skipped a beat. y'all, it feels like the end of an era for me and i can't help but feel a little nostalgic, and i hate & love this in equal measures. sobbing over the fact that this will be the last book where i get to hate on lo and love on lilo 😭 they're everything fr. pls everyone who hurt the core six deserves to go to fucking jail. 💀🔪 it's almost criminal how people in these books get away with so much shit and there's no consequences??? also i'm keeping my coballoway, lilo and raisy under my custody, no one is allowed to fucking steal them from me thank you very much. 🥺🔐

i'm not lying when i say i feel like they're the couple who have gone through the most character development, and i love that and them so much. 🤧
they're gorgeous & beautiful together and the growth they both showed? monumental. i was the hugest hater of them in the first few books of them together - ask anyone - but i absolutely love them now. that's not to say i love lo as a character, but i love him with lily so much. 💘
i'm still not the biggest fan of lo; hate him in fact, that lil fucker bugs the shit out of me - but i love the development he's gone through. the fact that he stayed sober through everything? icl i'm proud of that little shit. lily is so precious and while she had her annoying moments in the previous books, i can't deny she's absolutely so lovely in this one, and the way they are with each other? supporting each other through everything, being each other's biggest lifeline? they're so the definition of soulmates. and so are coballoway and raisy, btw, but i just feel like lilo hit different (pls this is not my statement to say i love them the most, don't take it as that though lol).

my thoughts on connor cobalt, rose c. cobalt, ryke meadows and daisy calloway will never change. i love them all to bits (especially my babies and my religion, raisy 🥺) and they're literally everything to me istg. the brotherly moments between lo and ryke? the banter & bromance between connor and ryke and lo? the no-sex pact between the sisters (i'm still laughing)?? i loved all of it. i lived every moment of this book and i don't regret a single second. they're the superior family for me, all of them, and just the way they have each others' backs always brings tears to my eyes. 😭
one thing that did annoy tf out of me tho was garrison. idk if it was supposed to be a callback to how lo started out as, but i didn't like it one bit. my thoughts on this will probably change as i read the bad reputation duet, but for now, i really don't like him. so just because he was troubled, he went to pour bottles of alcohol in front of a recovering alcoholic? scared someone with fucking ptsd (and that too my precious daisy)? i swear that was the one of the only times i felt so much for lo. wtf. willow is adorable fr, tho! i'm curious to see how their relationship is gonna develop.
*ignore my rating for this bc i was struggling to rate it and the fact that so many irritating things happened (i.e. - the "villains" being let go scot-free) and bugged me is also a factor. so yeah, look at my rating from an objective pov pls, enjoyment-wise this was definitely more of a 4 star read. but bottom line is - i truly adore all of them with all my heart. they're kind of like family - they're the worst and the best, but stay with you through everything. that's how i feel about the core six. 🥺

I am strong.
I have powers.
And my soul meets Loren Hale’s in every kiss. When the curtains on my universe close, he will still be with me. That, I’m sure of.

On October 31st, 2014 -- Halloween and Loren Hale's birthday -- the last book in Lily & Lo's POV will release. I've mentioned this somewhere else, but I want to say it here. Krista and I are so very, very grateful and honored to have all of you read this series. It's nine books. A huge commitment, yet so many of you have stuck with us. From beginning to end. And while there are two more books left, this is a little farewell to Lily & Lo, in a way.
We don't have dedications in any of our books because silently they're all dedicated to you. And there's only so many ways we can say "this is yours, from the bottom of our hearts."

the conclusion of Lily and Lo’s story... gotta say i got a lil emotional there. these kids have come so far. ofc, their journey were frustrating, exhausting and actually more stressful than my ex friend’s cat’s giving birth, to follow through. (i didn't like their previous books as much coz while I sympathized with em, it was v V V hard to enjoy reading from their povs), but these two endured it all together and i just- am pwoud 🤧

i would not last one hour with this group of children. i am too much of a hater piece of shit to deal with all this mess. raisy and connor are the only reason i got through any of the books. i am looking forward to cobolloway’s conclusion, however, these authors love to milk their series till the very last drop. they are giving suzanne valenti and caroline peckham a run for their money, except it’s more jarring since this isn’t fantasy.
i am gonna go on a limb here and say—this whole series is so overhyped (for me). i don’t think the characters are interesting enough to have this many books to their name—full of redundancy and repetition. after a while the entire meaning is lost because of the amount of times they have repeated and portrayed the same scenes over and over again. the characters also don’t behave their age, and almost every single one of them have only one archetype the authors lean into. i don’t feel any dynamic personality with the characters, because of the weird box the authors put them, and force them to stay in. in addition, if you are a grown adult, i expect your deportment to show and reflect these mannerisms. we can’t be acting like hotheaded children at the ripe age of twenty-five. YOU HAVE A KID NOW. be fucking for real.

rose = catty, cutthroat, fierce girl.
daisy = left out, ignored, sunshine girl.
loren = asshole, damaged guy.
connor = aloof, mysterious, nonchalant put together guy.
ryke = intense brooding, strong guy.
i also don’t feel that soulmate energy with lilo and so maybe that’s a personal issue. the authors had a direction they were going in, but unfortunately, it feels like they got greedy and starting writing blather. you could cut out almost half of this book and nothing would’ve changed. you also cannot convince me that grown adults speak to each other this way, with no development thus far. i LOVE found family, but not at the expense of everybody’s story getting mashed and jumbled into one. ryke’s constant need to not choose between the love of his life and his younger brother was so unserious. loren and connor would never have that thought, so i’m not understanding why the authors are so obsessed with pushing this dynamic on ryke.
i am glad lily and loren got their happy ending though. i am BEYOND chuffed i never have to read their solo POV ever again. i would rip my hair out and cry.

Have I mentioned how much I love my Saturdays? I completely devoured this book in 7 hours straight (this book being the thickest one yet in the series), only leaving my room for potty breaks and food. In other words, I would devote my life to this series because it is my ULTIMATE guilty pleasure read. It's amazing how I fall in love with these characters over and over again every single time I pick up this series, I freakin love everything and everyone in it ♥♥♥♥

So much love (I bawled in the last 10%) and heartache. Tears of happiness and sadness. Shocked at times and a whole lot of good laughs. But most of all, SO MUCH FUCKING LOVE THAT IT HURTS AND I CAN'T BREATHE.
Throughout the entire series, I've always been so fond of LiLo's love story; two damaged people who are willing to go against all odds to fight for their happily ever after. It always seemed like they were fighting a losing battle, with the outside world always threatening to tear them apart.
We've seen them at their lowest, we've seen their breakthroughs but one thing's for certain: you will never, ever doubt their love for each other. Their characters have evolved progressively so well in the series and in this one, LiLo is officially unstoppable. From teens who used to enable each other with their addictions, they finally found what they truly needed in each other. For them to be enough for each other.
Again, I'm constantly amazed by the ever-growing development of the relationship between Lo, Ryke and Connor. I thought that this trio dynamic can't get any better than it already was but I've been proven wrong. Who would've thought bromance could bring tears to my eyes?! Amazeballs level 9000, I tell ya!
Love, LOVE all the nerd references thrown in ranging from X-Men to Harry Potter; absolutely my favourite aspect of the series as always! Also not forgetting:

i’ve had such a complicated relationship with lily and lo throughout this series. there were times i didn’t fully connect with them. times i felt frustrated or detached. but somehow, addicted after all brought everything together in a way that made me feel it. this book was full of pain and healing, fear and hope, and most of all, love that finally felt strong and steady.
’s growth meant so much to me here. she’s always been soft and messy and scared, but in this book, she fought for herself. she asked for help, she admitted when she was struggling, and she let people in. watching her become a mom was emotional in a way i didn’t expect. she was terrified, but she tried anyway. and honestly, seeing her hold her son and realize she could love and care for someone else without losing herself made me so proud of her.

and � i’ve said before that his pov always makes me feel for him, and that was especially true here. the way he supported lily through everything, the way he showed up for their family. it was the version of him i’d been waiting to see. not just angry or protective or defensive, but open, soft, and trying. he still has his flaws, but he’s grown so much, and his love for lily never once faltered.

this takes the 👑 for my fav book in the series. the best way to describe how i feel reading this series is standing in the corner of the room and just watching everything going on. the way that lily and lo have shown immense growth together and separately makes me feel like a proud parent. 🥹

from the start lily was this shy sex addict who used sex as a coping mechanism to the neglect and disinterest her parents always showed towards her. she was considered “set� for life solely because of her best friend loren. loren was a raging alcoholic who used alcohol to tune out his abusive (also alcoholic) father who constantly mistreated him.
together they were stuck in a constant cycle solely enabling each other until one would inevitably reach a point beyond no return. luckily they were able to get the help and support they never had, thus bringing in the core six 💕💞💓💗💖💘💝
without rose, connor, ryke, and daisy, lily and lo would have never reached the point they got to into this book and i’m honestly glad they had that support system. the way i had no idea what i was getting myself into during this book, but god once i started it i couldn’t put it down. i’ve gotten a lot of glimpses at lilo’s growth but this book truly showed me how strong they have gotten.
In comparison, I’m the monster, the asshole, the villain. But in Lily Calloway’s eyes I’m the hero. That has to count for something.
from previous book lo is an asshole, let be honest and say he’s done and said some horrible things but him in this book? #dilf 🙈 he genuinely has such a strong growth, he is constantly being shielded by everyone, treated like he can barely handle anything but he shows how strong he is by the end. he shows how much work he is willing to put in to show everyone he’s a new person 🥹

I love this series!! I love how well thought out these characters are and the story line is consistent from the start to finish. I know I've said this before but this series reminds me of the popular 90's TV show 'Friends.' Similar in some ways but different in others. Overall, this is the book version of that tv show, sort of.

✨Five i’m addicted to Lilo. Shinning stars �
This book managed to draw out every single emotion i am probably capable of. I cried,laughed, swooned, i loved 🥹💞 I loved everything about this book. Every little thing. It was the perfect conclusion for lilo story 🫶🏻 the writing and the dialogue was amazing. Everything was just so good.
The core six has become like a family to me. I feel like i know all these characters personally and this feeling i have yet to experience to this degree with any other character. It’s making me dreading the ending of this series because i know it’s going to be so hard for me to say goodbye 💔
Lilo are my cutest slytherinxhufflepuff couple, My favorite wholesome couple 🫶🏻 my babies, my everything 💞 i can’t describe how much i’m so obsessed with them. I'm so proud of them and of the way they overcome their fears and their addictions but most of all I'm proud that they did it together 🥹 the fact that this is the last book for lilo, is heartbreaking. But i’m also happy that they finally got the ending they deserve 😭🫶🏻
What I adore most about Lilo is their undying devotion to one another. It doesn't matter what happens to them, by them they're always each other biggest allies and supporters. Life never been easy for them but from each other they find strength . That strength is their love for one another. The world around them fall, people around them may disappoint them but they will always hold each other up. They're each other superpower. It's love like that I love to read about and hopefully find someday 🫶🏻
One of the things that I absolutely loved in this book was lo relationship with conner 😭🫶🏻 i love the core six with my whole heart but lo and conner are just different and have this special place in my heart. 5 Addicted Stars
Addicted After All is the conclusion to Lily and Lo’s story, but do not fear, per Krista and Becca they will be in the other Calloway sister’s books. I have seriously loved reading about these characters. I have read and talked about them so much with my friends I am half convinced they are real people.
When we met Lily and Lo they were best friends living together and in a pretend relationship to hide their addictions. From the very beginning I knew Lo was in love with Lily, and as time went on I learned about Lily’s love for Lo. Despite their eternal love they have had to overcome so much to be together, both are addicts.
AAA begins with Lily and Lo expecting a baby, living with their family/friends, and deciding their next step. Lily and Lo are going to be parents, and that is so scary for both of them. They are both worried about how their addictions and reputations will effect their baby. I think becoming a parent is scary, but factor in all the outside influences the couple has had to face and their addictions…they are terrified.
Leave it to the Ritchie twins to throw in some extra twist and turns to have you completely enthralled. I read this book pretty much in one sitting, I couldn’t put it down. As I told one my Addicted friends, I could continue reading this series forever. I adore these characters. I adore the twins writing. Like I said I am addicted. I highly recommend this series!
And I can’t finish without a shout out to my love Ryke Meadows…you had me fuck! #Raisyisalive

i can’t believe i have officially finished the addicted series. this feels monumental, now a lot of situations in this book pissed me off beyond belief but honestly that might have to do with good writing, because they get that much of a rise out of me the writing has to be good. i love lily and lo’s so much and their love is so transparent in the story, the vows, the baby and everything in between was everything that i needed truly. i did get more angry with ryke in this book he is at the bottom of my core six list currently, but that’s with its own reason. overall this book was a good ending to the addicted series i feel as if i’ve just finished an epic love story and i couldn’t be happier

I'm addicted to this series after all.
So many wonderful, tear-jerking moments have happened in that my heart screamed with happiness. This book was everything about Lily and Lo's happy ending. Although their journey doesn't stop here, Krista and Becca Ritchie concluded their love story in a beautiful way.
What totally pulled me into this book was how both the characters grew into better persons. Lily was still a sex addict but she has come to accept and embrace it without shaming herself. I saw the way she developed from being shy to being able to express herself and what helped her a lot was conveying her thoughts on social media and showing her true self.
Lo experienced some difficult times in this book, especially with his issue with his dad and Ryke's relationship with him. But I loved that he has gone against every obstacle here just to prove to everyone that he is not just an addict and a bastard but he is also someone who has strengths and capabilities like everyone else.
For me, this book was greatly executed. Yes it was lengthy just like the previous books but I loved every bit of it and to be honest, I wouldn't want it to end because everything was just too good! I loved the drama, the sizzling romance between the main characters as well as the secondary ones, and the hilarious moments. Not to mention the liplock that happened between Lo and Connor. Oops. I hope that's not spoilery. ;) But yeah, I just witnessed some sexy bromance there and it absolutely made my day.
I had a lot of favorite scenes in this book and I wish I could store them all in my memory because those are really precious. Now I'm excited for the next book, and see what's Rose and Connor have in store for us.

In Lily and Lo's final installment, the couple faces new challenges while still coping with their addictions. Lily's hormones are crazy out of whack with her pregnancy, making her sex addiction a daily battle. Lo struggles with the idea that he might not make a good father. Everyone in the group struggles with awful teenage neighbors who make it their mission to torment them for their faults. Do Lily and Lo have what it takes to make it past these things and more?
"Our lives are meteor showers on rewind. I don't think we even knew what we'd be once we pieced ourselves back."
I thought that this story was the perfect end for Lily and Lo's story. Lily and Lo have fought so hard for everything that they had and they deserve all of the happiness the world can give them.
There was a lot happening with the other two couples that I wanted more detail about, but I trust that those answers will reveal themselves in the final two books.
Some of my favorite moments from the book:
-Connor and Lo in Mexico
-Rose's cat and the baby crying sound on the cell phone.
-Lily's confrontation with her mother, the most emotional part of the book for me.
I have nothing but love for this series, and I'm sad to see the final books coming out. At least there is a spin-off series about the kids!!!

I’m glad Lilo finally got their kind of a happy ending. I’m glad to see some character growth from them. The weeding scene and when Connor said that “You are our heroes, and today, we are grateful to celebrate your love and your life together.� Was the sweetest. But what can I say, my man Connor, knows how to say the best lines. I’m glad we’re finally done with their story. Five books of mainly them were kinda a lot. Now I can finish the last three books with them being the secondary characters which I’m so looking forward to. I’m not ready for what’s coming tho.

SERIES RATING AND SPOILER-FREE REVIEW:
Two addictions, one big lie. In order to keep in good graces of their wealthy parents (and to keep access to trust funds) Lo and Lily had to hide their addictions and pretend to be together. The truth about his alcoholism and her sexual escapades could not only ruin reputations of their families but also take away their freedom of supporting their addictions. But how long can they keep the charade?
Who wouldn’t be intrigued after such a start? I was utterly fascinated by the premise of this series and I was curious how (and if) Lily and Lo would be able to develop something more than friendship considering their life styles. For years, they were enabling each other’s addictions. But when their feelings get out of hand, how will Lo deals with Lily’s sex drive being out of control? What will Lily think of Lo being drunk all the time? Can she be monogamous and not be ruled by her need for orgasms? Will they ever be able to do a 180° turn-around and do the hard thing and say no to their addictions? Can such two people ever have healthy relationship together? How can they fight their addictions without attracting attention of their families and society? Let me tell you, I was so worked up, needing to find answers to those questions that I literally couldn’t put first three books down. I was prepared for angsty realistic intense ride, but reality of this series was even more all-consuming. I was looking for unforgettable emotional contemporary tale and got exactly that (and much more).
Addicted series is not the easiest read. Some parts were angsty and sad, others truly dangerous and nasty. Addiction, in whatever form, is never pretty. And in this series it shows its very ugly side. It was so heartbreaking to see to what lengths would some people go to support their addictions. And I’m not sure if it is masochist in me talking, but this intense angst was exactly what made these books so special for me and what distinguish them from all others NA novels out there.
But don’t worry, this series is not only full of despair. It is also about power of true love, about strength of family ties and friendships. It is story about learning to accept help and about learning to love yourself even with all your flaws. I fell in love not only with Lily and Lo, but also with all side characters who made me laugh a lot and helped to balance this tale so it wouldn’t turn into completely depressive read.
How to sum up this series? Heartbreaking and soul-crashing but simultaneously beautiful and entertaining modern family drama. Lily & Lo’s story touched my heart. They may be flawed but oh so very real and dear to me. These messed up (but unique) characters became special to me and this series will stay with me forever. I highly recommend Addicted series to those who are looking for intense and memorable NA novels!

Two addictions, one big lie. In order to keep in good graces of their wealthy parents (and to keep access to trust funds) Lo and Lily had to hide their addictions and pretend to be together. The truth about his alcoholism and her sexual escapades could not only ruin reputations of their families but also take away their freedom of supporting their addictions. But how long can they keep the charade?

Who wouldn’t be intrigued after such a start? I was utterly fascinated by the premise of this series and I was curious how (and if) Lily and Lo would be able to develop something more than friendship considering their life styles. For years, they were enabling each other’s addictions. But when their feelings get out of hand, how will Lo deals with Lily’s sex drive being out of control? What will Lily think of Lo being drunk all the time? Can she be monogamous and not be ruled by her need for orgasms? Will they ever be able to do a 180° turn-around and do the hard thing and say no to their addictions? Can such two people ever have healthy relationship together? How can they fight their addictions without attracting attention of their families and society? Let me tell you, I was so worked up, needing to find answers to those questions that I literally couldn’t put first three books down. I was prepared for angsty realistic intense ride, but reality of this series was even more all-consuming. I was looking for unforgettable emotional contemporary tale and got exactly that (and much more).
"I want to love you more than I love this" - he waves his bottle - "and I don’t know how else to do it unless there’s something to lose."
Addicted series is not the easiest read. Some parts were angsty and sad, others truly dangerous and nasty. Addiction, in whatever form, is never pretty. And in this series it shows its very ugly side. It was so heartbreaking to see to what lengths would some people go to support their addictions. And I’m not sure if it is masochist in me talking, but this intense angst was exactly what made these books so special for me and what distinguish them from all others NA novels out there.
But don’t worry, this series is not only full of despair. It is also about power of true love, about strength of family ties and friendships. It is story about learning to accept help and about learning to love yourself even with all your flaws. I fell in love not only with Lily and Lo, but also with all side characters who made me laugh a lot and helped to balance this tale so it wouldn’t turn into completely depressive read.
How to sum up this series? Heartbreaking and soul-crashing but simultaneously beautiful and entertaining modern family drama. Lily & Lo’s story touched my heart. They may be flawed but oh so very real and dear to me. These messed up (but unique) characters became special to me and this series will stay with me forever. I highly recommend Addicted series to those who are looking for intense and memorable NA novels!
