Excellent and clearly articulated. Very helpful. HOWEVER: major typo/ERRORS in Chapter 7: 'KPL Enterprises' is not associated with manufacturer number 500- GLOBAL SOFTWARE IS- created major confusion, and error is consistent throughout chapter and rest of the book.
