After quitting my job a month before Christmas, I find out that a billionaire is looking for a woman who’ll spend twenty-four passionate days with him.
Even though I’ve never done anything like it, the money he’s offering is too good to pass up, and he’s the hottest man I’ve ever seen.
Every day, I open a box on the big Advent calendar and discover what kind of surprise he has in store for me. It’s a mix of wicked pleasure and delicious torment, and I’m having the best time of my life.
I’m starting to really like him... until his ties to the mafia put me in more danger than ever.
Will meeting him be the best or the worst thing that has ever happened to me?
A standalone Christmas billionaire mafia romance. Mature language and content.
Sounded interesting when I read the details. Started out well. Billionaire signs a contract with a women for 24 days of kink. Enzo is arrogant and doesn’t believe in love. Ok. Nothing new with that concept. Veronica isn’t what he expects and she quickly gets under his skin. They find they have chemistry that surprises them both. Then danger comes knocking and Enzo has to admit Veronica means more than he expected. This is where the story falls off the rails. The threat comes from family, Enzo rescues her and then the story falls short. The next thing you know the epilogue has them getting engaged. There is no resolution to the situation, it leaves you wondering what the neck happened.
I won’t be in a hurry to read anything from this author again. It was a very disappointing conclusion
This was different to what I expected, but that's not a negative at all. When I read the blurb and saw that it was about a rich man 'buying' a woman for 24 days I was expecting some heavy kink and not much more but the author actually created more substance within their time together, there was an instant attraction between Enzo and Veronica and they got on so well, sharing a natural chemistry as well as being sexually compatible. It made for a great read, with a good mix of story and spice, with added danger and even a third act break up. It was a good read, and has left me looking forward to reading the stories of Enzo's siblings.
Veronica has just quit her job before Christmas and finds an add for a billionaire wanting a special kind of advent. But meeting Enzo sparks fly ad the twi dive deep into their desires but his life puts her in danger could they ever be more than just a count down to Christmas? Well written steamy engaging desires and more!.

2.5 ⭐️ Naughty or nice advent calendar Contract with a handsome billionaire Mafia ties Sounds fantastic, sign me up
Sadly, it was poorly executed.
I think it tried to pack too much into a novella length story. Maybe, ditch the Mafia ties and keep it a fun Holiday short. Or expand on what is there so it doesn't feel rushed.
It feels like an immature rough draft. So much promise that fell short.
For a billionaire/mafia/love story it was a little Pollyanna alike for my tastes! I liked the characters, but it was a little too unbelievable for me! I'm not saying I didn't like it but I will not read anything else by this author. It was a great idea and could have been a great book, but it needed to be more fleshed out and a little more realistic! More actual Mafia conflict. This was more grade school conflict!
I really enjoyed the obviously simmering romance between the protagonists from the start. Enzo's need to figure out the inner workings of Veronica's thought process was palpable. And his need to rescue her, protect her, and keep her safe was relatable. Very well written, would recommend.
The spice was definitely a good 4🌶/5🌶, however the plot was a bit all over the place the last 75% onwards felt very rushed but overall I felt it was a good read. Also not as festive as I thought it would be (which ngl I was glad at I think it just had the right amount)
