Cruel Lies: (Messina Crime Family Book 2) Forbidden Age Gap Mafia Romance Lilian Harris
OK, so I needed to know more about Rafael and Nicolette story after reading Sinful Vows...
This is the #2 in the series and it's the eldest Messina brother Raph's story.
Lord where to begin…
Bianca was the older sister of Nicolette, And Lord have mercy how Differently the parents treated these two girls. It’s crazy how they treated this young girl. Nicolette was the forgotten one in the family.. Bianca was the spoiled, Lil bitch that did no wrong.. I apologize for my harsh words, but omg if you could only see how harshly the parents treated Nicolette, you would completely understand why I had so much animosity towards Bianca.
Rafae was Mafia royalty, who was the best enforcer in the Messina crime family…. And he also was the man who married the wrong sister, for the wrong reasons….. Each day that had past, he realized how he was Scammed into marrying Bianca the Old-fashioned way…… No matter how much he disliked his wife he could not divorce her. It just was not in their way of doing things.. They don’t do divorce in his line of work. And the thought of hearing his father gloat about his failures…it would kill him. So, he stayed and made his marriage work, or did he? But After Bianca was Murdered, all hell breaks loose….
Rafae Seems to have started a war with the Irish mob and was forced to go into hiding due to this fact and for some reason Nicolette goes into hiding as well.

Enjoyed this more than book 1! If you are going to read this I suggest you go in blind but also if you have not read book 1, I strongly suggest you do since it would be an amazing way to truly get the full picture of this plot. This book takes place during the same timeline but focuses on two different characters: The eldest brother in the Messina family and his much younger sister-in-law.
The story is told in two different timelines, one is set in the past and how Raph met his future wife and her family, we also see how Nicolette eventually falls for her brother-in-law in secret and pines over him for years to come. Please note that there is a 17-year age difference, and they met when she was 15-years old, and he was 32. Raph started dating Nicolette’s older sister (21) and were together for a few years until they got married.
You find out a lot about their relationship and marriage. I honestly don't particularly like brother/sister-in-law romance as it's diminished by the fact that he was married to her sister first but let’s just say the sister? Evil incarnate. Not just in general but to everyone around her. We also find out more about what happened that led to Nicolette running away.
This book was a definite slow burn, but I wouldn't want it any other way. The push Raph was constantly giving Nicolette had nothing to do with his feelings but had a deeper reason and you will understand when you get inside his head but once these two get together it's just explosive and insane. Their chemistry is off the charts.
These two have gone through so much in the hands of the ones that were suppose to love and protect them. It's heartbreaking, I felt so much for Nicolette and Raph whenever we find out more and more about the deceit and pain they endured.
There are so many reveals in this book along with secrets that you just need to hold on to something during this roller coaster of a ride.
Did the villains get their justice at the end? Yes but I did want them to suffer more.
I'm really looking forward to the next book where we are definitely going to be getting a wild plot line. We did get a sneak peek at the end about the next couple and it's already steamy as hell!
When 21-year-old Nicolette Ricci witnesses the death of her sister, she’s forced to go on the run.
Erstwhile, Raph Marino is likewise laying low. Sharing a cozy cabin in the woods keeps them both safe and off-grid. It also brings all of their buried feelings to the surface as the proximity leaves no room for secrets.
This angsty and emotional read is the second installment of the Messina Crime Family series. I enjoyed getting to know them both and seeing them get their hard-won happily ever after.

Pathetic as fuck fmc. Could not stand her since the 1st chapter.
Bianca deserves a better sister.
I totally understand why her family treats her like that; she's SUPER pathetic.
In one scene, fmc literally daydreams about stabbing her sister Bianca with a heel.
Psychotic, Pick Me fmc, obsessed with her sister's husband, puts a man over her sister and hates her sister over a man.
Pathetic.
MMC is also pathetic, but in different ways.
I don't like pathetic characters.
And no matter how "evil" my sister is, i would never choose a man over her.
I would also try to do my best to mend my relationship with my sister... not hate her over a man...
Weirdo b!tch.
Spoiler:
Her sister comes back from the dead, instead of being thankful that her sister is not dead, her first thought is "she's still pretty."
And then she calls Bianca a bitch.. and they proceed to cat fight over a man... 🤢
Gurl...
Like are we supposed to be rooting for this fmc...?
Also mmc kills a woman. Drives a knife into her throat.
Gross. That's not a good romantic hero, that's a woman murderer. . . And there's nothing desirable about an mmc who kills women.
In the last couple chapters, mmc who just killed Bianca shows up at Bianca's parents, with the fmc, looking for what? Acceptance..? To be welcomed with open arms? Congratulations? Idk...
You just killed their daughter, the audacity....
And this bitch fmc says "she's not who you thought she was... she did a lot of bad things...like sleep with Raph's father!"
Um... okay. So she deserved the merciless death that mmc gave her...?
Wtf is going on in this world where the mmc can kill this woman and fmc sees nothing with mmc killing her sister, but fmc spends the entire book shiting on her sister for existing and for committing the "crime" of sleeping with mmc's dad.
Wtf?
Bianca was right, fmc's parents should have miscarried.
So much was revealed about the Messina Crime Family as a whole in this book. I was so engaged with the story and it was hard to take any breaks. I listened to this one and the narrators were excellent. They were so engaging and kept me listening all afternoon.
I was very curious about Raph & Nicolette after how book 1 ended. In this story we went back to the beginning of their story and saw what leads up to them being in hiding together. Much of this is running parallel to book 1 so we see bits of Michael and hear what he's doing as well.
In terms of the romance, this is a forbidden age gap and Nicolette is also Raph sister in law, but his wife is dead. Said dead wife was cheating on him with his father, so there's no love lost. It is also some forced proximity as they are stuck together in a one room cabin in hiding.
The stakes were very high in this book and I knew it was going to be gut wrenching in certain places. I was hooked from the very beginning and I can't wait to see what happens next!
4.5 stars 3 on my spice scale
CW: death, mentions of Miscarriage, torture, death, abusive parent

𝑵𝒊𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆 What a sweetheart. She is brave, kind and fights for Raphael. Really liked her.
𝑹𝒂𝒑𝒉𝒂𝒆𝒍 He is big, bad and broody but a softie when it comes to Nicolette. He has a soft spot for her and is deeply in love with his girl.
𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌 This story was good and enjoyable. It is an taboo age gap romance set in a mafia world. I liked the plot, the setting and the writing style. It was easy to read and I had no problems understanding everything. Nicolette and Raphael were a good fit. There is a lot of push and pull between these two and their banter was kinda funny. Raph tries hard to stay away from her because she‘s too young but the attraction between them is too strong. I liked them together although the age gap really is big! The story takes place over multiple weeks and the timeline is identical to the first books. It was nice to read about Raphael’s brothers again.
𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤? Yes, it has everything a good mafia romance needs.
𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬 possessive and protective hero, mafia, instant attraction, lies and secrets, forced proximity, she falls first but he falls harder, morally dark hero, darkromance, kidnapping, age gap, traumatic past, dead wife’s sister
𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐲 ages: Nicolette (21) and Raphael (38) cheating: no sharing: no kinks: no
I KNOW I said i like age gap but smth about a 17 year old kissing a grown ass 35 year old man didn’t seem right to me. specially because said man starting liking her since then.
tbh i feel like i didn’t like this because i was imagining raph as an ugly old man instead of a hot one HAHAHAHAHAH
“Just because I won’t let myself have you, little one, doesn’t mean I want anyone else to.
This is the second book in the series and it's the eldest Messina brother Raph's story. The bits and pieces we got about his life were tragic and I felt so bad for him. I am glad that he finally had his HEA with the woman he deserved. Nicolette was the right match for him. If only her bitch of a sister hadn't ruined it. Raph & Nicollette were just friends at first and he was the only one who cared about her happiness because the rest of her family were trash and naturally Nicollette grew feelings for Raph but she was too young and Raph did not see her in that light at all. Although I am not a huge fan of the age gap trope, the way Raph protected Nicolette and cared for her the way she never has been before was touching. Overall, the plot was engaging, but I wanted to see more of Nicolette's personality. The whole plot revolved around her trying to make Raph see the light but we never got to know any details about her life like her likes and dislikes and what did she exactly do when she was on the run. Nevertheless, I am very excited for Gio & Iseult's story next! That little snippet in the epilogue has me captivated!
Another good one by this author. After reading about Raph and Nicolette in book one, i was not sure how the plot would work out. But the writer did an amazing job and the twist was really good. Overall really enjoyed this one.
Legit deserves no stars. The more I sit on this book, the more I hate it.
This book fell short for me. The beginning is so abrupt and your just thrown into this dynamic between Raph and Nicolette. Like ah, now we’re trapped in a cabin together.
The back and forth of Raph wanting to fuck Nicolette, then saying no, I cant care for you that way. To then him calling her baby and whatever Italian nickname im blanking on. The whiplash was severe and not in a story building way. It was just annoying.
Speaking of annoying, I could not stand Nicolette. She was SO WHINY to me. I get it, Bianca as we know was a monster and her parents suck. But her attachment to Raph was so annoying. She was too young when she grew her attachment to him. I’m all for an age gap but he starting getting feelings for her when she was what, 16? Whenever he took her to homecoming (which also, what the hell?? What faculty member allowed this???). It was, uncomfortable, it really felt like a man loving a kid (or a teen, whatever). Their dynamic was unsettling. I knew it was an age gap romance, that’s fine (for example, his age gap with Bianca) but it just felt she was seeking love from anywhere and he, an older man, was there?? I don’t know.
I felt like the plot twist of Bianca being alive was good, I was shocked. She was one horrible horrible person. The dad, I assumed, wasn’t really Raph’s dad. The hate ran deep and from somewhere.
I felt like when Nicolette went missing, Raph’s reaction wasn’t as dramatic as I thought it’d be. Going out for gelato with his niece and brother?? What. How are you calm enough to do that when the girl you’d burn the world for is literally kidnapped?? I’d expect him to scour the earth ends with no rest.
Then ending also was lackluster when he finally found her?? Just lacked emotional depth to these characters.

i can successfully say this book got me out of my month long reading slump! WOW what a ride that was!
something about the name raphael or raph or rafe will always do it for me. these men are just top tier and you cannot tell me otherwise!
i really liked this book! i found myself relating a lot to nicolette and her family struggles and i really liked the dynamic between her and raph, no matter how back and forth they were haha!
the story itself was interesting, the two of them having to hide together and basically be on the run with each other while trying not to fall for one another. ugh so good!
this book has so many twists i was NOT expecting but i really enjoyed the thrill of reading this!

thank you lilian for the ARC in exchange for an honest review!
one of the best written lilian harris books. i am so in love with the characters and with this world. i definitely loved this a lot more than the first one bc the first one was way too dark for me.
the chemistry between our main characters is splendid and the forbidden nature tension was spectacular. the angst was delicious as always. im so excited for the next books of this series.
The forgotten sister went on to fall for the forgotten boy. We were alike that way. But it was our differences that made us an impossibility.
This book follows Nicolette and Raphael Marino, oldest brother in the Marino family, from the Messina Crime Family. This was a forbidden age gap where Nicolette was 21 and Ralph was 38 AND he WAS (her sister dies) her brother in law. That’s how they met!!!! The story itself was so good. Better than the first for sure. Like 100% better. This was everything I wanted in a forbidden love story taking place within the mafia world. And what a dram filled world! The Irish crime family is also a big part towards the end of the story and what a twist there. If you’ve read the other books you’ve heard the rumors and/or know what happens between the leaders so for me it wasn’t a surprise but all of the main characters in this story sure were surprised. It was so juicy. The extra family drama with Nicolette wasn’t really needed, I didn’t understand why her parents and sister hated her so much. Even after the explanation it didn’t make sense to me, but we need villainous parents to be evil so I guess.
The only thing that really bothered me was And that’s saying a lot. Ralph could be her dad and was married to her sister. Like, his struggles about the age difference made sense to me because my man YES! Be worried.
Now even with all of that drama the story itself was pretty good. This story was like a soap opera. So exaggerated and unreal but you can’t stop watching. I couldn’t stop reading. And that whole taboo part of the age gap was actually hot. I just really wish he would have met her at 21 and not almost 15, yup she was 14 when she fell in love with him. And he says he didn’t fall for her until she was 17 but that is still creepy af. Like come on! The absolute worst part is that the story would have still worked if she would have been older. She could have been 18 and going to college. It would have even worked better in my opinion. She seemed much too old for her age. Her actions and behavior were of a much older person not a teenager. The abuse from her family would have also stunted her mental growth. The age would still be vast. It would have been fine. So yeah. That really bothered me.
It’s really hard to not like this book though. Both characters were so likable. Yes, I know he kills people for a living. But of all the brothers I’m pretty sure I’m going to love Raph the most. He really was sweet. He grew up being abused by his father and when he saw how Nicolette was treated he knew he had to help. And I do think he saved her. Not in a mushy kind of way. I’m pretty sure the girl was headed in a very dark path. Like he literally saved her life. He was also in a very dark place. So when I say they saved each other, I mean that literally. Which is why I really liked them together. And then you get the rest of the family which is always a plus. Little Sophia is hilarious and really loves her uncle Raph.
I am still loving mafia romances, and this one is the second book in the Messina Crime Family series that can be read as a standalone, but I recommend reading in order.
Like the first book, this one has spice and a plot! It is more of a slow burn so less spice than book 1. But HOLY PLOT TWISTS/LIES! Lilian had me thinking that I knew what was going to happen, but then things took a completely different direction!
There were some more characters introduced in Cruel Lies with the Irish Mafia, and that confused me a bit, but I am terrible with multiple characters/etc. The book is set up perfectly for book 3 which comes out next month, and I CANNOT FREAKING WAIT!
Nicolette is young and running to protect herself and the man she loves. What hurts the most? He married her sister and Nicolette fully believes he’ll never return her love.
Age gap, forbidden love (no cheating), AND mafia romance? Definitely my kind of book.
Nicolette’s feelings of being misunderstood and ignored hurt my heart. Hit a little too close to home. I think everyone has had at least one experience in life like that. I cannot imagine going through life every day feeling that way. Especially in my own home. Every time she feels rejection, lonely And then there’s Raph omg! The way he always protects her even when he’s in his head telling himself that he can’t have her. Meanwhile I’m here like “JUST KISS HER DAMNIT!
The relationship between Raph and Nicolette is heartwarming. They start as friends and it develops into more obviously! When Raph fights the pull between them it’s tear-jerking.
The drama was absolutely WILD! Didn’t see the little twist coming and I love twists! The spice talk about edging! Oh so very frustrating in a beautifully satisfying way. I wanted to throttle and hug Raph at the same time. But I understood his internal struggle. His reasons are valid.

this is book 2 in the Messina crime family series. this one can be read as a stand-alone, but i really recommend you read the first one because it was just as good & will help you understand more about the characters!
Raphael is completely forbidden. not only is he an older man, but he’s also Nicolette’s (cruel) older sister’s ex-husband. Nicolette met Raph when she was 16 & he was in his 30’s. Raph was the only person who truly saw Nicolette. he protected her from the evil that was her whole family. Raph and Nicolette were similar in so many ways & I loved how they truly saw each other and were each others happiness during dark times & cruel lies.
“the forgotten sister went on to fall for the forgotten boy.
one day Nicolette witnesses something she wasn’t supposed to and has no choice but to run. Nicolette wants to stay alive and the only way to do that is to hide out with Raph. these two hadn’t talked in years so when they got together I was instantly hooked. the angst and tension was insane & I was dying for them to be truthful with one another!!
along with the romance we get a suspenseful story because someone is out to get Nicolette for what she witnessed. this one had such a satisfying ending, and I don’t just mean the romance. ;)
I was thinking Michael from the first book blow my mind, but in this one Raphael Marino finish me off in all the ways lol!!!
This was delicious and angsty forbidden sister-in-law romance between Nicolette and Raphael. They both was the forgeten kid the kid,who was devoid of love, but where Raphe hase he's mother, Nicolette was completely alone with no one to love her and to understand her, literally the black chep in the family. Raphe after so much getting trough, finally find the one that was good to him ,but still he was pushing her away because was afraid of the forbidden connection and safety foe Nicolette. The story hase so many twist and turns that I was no ready for sure, but one thing I know that this two are made for each other perfectly, and I absolutely adore how strong Raphael was adoring he's little one🥹
Truly will forever cherish the memory, and pure happiness for the opportunity I was given to read a super early copy of this. Lilian has my complete heart! I have read this twice and I’m still at a loss for words! The angst, the absolute raw need, the tension, the plot twist after plot twist. The tension and the spice SO good it will leave you aching, in the best way! The sweet sweet love so real pouring from Raph. He lives to love and protect Nicolette and she lives to give him a home, a home neither of them had before the found each other. Lilian’s everything was put into this story and you can feel it reading this book! It was done so WELL! I had Sinful Vows at my number read of the year and it was impossible to love this book any less! This series is everything!
I was kindly sent an ARC of this book, and I really enjoyed this story! This story takes place along the same timeline as Sinful Vows. The story follows Nicolette and Raph who find themselves living together after some events put them both in hiding.
This story had me on the edge of my seat. You get to see the other sides of events that you heard about in Sinful Vows. I was honestly not expecting a lot of what happened throughout this book.
This book was steamy and thrilling. It is an age gap and forbidden romance - and it was amazing! I loved Raph so much! Honestly, he is my favorite brother so far!
I am so excited to see how the next story will go!
🤍 Virgin heroine 🤍 Celibate hero 🤍 Forbidden 🤍 Age gap ( 21 l 38 ) 🤍 friends to lovers 🚩no cheating or sharing OM - she almost got raped by her bf but it was just mentioned OW - his ex wife aka her sister
Soo I liked this book ✨️🙌

I was first made aware of Lilian Harris with the first book in the Messina Crime Family series, Sinful Vows, and immediately I knew I had found a top-quality author right off the bat. I was so blown away with the sheer prowess of Sinful Vows, that I made it my first ever top read of 2023. I said in my review for SV that I was 'in it for the long haul', a statement I fully back up and am so glad I said because book two? W.O.A.H! Though it wasn't long between the two books, the haul to get here was definitely worth it!
Cruel Lies picks the Messina Crime Family story up focusing on two different main characters, Nicolette and Raph. Raph is the brother to the main mafia man we met in book one, Michael Marino. A man not to be messed with and would do anything for the little girl woven around his finger, he's also fiercely loyal and would mess up anyone who messed with his family. Even if it was family themselves. This protective streak extends to Raph, who we got to briefly meet and get to know. Now all his mysteries, his past and everything that surrounds him or lurks in the dark, will be brought into the light. Nicolette going with him.
Nicolette as told to us in Sinful Vows, is the younger sister to Raph's late wife. A young lady with a complicated and troubled background, she's brought into the world of the mafia's underworld--though not an active member--thanks to her sister's connection to Raph. Even in the afterlife, that connection ties Nicolette to what the Marino men are trying to shield her from. But even the toughest of shields have a weak spot, and Nicolette IS that weak spot for their underworld empire, thanks to his late wife. He sees no other option but to do his best in shielding her from that world, one-on-one, alone, in a cabin. Yay for the forced proximity trope!
Having pushed her away all those years ago when Nicolette's young heart and soul was as fragile as a dove, how will things go between her and Raph when the two are hunkered down together in the cabin? Tensions and tempers sizzle, and it's only a matter of time before one or even both of them, answer the call of temptation. Bets are on for who will be the one to cave first. Place them now, folks.
(Oh, and did I mention this is also an age-gap romance? No? Now you know. Yay for another one of my favourites!)
Now twenty-one and under Raph (and his protection), it's only a matter of time before the past and the people wanting to hurt her and the Marinos come to call. Raph will need all of his focus to protect both of them, which is not easy when Nicolette is no longer the slip of a girl with her innocence, but is a grown woman with curves, only retaining one slither of her innocence which belongs to Raph and only Raph. Bring a cool drink with you folks, you'll need that cool down because goodness gracious me, what a man! What a performance! If you know, you know.
It's not all what goes on between the sheets, you'll be pleased to hear. I signed up originally to read Sinful Vows because I am a sucker for dark mafia romance, and this book gives it all the delicious dark mafia goodness. Along with a few surprises I certainly did not see coming! Love those moments! I'm seeing more and more of them pop up in the books I love by authors I cannot get enough of, and I'm thrilled Lilian has now joined those ranks. You'll be as pleasantly surprised as I was, trust me. She's THAT good and I can say with full confidence that book three will no doubt only continue to emphasise the message that Lilian is an author who has not only got talent in her fingertips, but is one to watch and belongs on the shelf of every die-hard dark romance/mafia romance lover.
Cruel Lies, although consumed in a day (because it was THAT good, again!) is a book I will one hundred percent be visiting again and will have along with Sinful Vows, on my bookcase with much pride and admiration. I'm beyond happy and blessed to have chosen Lilian Harris as a brand new author to read, and I'll definitely be sticking around for long into the future for as long as she'll have me at her mercy.
Five stars!

Audiobook ALC Review - November 17th, 2023
Cruel Lies , book two in Lilian Harris Messina Crime Family series, narrated by Troy Duran and Brooke Daniels.
After immersing myself head-first into a series which still to this day has me in the ultimate bookish chokehold, I'm back in the world of the Messina Crime Family with another audiobook adaptation. This time we're being treated to book two in the series, which is another standalone read/listen, where two new sets of main characters--who have made an appearance in book one--, get their own story told.
After listening to the audiobook for book one, Cruel Lies, I was more than sold and down for listening to the next audiobook. My wish was granted and I didn't have to wait long for that to come true. This audiobook was much welcome into my growing Audible library, and it's one I will definitely come back to again at some point in the future. It's not a one-and-done kind of listen. You'll keep coming back for more, and more, and more.
So, who are we getting to guide is on this audio-journey this time? Some of you may have spotted their names at the start of this ALC review, but let's introduce you to them properly. Taking the reins as Raf is the incredible Troy Duran. I've had the immense pleasure of listening to him before on a few audiobooks, so I'm thrilled to add to my listening repertoire this co-narration with himself and Brooke Daniels. Brooke steps up as Nicolette, a strong and determined-to-survive young lady with plenty of fire. To my knowledge, I don't think I've listened to an audiobook with Brooke Daniels in it before, so this was a chance for me to get to know her and her narration style.
If you've read the book version of Cruel Lies, you'll know just how charged it is with passion, tension, steam, angst, drama and oh so much more. Take that and crank it up tenfold, because this audiobook is bringing you the feelings and emotions out of the pages and into your ears. Thanks to the outstanding narration by these two, you'll feel every word. Troy embodies everything that is Raf. Every grumble, growl and even grin--like with the first book--required some much-needed pause time to recover before continuing on. I'd give Troy's performance a resounding 10/10 on the blush-0-meter. Brooke in her respective performance as Nicolette elicited a whole host of other emotions and feelings, including relatability. I felt Nicolette's pain, upset and hurt. Did I weep a little? Of course I did. She. Was. That. Good. Brilliant pairing, brilliant co-narration. Brilliant casting choice.
Though I knew what was coming having read the book previously to listening to this audiobook, I was transported right back to the beginning and told their tale from a whole new angle. It's one thing to read the book and have it in your imagination how things appear in the mind, how things come across in our hearts, but to hear the essence of the author's story and its intended meanings brought to our ears? It's a whole other experience. One I felt like I was experiencing all over again as if it were the first time. From the first second to the last, I was mesmerised.
I've even bookmarked certain chapters/moments within this audiobook to specifically go back to, because Troy and Brooke just nailed them--as frankly they did the whole book--, they've become moments to go back to and indulge in over and over. Hopefully you'll have your own moments to go back to once you've listened to this book.
Thank you to Lilian for having me on your ARC and now your ALC team. This is the second audible treat that I highly recommend others to listen to if you want a thrilling tale, ten-star narration and repeat-worthy listening book.
﹌﹌ 3 stars! I completed this book at around four in the morning, and I had dreams about it all night. Although this book was excellent, the pushing and tugging in particular was very unpleasant. Despite the fact that I can see why Raph likes to push back, I detested him for it. Nicolette had a respectable personality and was likeable. Given that there was essentially video evidence of —— dying, it was rather startling when they were revealed to be alive. I liked the entire vengeance finale. Apart from that, this was a good novel with many unexpected turns. However, I'm more eager about Gios' book because it explores a more taboo subject and, allegedly, features a female assassin.
Cruel lies by @lilianharrisauthor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/🌶🌶🌶 This book is the second of the series, and I loved it! Nicolette and Raphael give you a slow, delicious, beautiful, emotional ride. In this book, you will see how friendship and loyalty are essential; very well done, Mrs. Harris. I highly recommend it!!
