Being an Omega was the last thing Hermione expected to happen to her once she returned to Hogwarts.

Senlinyus amazing cuz how did she make omegaverse somewhat bearable
.5 taken out for saying alpha and omega, but the rest was amaaaaazing their relationship was SO cute and angsty and even though the main plot was miscommunication (which I am not a fan of) senlinyu the queen made it work 💅

Щось не можу відірватися від робіт SenLinYu... Якщо чесно, саме цей був дуже крінжовий, але назважаючи на це - веселим і гарячим😂 Мені здається, що Герміона так би і реагувала в данній ситуації, її характер переданний достатньо адекватно.
Авторка має справжній талант до гарячих романів, їй потрібно писати справжні книги - в неї це виходить краще ніж у багатьох авторів, які видаються.

Well I obviously loved this. It was kinda miscommunication trope which I don’t love but it had protective Draco!!! it was also omagaverse in a wizarding world with my favorite characters and I loved it !!!

I'm most definitely failing today's exam and this was extremely trashy but neither of those changes the fact that I did nothing besides reading this for the past 12 hours since I started it and the joy I got out of it is unparalleled.

This was fun but the plot was uhhhh, perhaps a little thin. I do appreciate that there was a warning that this book was mostly spice and miscommunications because that’s 100% accurate. All in all, I never knew that I wanted a dramione omegaverse but it turns out this what was I was missing all along 😂

If you’re looking for plot I would skip this one BUT if you’re looking for angsty omegaverse SMUT this is the one for you.. actually quite frankly some of the best smut I’ve ever read

Sen said it herself�. this fic is 50% dramione smut (I would argue 90%), 25% teen-age angst, 20% miscommunication, and only 5% Hermione almost/kinda getting into a physical relationship with boys that are not Draco. And 100% trash.
This was my first foray into the omegaverse and I had dramione training wheels on to enjoy it. I shall not lie the glands, scent licking and constant reference to Alpha and Omega were squeamish ICK inducing! But it’s Senlinyu, and she made it work and that’s saying something when you throw in the dreaded miscommunication trope! All hail the fanfic queen 👸🏼

First half was a lot of fun and I truly felt intrigued by the Omegaverse premise. However, once the miscommunication became the main and only plotline I lost the interest and started to skim.

I unironically loved it. Might be the best thing I’ve read all year, which is a crazy, verging-on-embarrassing statement and I don’t even care. Every scene was chefs kiss, the plot was simple & cute, the romance was alive and well. I will be rereading this.

July 13, 2024My book club decided to dive headfirst into the deep end of the fanfiction world with an Omegaverse fic. Here’s hoping no one comes away too traumatized� 😅
I’m pretty lukewarm on the Omegaverse subgenre myself, so I probably wasn’t the target audience for a full-length fic like this that was 95% Omegaverse smut and 5% plot. I ended up skimming through a lot of the smut as it became quite repetitive.
I was invested enough initially in the resolution of the miscommunication trope to keep going, but it felt like once the main miscommunication was resolved, a bunch of petty drama kept randomly popping up and unnecessarily dragging the story out (like, did we really need a whole chapter devoted to a sexual orientation rumor that came out of nowhere???). Overall, though, this fic was easy to binge.
I did enjoy how self-aware and often humorous the author’s notes were, so that’s something. 😂
(Leaving this unrated because something about dragging down the GR rating for something that’s fan-made and freely given feels icky.)
