Models Stiles and Derek doing a spread.
That spread soon leads to another kind of spread. Yeah, use those filthy minds. Print work leads to video which open a whole can of worms from Derek's past. Sweet and emotional with a bit of hurt comfort going on. Expect the usual Stiles' snark and Derek brooding.

I really, really liked this one. Really.
Stiles is properly flailing and funny.
Derek broods on the outside and angsts on the inside.
Well, until he meets Stiles -- then he's a slightly less angsty and will even smile on occasion.
And, oh yeah. SMEX .
Best part? Although the Hale family is alive and well (no firey deaths for them), the author came up with a back story for Derek that made his dark, broody assholishness more than understandable. It's not a pretty story -- but it makes for a great read.

Here's the setup - popular skin magazine Mated features the intimate details of coveted werewolf couples. It needs to find a match for their single top wolf who's a bit rough around the edges. Newbie model Stiles is oh-so conveniently available to see if he's a match for picky, grumpy Derek.
This was a pretty awesome tale that showcases our coveted couple's relationship. It delves head first into the smex as they do their photoshoots which then progresses to videos (you heard/read that right). As one can imagine, the sexual tension was off the charts as their attraction to each other builds.
There was also a good amount of tender angst here - broody Derek always twists my gut, and his painful past made him vulnerable and endearing. Stiles, in all his clumsy awkward glory, was a balm to his soul, healing Derek's insecurities. There was a bit of swooning on my part as Stiles seduces and wins Derek over - this was intimately playful, tender, passionate, detailed, and nuanced. Yum.
As per my usual disclaimer, because this is fanfic, your love of Teen Wolf will enhance the read - but if you're not a fan, it shouldn't detract at all. This story belongs in the world of Neckz n' Throatz from which I understand has quite a few spinoffs - so hopefully there's plenty more out there to enjoy.

Stiles is hilarious.
Derek is grumpy and broody.

The premise is a skin magazine that focuses on couples-only photo spreads. The same couples are in every month's issue, and ummmm...guess which surly angry-eyebrowed werewolf just can't find someone who will want to continue working with him after one shoot?

Enter Stiles! Who's just getting started as a model and has no idea what he's doing, really. But um...he does know he has kind of a perma-boner for Derek just based on his earlier spreads.
Anyway, I really really enjoyed this story. It was fun and sweet, and the characters felt pretty true to the show. Stiles wants to date the hell out of Derek, onscreen, offscreen, and anyscreen. I just really enjoyed this story. For the most part, it put me in my happy place. :)
4+ stars just b/c there's some violence and offscreen dub/non-con that made me squirmy and cringe-y. Totally me, though, so maybe that's not an issue for you. The story was so much fun, and I'd totally recommend it for an evening's worth of (free!) raunchy sweetness.

Finished this up last night! On the one hand, I'm glad I hadn't read this fic already, because it fit into a hookers/pornstars/sex workers challenge I'm doing right now, but on the other hand, WHY HADN'T I READ THIS ALREADY!?
This fic was great, I'm really liking this whole Neckz N Throatz verse thing, it's different, but familiar enough to be comfortable.
I actually found myself wanting to go online and look for the pictures Stiles and Derek were taking (and the videos!) during this fic, but alas, it's not freaking real.

Stiles and Derek do PORN. Do I need to say more?
Lots of sweetness in this one. Stiles falls in love with Derek almost from the start and he is very open about his feelings. I really liked that. Derek has some issues to get through, but no misunderstandings or other problems between the two.

I was considering 3 stars while I was reading this fic and right after finishing it, but thinking about it a few days later that's actually a bit too generous.
I mostly enjoyed it, but it's still heavily flawed and haphazardly plotted.
For starters: instalove! We meet again, old friend. It's been a while. (No, it really has, luckily.)
As far as the MCs are concerned, there's no real awkwardness to Stiles, even though he's as witty and disarmingly honest as always, and Derek is much too trusting and open for it to be in character.
The secondary characters are entertaining and much more accurately portrayed, but they're not enough to fix the situation.
But hey, it's still a classic triple S combo - sweet, snarky and sexy - and that can never not be good.

Very interesting premise. Love the cover, seems so innocent, when the story isn't anything but. I love porn and I would go apeshit over seeing real porn of Derek and Stiles together, but if I were them, doing it on camera? No.
Very alternate universe. Also some horrid off page sexually charged abuse involving both of them but in separate instances. Check out the tags on Ao3 before you read.
There are some great lines from Stiles when they meet. I was ROFLMAF.

I liked this one (Thanks Rosa) the setting is one I tend to avoid 'skin-mags/porn vids' but the couple are engaging with Derek's smile packing power.
While there's sizzling sex and it's sex on film, there's also feeling behind the touches.
Stiles is a quirky open person while Derek is defensive and closed off, slowly getting unwrapped by Stiles.
This appears completely AU to the cannon giving Derek a different tramautic backstory - but I'm unfamiliar with the series aka it reads fine as an original work.

I am not even going to touch on the believability factor. I mean this is Sterek, right?! It was hot hot hot. The boys turned from models to porn stars super quick and the sex was paaaaaaages long at a time. Niiiiiiiicely done.

I luuuuuurved the premise of this. A skin mag that focuses on relationships? Does such a thing exist? It sounds wonderful.
The beginning of this was one of the best, most hysterical things I have read. It was so funny and cute and I adored it so much. Favorite quote: . Gyah, there was so much laughing when Stiles and Derek first met! It was hilarious.
And then it got serious. And I liked the serious because it offset the hilarity nicely. But by the end I did kind of wish for the return of the humor.
Overall, I really liked it. It left me happy and with the desire to read it again soon.

Getting to the end of this is like, What the hell, where's the rest of it.
Before you start thinking that means, what did I get into and WHY... that's not quite what I mean. A lot of these leave me feeling like, why did you END it? Like whining! So from that safe to say yes I liked this one. Another porn (lite) fic. I really liked how Stiles just almost immediately didn't get intimidated by Derek and loosened him up.
This one has Derek with some past trauma that throws Stiles into one of his panic attacks but overall how it's handled (in screen) turned out nice.

This was a sweet fic, with a slightly different take on the whole omega angle. In this setting it’s an AU of a kind, still with familiar settings, but werewolves are part of everyday life, including history and literature. Stiles is a model, and initially I wasn’t sure about that aspect because the Stiles we are familiar with doesn’t lend himself to that type of character, but the way this is done, it works. In this fic Stiles has just come off his first modelling shoot, for a magazine called Marked (I think that was the title) where omegas are shown as being bitten and abuse is implied. Stiles had a terrible time at the shoot and was very uncomfortable with the whole thing (we get the feeling it was correlated to the shame following a first time porn shoot). He goes to a new magazine whose focus is on Mated couples, who features several popular duos and details of their lives together, pics of them in romantic or sexual settings, but the point is, it’s a nicer mag. Stiles is paired with the handsome but difficult to work with Derek and of course our clunky and sweet Stiles manages to tame the beast. There are some very sexy moments between the two, especially during some of their shoots, and I had a Hot Head flashback or two. And the lack of filter on Stiles mouth makes for some funny and quotable lines. Derek is charmed and the two slowly work through obstacles as they come together. I liked how Derek is a beta in this fic and is less of an alphahole (though I do like those stories too) and more of a tormented soul with somewhat of a reason to be. Worth the read!

Very nice. Mostly a fun story...except the back story for Derek. That wasn't so fun. But it was a convincing reason for Derek's assholish ways. Although, he lightened up quite a bit after meeting Stiles.
