A shifter with a secret that could destroy his world...
A witch without a coven to keep her grounded...
A fated destiny they'll have to fight to begin.

Book five in the Feral Breed Motorcycle Club series

Shadow of the Feral Breed earned his road name by being a sneaky combatant--quite fitting considering he's been hiding the truth about his heritage for decades. With his life wrapped in secrets and lies to protect himself from the judgment of other shifters, he's become a master at keeping people at a distance. He's got a job to do, one that could potentially save the lives of the missing Omega females, and he refuses to let a little thing like honesty get in his way.

Fire witch Scarlett left her coven voluntarily after her sister's banishment, but she can't get over the pain of being shunned by the people she saw as her extended family. She keeps her relationships casual, avoiding any real commitment on the chance others may let her down again. But with her powers out of control and her element burning her from the inside out, she's on a path that can only end in ash.

After a chance meeting leads to a fiery clash, Shadow and Scarlett work hard to break themselves apart as the thread of destiny pulls them closer together. But secrets and lies aren't a stable foundation for a relationship, and the walls between them are easier to build higher than to tear down. When the truth comes out and the smoke clears, will their fragile connection be burnt through or tempered by the heat? And can their fated bond survive the war brewing in their world?

Full-length novel with adult content featuring a wolf shifter with a secret, a stubborn fire witch with a history of loss, and a slow simmering romance leading the two to war.

From farmers to werewolves, store clerks to witches—if there’s love to be found, she’ll write about it. Ellis lives in the Chicago area with her husband, daughters, and a German Shepherd that refuses to leave her side.

At first I really don't like Scar but she def deserve an applause from me. She step up for Shadow in the ending of this book.

Quotes

“You’re it for me, Sparky. Not because of fate or some kind of magic tying us together. Because I choose you…because I want you. You’re mine and I’m yours, if you want me.

“He gave me a mock frown. “Just don’t try to boss me around.
“Wouldn’t think of it. Now kiss me. I yanked on his shirt, pulling him down to my level.
“See? Already so bossy.

“It’s about time you got here, she said, her voice strong and filled with sarcasm even as her hair glowed and the fire flew from her fingers. “I was beginning to think we’d have to handle all these guys alone.

If you've read any of the Feral Breed series this one is not to miss. Our favorite flaming witch sister Scarlett finds her red line but isn't ready for how strong that pull is to the secretive Shadow. Shadow has a few secrets of his own. Finding a mate is the one big things shifters look forward to and Scarletts scent soon has him clawing for more.

So look forward to some scorching drama between Shadow and Scarlett as well as a little more uncovered from the Omega abductions. Oh and if you've been waiting for the show down between our Feral Breeds, witches, and those Rogues then...ha I'm not going to spoil it.

So if you're in the mood for a little shifter/witch drama and action then I would suggest picking this one up.

I received my ARC copy from the author in exchange for my honest review.

Their fiery love fairly sizzles off the page
Someone is kidnapping female omegas. Shadow is on a mission to stop it and the senseless decimation of packs. He works covertly for the President of the National Association of Lycan Breeds, NALB. He rides in the Feral Breeds Motorcycle club. Only two of his club brothers know his secret, his local president and the national president. He holds his secrets close.

Scarlett is one of a triplet of witches. Having been shunned by their prior coven they have formed their own small one. When her sister prophesizes her imminent mating Scarlett rejects what fate has in store for her. Meeting the man fate has mated her to she rejects him out of fear. But no amount of fear will stop destiny.

Their love is fiery. Shadow has his work cut out for him in convincing Scarlett to accept him. Both are protective strong characters. I enjoyed the sexual tension that built between them as they came to know each other. The search for a kidnapped omega was a good background story arc not only to introduce the series but to showcase Shadow and Scarlett’s characters. While their relationship is established at the end of this story the book leaves you on a series cliff hanger. I’ll be looking for the next in the series to find out what the future holds for this group of shifters and witches. It is apparent that the previously released series The Gathering is related and I’ll be looking at them as well. I would definitely recommend this book as a great introduction to this author.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

SHADOW OF FATE !!!
Wow! Like really, really WOW! Ellis Leigh has done it AGAIN! And just what has she done, you ask? She has delivered another spellbinding addition to her riveting Feral Breed Motorcycle Club Series. And it will steal you away to a most wondrous paranormal world filled to the brim with adventure, danger, suspense, intrigue, supernatural beings, magic and seductive romance. I absolutely loved it! Claiming His Fire is Leigh's fifth novel in her Feral Breed World and I just can't seem to get enough! I first began reading Leigh's work in January of this year when I tested the waters with the first book of this series, Claiming His Fate, and I've been hooked ever since. I now anxiously await, albeit not so patiently, the release of each new book and five books later, I'm still totally captivated by Leigh's boundless imagination, incredible talent and unique style. But I digress, let's talk about Claiming His Fire. The story is original, well developed, unique, exciting, thrilling, action-packed, compelling, suspenseful, heartbreaking, heartwarming, humorous, romantic, seductive and arousing. And did I say hot? No? Well, it's hot! The dialogue is smart, raw, well written, well edited and flows effortlessly. Yep, it's all that and a whole lot more. But my favorite part of this story and the series is the characters. They are the heart and soul of each book. They are fascinating, captivating, intriguing, powerful, engaging, endearing, sexy as sin and at times laugh out loud funny. And, they are also very well developed since almost the entire cast of characters reappear in each book. I absolutely love this in a series. These characters become so much more than fictional people in a book; they become my friends and family. My heart aches for them and my eyes cry real tears for them but I also cheer for them, laugh with them and I rail at any injustice committed against them. Yes, the writing is exceptional, the story is compelling, the plot is intriguing but it's the characters that literally explode from the page. They grab your complete attention, capture your heart and hold you prisoner from beginning to end.

Badboy biker Zeev Rimau, Shadow to his Feral Breed brothers, is known for his intelligence, agility and stealth but Shadow is a man with secrets; secrets wrapped in lies and deceit, all to avoid judgement and recrimination from his Breed Brothers. Very few know the truth of his life, ancestry and heritage and those few, he counts as true brothers and friends who help him guard his secrets. How very ironic, since his job as a member of the Feral Breed MC is to enforce the laws of the Lycan Brotherhood and guard their secrets. Unfortunately in the Feral Breed Brotherhood, all are not equal. Some members condemn and judge those of mixed blood. They feel that Borzohn, men and women born with the shifter gene, are far superior to mixed bloods and Anbizen, those born as human and turned. And sometimes that judgement can be biased, intolerant, cruel, unjust and deadly. But something is terribly amiss in the lycan world. Someone or something is stealing the Omega she-wolves and destroying any and all that get in their way. They are decimating entire packs in their quest to gain the revered Omega females and the number that have been abducted is growing every day. Shadow has been given the mission of investigating these heinous acts by Blasius Zenne, the President of the National Association of the Lycan Brotherhood. Hopefully he can determine who is responsible for these despicable acts, why they are doing this and ultimately discover their location so the she-wolves can be rescued. Not even his own secrets can stand in the way of him accomplishing his mission. No matter the cost, he's determined to succeed not for himself but for his brethren, their mates and children. He has never pictured himself settling down and certainly never imagined that he would ever find his true mate - until now.
Scarlett Weaver is an elemental witch with an affinity for fire. She is also one of three sisters, triplets and all are elemental witches. Zuri Weaver, a water witch is mated to Phoenix of the Feral Breed. Amber is an air witch and the future-teller of the trio. Their coven had been the only family the three had ever known but they were forced to leave it all behind when Zuri was shunned for being with a wolf shifter. Wolves and witches have traditionally been enemies since the dawn of time. Shunning one was the same as shunning all three sisters and now they lived in Detroit near Zuri and her mate, Phoenix and the Feral Breed Detroit Den. Scarlett's heart had been broken and shredded by the actions and condemnation of her coven and vowed to never trust anyone other than her sisters ever again. And she certainly would never allow the fates or anyone else to control her life, her destiny or her "red thread". Scarlett's sister, Amber has foreseen her "red thread" also becoming entwined with a wolf but she would be the one to decide whom she would allow into her life, not some random wolf chosen by fate. Nope, never going to happen! Or would it?? Hmmm.....I wonder???
No spoilers from me but I will say this......Handsome, secretive shifter who is a member of the Feral Breed-check! Beautiful, strong and stubborn fire witch who is determined to be the mistress of her own fate-check! Large, fascinating cast of familiar characters-check! Danger, drama, suspense, intrigue, action, threat of imminent war and enemies with evil machinations-check! Heated attraction, fiery passion, heartbreaking angst, a little humor thrown in for good measure and sweet, steamy, dreamy romance-you bet! That and a whole lot more!
Sparks fly - quite literally in Claiming His Fire!
"Cry Havoc! and let slip the dogs of war" as so eloquently written by Shakespeare. So, let the war begin! I can hardly wait for the next book in this amazing series!
This novel is book five of the Feral Breed Motorcycle Club Series and I highly recommend reading all five books in the order in which they were published. I was given a complimentary copy in exchange for my honest review.
My Final Verdict: FIVE SIZZLING HOT STARS !!!

I simply can't resist. I have to share my favorite passage in the book. Thankfully, it doesn't include any spoilers but it will give you a very small taste of why I enjoyed this book so much. It caused several chuckles and made my day.
“This doesn’t mean anything , she said, trying to sound all harsh and tough as she cuddled into me as if I were some kind of mostly human teddy bear.
“Nope, I said, my voice soft, my lips brushing the top of her head. “Doesn’t mean a thing.
“We’re friends. Friends cuddle.
I smirked. “Sure, I cuddle with Rebel all the time.
Silence and then,
â€Áè±ð²¹±ô±ô²â?â€
“No, never.
“Too bad, she said with a sigh. “That’d be hot.

What the hell just happened???!!!

Scarlett, having lived through betrayal, and by family to boot, has no intention of leaving anything to Fate. She's capable of making her own decisions. She's capable of choosing a man for herself, she doesn't need any red threads. And she has no intention of succumbing to a possible red thread crossing her path. No!

That's what Shadow of the Feral Breed hears when he meets his mate. No! But, being quite used to rejection and keeping his feelings hidden, he doesn't show how much her rejection hurts. If the woman doesn't want him, he's not about to force her. He's more than willing to leave town, and leave her be...But what if she doesn't want to let him be? What if Fate is stronger than anything else?

This series is getting better and better. And the stories are getting better and better as well. Stories, characters, conflict, reactions, interactions...And now we have suspense joining the fray. For reals. Yay!

I loved Shadow, yes, I know, I love (most) wolfies in this series, I can't help it. Where can I get one? He was such a gentleman, so kind, polite, and with impeccable manners, that completely belayed the beasts (yes, plural!) that moved underneath his skin. I like it when protective wolves come out to play, but that last shift...Ooh, boy, tingles all the way.
But as much as I loved Shadow, despite his top-secret crap (he can keep secrets) and his martyr complex (he's been dealt one bad hand too many in his life), I really disliked Scarlett at the beginning. The way she acted toward him, toward anybody that might want to come close, actually, the way she pushed people away...I felt she went to far in her bitchiness. She wasn't distrusting and jittery, she was downright mean at times, and it quickly started to jar with the story. Whenever she was in a scene, the natural flow of the story stopped. But once she snapped out of her funk, it was all smooth sailing.

In the character, their interactions and romance department that is. Everything else wasn't as smooth. And I loved the hell out of it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not talking about story elements, flow, voice, or pacing. That was great all around. I'm talking about the bumps the story brought along, the bigger picture slowly, but surely forming, yet still eluding. The suspense came out to play and it brought the big guns. That solitary scene from came out to haunt Beast (and this reader), providing a short reprieve, but that lucky retrieval was just the calm before a storm.
The entire story, the whole series before this one, was one hell of calm before a storm. Until chapter twenty rolled along (aptly subtitled and so it begins...) when all hell broke loose, along with a fiery tornado...And then abruptly ended, prompting the exclamation that is written at the beginning of this review.

I was all goose-bumpy and ready to fight when it all ended. Thank the Goddess I have the next book on my Kindle and I don't have to wait to read it. Binge-reading is sometimes a blessing.

As I was saying...Now we're talking. Great characters, lovely romance, engaging story, wonderful pacing, a whole lot of foreshadowing, intriguing suspense and mystery, and one hell of a fightus-interruptus at the end. I can't wait to see what happens next. God, I'm goose-bumpy all over again.

Ok, so this entire series and the sub-series (The Gathering) is fantastic, imo, and while Phoenix remain battling for my heart (let me keep thinking that, okay?), this book is just on different level than the others. I don’t know if the series is coming to an end soon, or what, but it the atmosphere in this book feels like a culmination of events and emotions and it’s simply awesome.

Shadow, if you remember a couple of books back (Calla’s story) is a shifter doctor who’s part covert affairs agent for the NALB. He’s also freakin fantastic, if you ask me. And you are asking me or you wouldn’t read this review. HA!

Scarlett, or Sparky, or Firecracker, or whatever name you want to throw her way, is 1/3 of the Weaver witches (Amber and Zuri are her sisters). And. She’s. Nuts. And very cool, strong, opinionated, emotional, determined. With a touch of emo, I’d say.

Scarlett’s resisting her mating bond to Shadow for reasons I won’t get into here, and Shadow is being amazing and letting her come to terms with everything and approach him. He’s suffering in silence and he’s doing it beautifully.

Some fabulous lines that truly represent Leigh’s crafty words, and at times her slight insanity make this story what it is. For example:

“How he could not be as deflated as a cheap tire on a glass-strewn highway, I had no idea.
And there’s quite a bit of humor, mostly from Scarlett (evidence? the quote at the top of this review).

There’s a lot, A LOT, going in this book in the Feral Breed world, and their budding romance is woven with action packed pages of kickass writing. I can’t say much except I need the next book like I need my next breath. Not that I’m saying CHF ends with a cliffy. But I’m also not saying it doesn’t.

CHF is definitely a page turner. It’s light and emotional, filled with action and a touch of mystery, and will take any supernatural loving reader into the magical world of Ellis Leigh’s shifters.

Sizzlin'!!!

Just when you think Ellis Leigh has written the ultimate Feral Breed story, she raises the bar again!

This is such wonderful read of two people trying to get past secrets and pain to be together.

Ever since her sister, Amber, revealed her latest vision to her, Scarlett Weaver has been running scared. The last thing she wants is to be mated to some dominant, alpha wolf shifter. She doesn't want to be wanted only because the Fates deemed it, and she definitely doesn't want to be controlled. She's also hiding a pain she doesn't think she will ever recover from.

Zeev Rimau, AKA Shadow, has secrets too. Secrets he fears, if found out, will cause all who know him to shun him...especially his Feral Breed brothers. He also feels unworthy of a mate, and is resolved to live his life alone. He respects the pull of the mating bond some of his pack brothers experience, but doubts he ever will.

Until he scents Scarlett. He cannot understand what he's feeling while when he enters the home of packmate Phoenix, and his mate, Zuri. But when Zuri's sister, Scarlett arrives and he lays eyes on her, all he can think is MINE! However, she rejects him...and leaves.

I have to confess Scarlett was beginning to annoy me with her constant rudeness and running away from Shadow. But, I had to take a step back and realize that even though she was strong, confident and supportive of Phoenix and Zuri in “Claiming His Witch, the actions of Bethesda and the coven had a lasting impact on Scarlett, and it wasn't a good one. Can she get past it?

While Shadow and Scarlett have to come to terms with who they are, and if they will ever “be - Omega wolves are still being kidnapped and Shadow is the president's point man. Can he stay focused on the job at hand while his heart is being pulled towards Scarlett?

All of the Feral Breed are on-hand to help with the case, but it is Amber who wins the day for me in CHF. Initially standing against her sisters in CHW, she more than makes up for it here with her honest, in-your-face advice to Scarlett. The snark and humor are ramped up in this installment, and I absolutely love it!

I have so many questions, but the most important one is when do we get the next book?

And what's going on with Jameson?

You can't go wrong with this installment of the Feral Breed MC!

Title : Claiming His Fire (Feral Breed.
Motorcycle Club Book 5 )
Author : Ellis Leigh
Reviewed By : Stephanie Jordan

These are the type of Paranormal Books I like. Glued to your seat not even moving, drinking your cup of tea with honey as you turn the pages. Not even thinking how much sleep your missing just so you can see what is happening next. Your on pins and needles. OMG I feel like I'm their.!!
Shadow has a secret only a few know not even his pack mates know. And that reason alone he thinks the Fates will never give him a mate. He's is working on a secret mission no one can know about, just Rebel and Blaze knew of his mission. He must be vigilant and find the Omega's and the people responsible for capturing them. By not sleeping or eating hardly plus contantly on his motorcycle for months is taking a toll on him he still keeps pushing on. The Omega's need to be found God knows what these monsters are doing to them.
Scarlett was part of the Weaver Triplets they were all Witches for the Elements each one had there own abilities. They followed Zuri to Detroit which is where her Red Thread was. Phoenix was her Red Thread her Mate.
Now it's Scarlett who needs to fine her Red Thread which she was fighting, no way was she going anywhere near the Feral Breed Territory then she won't see her Red Thread.
Amber and Scarlett went to Zuri's house two towns over. When they went into the house Scarlett felt something funny, looking around all she saw was Phoenix then he turned and her Red Thread was their, Oh no Scarlett turned around and runs to the car.. Shadow has his work cut out for himself. He is going to go slow with Scarlett and wooooo her, something he has never do. I'm telling you Ellis Leigh's books keep you pin to your seat. You won't want to miss any of it. This was gifted to me for a honest and truthful review.

Claiming His Fire, Feral Breed MC Series by Ellis Leigh

A shifter with a secret that could destroy his world
A witch without a coven to keep her grounded
A fated destiny they’ll have to fight to begin.

Shadow earned his road name by being quick and sneaky but he has a secret that would blow his world apart. Scarlett Weaver is a triplet and a Fire witch who is out of control. She needs to be grounded but by a wolf shifter? There is an evil moving under the radar in the wolf shifter community that needs to be eliminated. Can Shadow and his Feral Breed Motorcycle club brothers find those responsible for the kidnapping of the rare Omega females? How will Scarlett and Shadow learn to trust and believe in each other so that their red thread will bind them closer not burn up in flames?

The Feral Breed is a brotherhood of men fighting for justice and the protection of their fellow wolf shifters and their mates. These books can be read as standalone but I highly recommend they be read in order, especially for Claiming His Fire. There is a Glossary just before Chapter One containing important terms found in the book. Very helpful, thank you Ms. Leigh. I love this series. I declare that each book is my favorite until I start the next one. Author Ellis Leigh, has created a world of wolf shifters who as members of the Feral Breed MC act as enforcers to uphold their age old principles. Claiming His Fire is a fast moving story with all the hot and steamy elements necessary to keep you reading late into the night. Claiming His Fire will end with you screaming for more! Ellis Leigh is an incredible storyteller. I am so completely in love with the Feral Breed Motorcycle Club series!

All I can say is YOU MUST READ THIS!!!! If you're a reader of this series you are just gonna die at the end of this book! It's a killer ending! If you've never read any of Ellis Leigh's books, go back and start at the beginning just so you can get to this point in the series. I'm dyin here, truly dyin, now I've got to read the next book and I have not one oata of an idea of when her next release is. Once again, while reading this book you'll become wrapped up in the lives of the feral breed to the exclusion of everything else in your world. This book is smokin hot in more ways than one. This is Shadows and Scarlett's story and Scarlett is a fire witch and Shadow is like a 007 of the feral breed world. Don't pass this book up, you'll be sorry! I was lucky to receive this book as an ARC in return for a honest review, but I would've bought it in a heartbeat. I just finished it and cannot say enough good things about it. The book is more than just hot, spicy sex ( although there's that in it too). Ms Leigh has woven a world of interesting characters that interchange with the other characters from her different series and the result is absolutely amazing! This story's ending is like a new beginning for a new phase of,her storyline. Come along for a ride on the carousal, it's gonna be a wild ride!

Claiming His Fire (Feral Breed Motorcycle Club #5)

by Ellis Leigh

Wow! I hope the next book comes out real soon. Way to keep us hangin Ms. Leigh. ;-)

I love Shadow for so many reasons. Too many list off. I am sure you will too. He is strong in mind and body. He has a huge heart and as loyal as they come to his friends and family. He won't push Scarlett to do anything she doesn't want to do. It has to be her choice and she has chosen or so she thinks.

Scarlett is a lot of fun. She is sassy, stubborn, Independent, sometimes immature (that comes along with the jealousy), and as faithful as they come. She will protect those she loves, with her life if need be. She thinks it is wrong that fate calls the shots when it comes to who she is suppose to spend her life with. It should be her choice and she has chosen to ignore fate. Well, she tries too. Fate is just as stubborn as she is.

When things get hairy and push comes to shove, will Scarlett be able to stand up against fate or will she realize that fate has chosen the perfect man, and beasts, for her?

We look to those we love in time of need for help and protection and Shadow will do what it takes to protect Scarlett.

*ARC given for an honest review*

There's that moment in these books when the couple see each other for the first time and experience that mating pull, but we've never experienced the heart dropping moment that a mate says "No."

We meet Scarlett, who is still reeling from the banishment of her coven, as she tries to fight fate and the red string that her sister sees tying her to a member of the Feral Breed. Shadow has his own secrets that make him keep his pack mates and other people at a distance, but when he sees Scarlett he feels like he's finally found something that can complete him.

I loved this story because it shows up the strength and respect that the men have for the mating bond. Along with how a woman might think about the idea that fate has already picked someone out for you, and your choice is gone along with the male's. It was so well-written, and I loved Shadow and Scarlett together!

We get a whole lot more in depth with the Omega kidnappings with this one, too, and the action is intense as things start to come together on that front. I need the next book NOW. This one ends in a solid place, but I found myself trying to shift the page on the kindle just to find more.

Scarlett lost everything when her coven shunned her and her sisters, and now she's just trying to live her life without her fire getting out of control. What she definetly doesn't want is the fates telling her who she is destined to be with.

Shadow is the mysterious one we've been reading more and more of as this series continued and now we finally get to learn more about him! And while he wants a mate a wasn't expecting one espically one who refuses to accept him.

Scarletts nickname is firecracker and for good reason she is sass and spuk, but inside she just wants to be accepted without fear of being shunned again.

Shadow has it tough with his mate trying to keep away from him, but you can see he only wants what is best for her and I loved watching as these two broke past their barriers.

The storyline from previous books continues so not only do we see more of the characters we already know and love, but we see how things continue to evolve for the story as a whole as well. Very enjoyable afternoon read and I can't wait to see more of this series!

I am a huge fan of this series. I received an ARC copy for a review. First do not read this as a stand alone. You could but you will enjoy it much more if you read the series in order. Second because I got an ARC copy I had no warning this is a cliffhanger.
This is the story of Shadow and Scarlett. What I like most about this series is how each book has it's own unique voice depending on the main character (mostly the male). While Claiming His Fate was gritty and raw and Claiming His Witch felt hopeful and exuberant this book is quietly passionate. The H/h make choices you could see in real life, they feel like people you could know. No too stupid to live moments or one dimensional alpha males.
Also the Author lets you get a look at the previous main characters, this always makes me happy. I want to read how they are progressing, they are all part of the series so we should be able to see the interaction with new characters.
The dialogue, the story, the pace and flow are all great. Just watch out for that cliffhanger.

Finally Scarlett gets her story

As always, this was an amazing book, and had a continuation of the kidnapped omega wolves story in it. I can't wait to find out the whole story on the one has, since we learn a little more with each book. But right now I'm having a terrible hissy fit because the book ended on a GIGANTIC cliffhanger. All that does is makes me want the next book to be out right now, not tomorrow, not next week, and definitely not in a few months!! I may go crazy waiting for it! Well played, Ms Leigh, you just guaranteed at least as many preorders for the next book as you sell of Claiming His Fire!!

If you are at all interested in this book, I highly recommend that you start at the beginning, since there are a few ongoing storylines in the series. Plus, it's just an amazing series that gets better with every installment, but makes so much more sense when you've read all the books, including the short stories in The Gathering series and the Feral Breed Anthology of short stories. Happy Reading!!

Loved Shadow and how he is working the missing Omegas cases. Scarlett was a great support to Zuri in Claiming His Witch but in her own book I found her stupid, unlikeable and pretty insecure and immature for the most part.
I found Scarlett went from being rude and ignoring/denying Shadow being her mate, even going so far as to date someone else and being miffed he didn’t react jealously, to HE IS MINE with no real reasoning or attitude adjustment.
Then she bemoans fate being the decider instead of getting to know him and let him know her.
Amber seemed to be the sensible one here, even pulling Scarlett up on her crap behaviour.
Scarlet does apologise but I just didn’t feel it but then this ends with a cliffhanger.
Luckily I have the box set so I can continue reading on.
Oh my goodness. I was so upset with this story involving The Gathering characters. I loved that short series and to know they have been hurt like this and Kalie taken by the Omega thieves is breaking my heart. Luckily she is saved but what torment for them to suffer.

I was given an ARC of this book, by the author, for an honest review..Awesome. This was a first read for me with this series, and I will admit, I am going to get the other books.. Shadow, part wolf and part tiger shifter, he has hidden his true self for years. He works for the Ferel Breed Clan, mostly on secret missions to save lives of the missing Omega females. Scarlet, the fire witch, and her sister left their coven when Scarlet's sister Amber was shunned for mating with the enemy. Amber has told Scarlet that a wolf shifter is her red thread, soul mate, but Scarlet has no plans on getting mated, but when she sets her eyes on Shadow...woo hoo, all bets are off, or are they? She refuses him and now Shadow must try and fight for his mate, Dull Doug has nothing on him, hehe.. You have gotta read this.

Claiming His Fire is HOT! When Shadow (Feral Breed member) and Scarlett (an Elemental Fire Witch) meet for the first time he recognizes her as his mate and Scarlett know he is her "red thread" but she doesn't want to be controlled by anyone and does not want fate making decisions for her....but the pull between the two of them are to hard to ignore. If you haven't read the other Feral Breed Motorcycle Club books and The Gathering series by Ellis Leigh, I recommend you read them all. Claiming His Fire can be read as a stand alone, but so many characters are from the previous stories, and are definitely worth getting to know through their own stories. Claiming His Fire definitely left with a bit of a cliff hanger.....I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOK.

Oh my god, Scarlett was such a BITCH at the beginning of this book! She was horrible to Shadow, knowing they were fated mates, his ONLY mate! He didn't even get a chance to introduce himself, and she was already rejecting him and treating him like he had done something unforgivable to her, throwing herself at other men just to drive him away. I was so mad at her! What the hell? Thankfully, she figures her shit out and I was able to calm myself. Whew!!
This one does end in a cliffhanger, (I hate those), but I was ready with the final book, so I was able to continue without waiting for a new book release.
Ended up with a 4 star rating, even after Scarlett's deplorable behavior at the start. I highly recommend the whole series.

Fire

Shadow knows what it's like to be shunned. He's a hybrid wolf/tiger who has been banished from more than one pack because of his parentage. Scarlett is a witch who, along with her sisters, was shunned by the coven that raised them and that she loved. Now her sister has seen a red thread from Scarlett to one of the Feral Breed, a witch's inherent enemy. So when she meets him for the first time, and recognizes him as her mate, she automatically refuses him before he can say a word. There's no way she will open herself to rejection again. But Shadow isn't just a wolf and to him and his beasts no means no. Even if it means losing his only true mate forever.
This is a great addition to the Feral Breed series. I thoroughly enjoyed and recommend it.

Shadow is not a beast to be reckoned with. He is hot! All man, but he is made up of wolf, tiger and human. you really don't know heartbeats you're going to encounter when you mess with his mate. Wrong move. You might as well and ask waiter "check please" because your days are numbered. Scarlet is fire witch..do I dare say more...don't mess with her mate...you read this book. I was on pins and needles and could not put the book down until I finished it. Ellis did it again! Another book with my favorite Feral Breed Motorcycle policing and protecting. Got to love them. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOK. Will they ever get their happily ever after? stay tuned for the next exhilarating book.

Absolutely loved this book, only problem is I didn't want it to end!

I been wonder about Shadow since the last book so I'm super glad they wrote about him here and gave more about the Omega issue!

Scarlett is a firecracker which clam collected Shadow needs, but I love that it wasn't an immediate fall in bed story. I like to know more about the characters and be more invested in their love life before it's sex and only sex. don't get me wrong the sex screens are always good and exciting, but I can pick up many books with a sex scene.

I honestly can't wait to get the next book! I always have a hard time putting this series down! the one bonus is more than one comes out a year!!!

this is about Shadow feral breed member and Scarlett weaver one of the 3 weaver witch sisters Who are strong willed and have men that like them that way or they can get lost. Lol
Shadow is a sweet heart for his lady but deadly to anyone else. He just what's his mate.
Scarlett is the one with commitment issues lol. She fights the bound almost the whole way.

There's war everywhere! Finally Shadow's story! I'm totally immersed in Author Ellis Leigh's Feral Breed series. A book you definitely can't put down! I know I didn't! COULDN'T! I loved it! From "Firecracker's" (or "Zippo") refusal of the Fates (in the first few pages) to the war that started with the taking of the Omega's. An addictive, engaging, steamy book (and series). An addiction that you don't want to be cured of! This is a MUST READ SERIES!

I was given an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Shadow is considered a mutt in the shifter world because he has two animals ... wolf and tiger.

He goes to help Phoenix fix his floor in his new house... and meets Zuri's sister Scarlett.

As she meets him, Scarlett denies the mating bond that they bond feel.. she does not want to be trapped by fate! But he is her soulmate
The more she sees of Shadow the more he turns out to be someone she would choose to be with.

Interwoven through this book is the thread of kidnapped Omegas...
Shadow is secretly working with Jameson to find them.
They manage rescue one...

Exciting read!

Please and thanks.

OMG! I loved Scarlett and Shadow's story. This book was absolutely amazing. Once I started reading i could not stop until i got to the very end. Scarlett is so fierce, strong, protective and Shadow is the same and more but at the same time they both have this vulnerable side to them that you get to see. And all I can say about the ending is un-freakin-believable. (thats a good thing). I cannot wait for the next book.
