Once again, Carl Weber brings together two literary divas to give readers what they’ve been asking empowering stories about big, beautiful women.

"Birthday Girl" by Coral has spent her life working toward her professional goals. Not wanting to follow in the footsteps of church friends who had children before they made it to college, Coral has decided to forgo relationships until her dreams come true. With her birthday approaching, she does not want to become a cliché 30-year-old virgin, so she sets her new goal to lose her virginity before her birthday. When she meets a mysterious drummer who leaves her floating on cloud nine, will he be the one to take her ultimate birthday gift?Or will it be the sweet church friend who doesn't excite her like the musician, but wants to give her more than just a memorable birthday?

"Fire & Icing" by Anna Lynn Bryant has suffered through a monotonous marriage long enough with her husband, Chester. Longing for love, intimacy, and affection, Lynn finally throws in the towel. Forty-one and childless, she wants a man who is willing and ready to love her the way she deserves. General Contractor William Daniels appears to be the perfect man for the job. Lynn’s bakery, Fire & Icing, needs some repairs, so she hires him. Lynn manages to bake her way into Will’s heart, but will he be able to reconstruct hers?

I enjoyed both stories, but the second one Fire and Icing was my favorite. I love stories of plus size women and men who love and appreciate them.

I enjoyed Skyy and Anna Black. Both stories held my attention and I loved the endings of both. A few errors along the way but both plots were good.

I managed to struggle through to the end, but man was this book ever awful! The first story was slightly better than the second—at least the first story had fewer spelling mistakes. Overall, would not recommend.

Carl Weber never seems to fail at presenting these wonderful books. I had a feeling that Yvonne was doing what she was to Will. Never thought Lance would get so greedy that he'd steal from Will. Safe to say keep your friends close and your enemies closer. I loved Lynn and how she never judged Will from the beginning. That there is true love

Awesome

The stories were awesome. It's great to read stories that love is still a wonderful thing and everyone deserves to be loved.
