About the author
Abdush Shakoor
50听books6听followersAbdush Shakoor (Bangla: 唳嗋Μ唰嵿Ζ唰佮Χ 唳多唳曕唳�) was a Bangladeshi author and scholar. He earned MA degree in English literature from Dhaka University and MA in Economy from ISS of Nederland. He is the author of five novels, several storybooks and essay books. He also edited books on different subjects.
Golap Sangraha, a collection of essays by Abdush Shakur, had won the 鈥楶rothom Alo Best Book of the Year鈥� award among the books published in Bangla Year 1410.
Abdush Shakoor also won Bangla Academy Award in 1979 and Amiobhushon Award from West Bengal in 2003, Alokto Sahitya Puroshkar in 2008 for his contribution to Bangla literature.
