Easy to understand and approachable introduction of the philosophy. Recommended for those who have little knowledge of the subject, or are interested in merely incorporating some of the principles in daily/professional life. However, those looking for a more in-depth or advanced study of the philosophy should look at other titles by the author or books on the subject. Audible version is well-read and perfect for listening to when working out, etc.
