I just love poetry, but am such a dunce when it comes down to it. I plan to keep this little book in my purse and read it over and over when I have a free minute. Hopefully someday I'll have the classics down and then I can move on to harder or less known poets.

October 22, 2014I am not the biggest fan of poetry but this was very interesting. I enjoyed the short stories and may read some more poems from some of the poets included in this book.

I’m decorating for Valentine’s Day so I read this to get myself in a festive mood. It’s a sweet book of poetry with some gems, though I feel it is an incomplete collection because it doesn’t contain a single one of the beautiful poems about love that E. E. Cummings wrote.

Obviously these types of books are subjective, with that said the selection was good and had many poems I’ve seen before and some that I hadn’t.

This small book contains love poems by Shakespeare, Yeats, Dickinson, Whitman, Neruda, Browning, and many more. A wonderful collection of love poems for all ages. A must read for poetry fans and those who want to be.

If I was reading this book, I would say this is the 2nd poem book I ever read! Why can't people enjoy reading poems, poetry is so good to read. it can RELATE to your life, and your problems!!!

I enjoy reading poetry and I thought this was a good collection. Some of my favorite love poems are in this collection. It is a short, quick read.
