یه تور سریع (کمتر از صد صفحه‌ا�) برای آشنایی، مرور یا طرح مفاهیم، روش‌ها� ارزش‌ها� الزامات، بایدها و نبایدها در رهبری. کتاب طبیعتاً عمق کمی داره، اما طیف خوبی از نکات رو پوشش می‌د� که می‌تون� به عنوان سرنخ برای شروع مطالعه و عمیق شدن در بخش‌ها� مختلف مورد استفاده قرار بگیره.

نکات خوبی داره کتاب. از بایدها و نبایدهای یه رهبر صحبت میکنه و یه نمایی هم از مسیری که شخص باید برای رهبر شدن طی کنه مشخص میکنه.
