Nope.
I love unconventional smut and I don’t mind MMF sharing when that’s the set standard for the relationship from the onset, e.g., Lilly/Ethan/Ryker, but I just don’t like it when a third is added later. Especially since Anna and Hudson had a previous HEA in a former series book. The addition of Eli made me question their relationship, their bond, and their love and I just didn’t like it. I really disliked Anna here. The whole thing ruined them as a couple for me, actually.
I had qualms about reading this, but thought I would give it a shot as sometimes authors are able to pull off situations I don’t typically love. Not so here, sadly. I will probably be taking a break from this series.

I have no idea how I feel about this book� did I like it? Did I hate it? Was I grossed out? Was I intrigued? Yes�? I don’t know! So we’ll just go with 2.5 stars.
I love this series and I had read every other book except this one, because I’m not normally a fan of MMF. But recently I’ve read some MMF that I liked, so I thought I would give this a go, since it was the only book in the series that I hadn’t read yet. Well� I think I bit off more than I could chew.
I’ve read many Omegaverse novels, but this was the first with MM in it. I’m not sure if all MM Omegaverse books have this, but I just can’t get behind a leaking asshole! Eli was a male omega and when he was turned on, his ass would leak. Not only did Eli’s “puckered hole� leak slick, but this was also mpreg, so Eli got pregnant, which involved this lovely scene, that almost made me lose my dinner:
His body had ejected blood, a small puddle gathered under him, and smeared down his thighs. Near his little puckered rosebud, the blood was intermingled with clear slick.
No. Nope. No. Sorry! Leaking, bloody assholes are just NOT sexy!
Aside from the above noted scene, the other smexy parts are HOT though.

Is there such a thing as too much control? Absolutely not!
I loved this second helping of Hudson and Anna. I loved their introductory story earlier in the Controllers series, and seeing them again was like meeting up with old friends. That said, the author's very good about dripping in enough of the backstory for the couple and the series that this book probably could be read alone and enjoyed. It's just much more enjoyable if you come to it having read the earlier book(s).
The addition of another healer Omega, Eli, might seem superfluous, but in this case, three is definitely more fun. Anna and Eli already have some history and when they're reunited, the old feelings are stronger than ever. But no Alpha takes kindly to being manipulated by Omegas, particularly not one as bent on absolute control as Hudson!
I love the larger framework of these stories, with the ongoing war against the Uncorrupted. It gives all of the books in this series a sense of urgency and high stakes.

Absolute Control (The Controllers #7) � L V Lane
Alpha/Omega/Omega � not your usual ménage à trois!
We already know that Hudson and Anna are a match. Alpha/Omega � Controller/Controlled and all seems well in their world. But is it really? Anna (Kitten, Hudson’s pet name for her) has a certain melancholy and the biggest soft spot for Eli, who we first met in the Hudson/Anna origin story Complete Control (book two). Eli healed Anna after Hudson found and rescued her form the Uncorrupted who attacked her home planet where Hudson was on a mission. It is Eli who comforted Anna through the two years before she was reunited with Hudson and he became her Controller.
Eli’s back story is a sad one fraught with pain and misery. He has been a little in love with Anna since they first met and has also secretly admired Hudson from afar. He realises he has dark desires for both but does not see this ever coming to fruition. Alphas are only meant to have one Omega. Aren’t they?
This is a love story, even if it does have a bit of a twist. There is no sexual orientation message here. It is just Alphas and Omegas acting as their nature demands. Whilst male Omegas are rare, they are not considered beyond the Control of Alphas and since control is predominantly by sexual means as defined by their nature, relationships between Male Alphas and Male Omegas are not out of the norm. Refreshing really.
This author has exceeded my expectations in writing this unique ménage story within the Omegaverse world. It is poignant and beautifully descriptive in the telling whilst turning up the steam levels to boiling point! The happiest ending I could have hoped for as I now have completed the entire published series and must wait for book nine to be released�
The usual warnings for steamy scenes and power exchange in the Alpha/Omega rituals of control and a few mentions of non-con (rape scenes) in hostage situations definitely make this an 18+ read. I gave it five stars.

This story certainly took a turn. Hudson and Anna are still as close as ever from book 2 in the series - but there’s more to their needs and desires. Eli joins their bond. My first mpreg omega read & I am not 100% sure how I feel about that aspect but the overall storyline, the bond between the 3 of them & the chemistry when they’re all nesting together was seriously hot!

This is gut wrenchingly disappointing on so many levels. Normally a L.V. Lane book has me pre-ordering, but this.... no.
First to do this to an established couple like Anna and Hudson made me nauseous. I don't think I would ever knowingly start reading a series if I knew that a third person would be added to their relationship at some later date. It is just way too close to feeling like infidelity. When I got the newsletter about it I actually felt my whole body kinda go numb, like I had heard someone had died. Now maybe this means I'm too attached to fictional characters, but it was viseral.
Second I want to know what I'm getting into, and not have to worry that my favorite characters' current relationship is going to be f'd up like this how many books later!!
I've purchased, read and re-read all of LV Lanes books, but this has seriously ruined it for me.
To top it off m/m sexual interaction is such a turn off for me and I'm sure many other readers. (Which has become taboo to say) I don't mind when it involves side characters. I usually skim over the sexual bits, because it's the opposite of my personal kink, and I can still enjoy the story. I just love the sci-fi omegaverse world that L.V. Lane created in her Controllers series. In Absolute Control we get to reunite with Hudson and Anna. However, there's a twist to their dynamic and it changes everything. I will start by saying that I'm usually not a huge fan of MM omegaverse, but I adore Ms. Lane's writing, so I decided to give this a go. Despite my reservations, I really enjoyed the story and the MMF relationship was handled really well. Absolute Control has all the steam and scorching heat that I've come to expect from this series with an added element of emotional growth and real connection between three people. I've loved Hudson in all his grouchy alpha glory from the start and Anna is a great counterpart for him. Her spunk and independent streak even in the face of such a formidable mate is both endearing and entertaining to watch. I loved how Anna fought for what she wanted and made it happen. Enter Eli, the male omega who first healed Anna after she got saved by Hudson. Eli really won me over with his fierce blend of vulnerability and strength. His story is quite heartbreaking and I just loved how Hudson handled it. The steamy scenes with these three are scorching hot, but the emotional connection is what really takes this story to the next level. Absolute Control is focused more on the relationship development than action, but there are some fast paced action scenes as well. Definitely a must for all fans of sci-fi omegaverse!

I loved this Omegaverse with it's strong Alpha, Hudson and the two Omegas, Eli and Anna. This story made me feel all the feels you can have with a strong attachment with all three members of this menage and omegaverse dynamic. The omegas are loving and giving, while their alpha is a
dominating, strong but loving member that binds them together with his control and understanding of each lover's place under his guidance. This was a perfectly directed situation that Alpha Hudson took to another level with his two omegas who he was responsible for and he did it so well. I really enjoyed the connection that all three of them felt for each other. Perfection in my opinion.

I absolutely adore the world that L.V. Lane created in her Control series. Her take on omegaverse is very original, and her characters have stuck with me long after I finished the books. When I heard another installment was forthcoming, I was very excited.
In Absolute Control the story of Anna and Hudson continues. The same smexy angst between the two is present, but a new character is introduced to the mix, the male omega Eli. As you can guess, fun times were had by all.
As much as I liked Eli, I would have much rather the relationship between Hudson and Anna developed more. Maybe if more time was spent on developing the emotional relationship amongst the three of them, I would have been more invested in it. I know it’s hard to do that with a novella, and especially with an already established couple. I give L.V. Lane credit though for taking the risk and writing an entertaining story.
I look forward to reading other books from this world.

I liked Hudson in the other book in this series, but after this one I LOVE him! He is one of the biggest buttholes I've read in this series as well. And maybe that is why he needs 2 Omegas. I love how Anna is. She is feisty and such a giving person. She loves Hudson, but she also has feelings for Eli. You find out in this book how much of a history Anna and Eli have before she first got Hudson as a Controller. And man oh man are the sexy times scenes HAWT! I really love how this author wrote Eli into Hudson and Anna's relationship. It ends up working really well. And I loved how this one ends as well. Probably my favorite of the series so far!

This is another fantastic story in this amazing series. In this one we get to delve deeper into Alphahole territory with the biggest alphahole yet - Hudson! He is mean, scary, deviant, territorial and downright sexy! He puts all other alpha's to shame. I love Hudson and all of his nastiness and unique punishments. Under that tough exterior though, he does have a soft spot for his Omegas. His little Omega, Anna, is just as feisty as ever and she shows us that even though she seems sweet and innocent she can be manipulative too. In comes a new Omega, Eli, who is super cute and a great addition to this pair. He throws them both into a whirlwind of intense sexual and highly erotic moments!
This is definitely a panty combusting story that will have you squirming in your seat! I loved every second of this sexy story and I have falling more in love with alphahole Hudson!

Fantastic addition to this series. I have never been much for Omega males in Omegaverse fiction. But Eli is the exception. He is perfect. Smart as a whip, refuses to let himself be steamrolled by alphas, brave, and so very loving. Hudson's reaction to the two Omegas relationship is so sexy, and the three of them together make a fantastic trio. All the growly alpha you need, and all the loving omega you didn't know you wanted until now. Great chemistry. Fabulous!

Honestly I almost didn't read this because I am not a big fan of m/m or adding another to an established couple but I am glad I did. This series is extremely addictive with intriguing storylines, growl worthy characters, and smoking hot sex scenes. Hudson is his usual dominant controlling self, Anna is sweet and a bit of a schemer, and Eli complements both Hudson and Anna adding additional components that enhanced this relationship. I found this to be a pleasurable read which I recommend.

In this book, we got a Twist for the author is that crazy😂😂
Personally, I love Anna and Hudson as they are. Buuuuuut the author decide and MMF in the mix would..., in a word... Spice it up.
We meet Eli in Complete Control as the omega healer who helped Anna when she first meet Hudson and then revealed her self as Omega.
At that time, we can feel there's fire steaming between the three of them although repress.
Until one naughty little omega take it to her self to bring him in their life and bed.
I like this omegaverse for the world the author create have no boundaries like in real life.
And it sure have one "small" suprise Twist in it. Something I didn't see coming from the previous books, really.
But downside of a novella? It lack pages of chemistry and connection between the characters. It's a personal issue for me when ever reading novella. For me there's a lot more pages to add for Hudson, Anna and Eli to really have the connection I feel in my soul.
This is a novella, so yes it fast pace, insta connection, definitly hot steamy steamy steamy!
Overall? The author done a great job making me Fanning my self for it's hotness and suprise suprise for the Twist from Eli and the way she explain how instinct of Alpha and omega to mate in another word of chemistry.

I LOVED Hudson and Anna’s story so when I realised we were getting a second helping of this sassy Omega and her growly Alpha controller I was excited. Did I feel like this implied Anna wasn’t enough... a little. Did it upset me that they didn’t have a HEA... for a moment. Did I decide to give this chance... maybe, after pouting for a minute.
Hudson loses control in a medical tent when he sees another Alpha touching his kitten he gets thrown in the brig for the trip home. Distraught, Anna is left in the care of fellow Healer, Eli. We learn that Eli and Anna were lovers before being deployed and he offers her the sweet comfort that just isn’t in Hudson’s nature.
When Hudson is released from the brig it’s with clear instructions - she’s to be bred and bonded or her control will be given to a more suitable Alpha. Determined to not let that happen he is surprised to find a second Omega in his home and even more surprised to see how close his little Omega is to him. What he plans to be a one off encounter turns into a fulfilling bond as the Omegas fall under his control and Hudson finds what he’s been missing.
I generally don’t read MPreg - it reminds of me of my fan fiction days a little too much - but this was a satisfying HEA for these three and I was willing to look passed it.

This now takes up a spot on my 'awesome' list!
I'm a massive fan of the Controller series, but this book threw me into waters I've never experienced.
I have never really been a fan of reading male omegas, and mpreg has never been my thing...Until this book!
L. V. Lane wrote a MMF Omegaverse book with mpreg in such a fantastic, hot, romantic and humorous way that I think I'm a little in love now, hahaha.
A definitive 5 stars from me!!

Absolute Control by: L.V. Lane
With the return of Anna and Hudson, in this seventh book of the Controller Series by Miss Lane, the dynamic between the Omega and her Alpha is explored in more depth. The war is still ongoing between the Empire and the Uncorrupted, but now Salvation is added to the mix. Scum of the lowest order. Not even somewhat of a military force like the uncorrupted, just a band of unclaimed victims of the Copper Virus. Anna and Hudson are sent to a commision where there are many hurt, almost too many for her to heal. Anna has to use most of her reserves. And that does not make her Alpha happy. So much so that Hudson does not see past his anger to stop the Alpha Ego, when she is healing is rival Cruz.
An intense bloody fight ensues. Both sides of the fight are punished. Hudson must knot and breed and bond Anna. Little does he know that she has a surprise in store for her strong Alpha. Another Omega to add to their bond. Eli, Cruz’s abandoned Omega. Will Anna’s femine wiles be enough to make this work? Can the Omega heat pull this all together?

The war is still ongoing between the Empire and the Uncorrupted, but now Salvation is added to the mix. Scum of the lowest order. So much so that Hudson does not see past his anger to stop the Alpha Ego, when she is healing is rival Cruz.
An intense bloody fight ensues. Both sides of the fight are punished. Hudson must knot and breed and bond Anna. Little does he know that she has a surprise in store for her strong Alpha. Another Omega to add to their bond. Eli, Cruz’s abandoned Omega. Will Anna’s femine wiles be enough to make this work? Can the Omega heat pull this all together?

What a fabulous extra story of Hudson and Anna with the edition of Eli 😍
I loved Hudson and Anna when I first read about them and then the brief glimpses of Eli in the different stories made me need a happy ending for him too and he has finally got that in this book.
As always I find this authors writing so easy to read, the story telling and worlds she creates just takes me into my own little reader bubble 🖤
This book doesn’t have as much plot as others in the series but it’s not needed as much as this is more about the establishment of the 3 of them. And with the nature of the books and the dynamics of the characters it is very very spicy 🥵 with some seriously extra hotness involved when it comes to the MM aspects of the group 😉

Wow...this book has all the naughty you can handle and maybe a little more! Each book in this series seems to get better.
This book contains characters we first met in the second Controller book, Hudson and Anna. I had a real problem with Hudson in that book and was very hesitant about this one. He is redeemed! Yes, he’s still rough, tough, controlling, and brutal...but he’s so much more and we, the readers, really get to experience that in this new Controller book.
There is also a new character introduced in this book, Eli. Oh Eli. I’m not going to say too much but I will say that if MMF genre is your thing or something you like to occasionally read then don’t pass this book up!

Ok so first let me start by saying I have NOT read the entire series yet. I was impatient to finish Anna and Hudson’s main story arc so I skipped ahead. That being said, it still totally made sense and was FABULOUS! I loved Anna, Hudson and Eli. I will definitely go back and read Lilly’s story, because these stories are good. Great plot, very nice 😉 action. I only wish Eli’s physical part in the relationship wasn’t as short in this story (He was there as more of a supportive character, then Bam physical relationship, Bam end of story). Would have loved to read more about that. Regardless, if you’re into the omega-verse genre it’s definitely a great read.

I still love this series, this was just not my favourite.
This is my first time reading of a male omega and while I didn’t hate it, and I like Eli, the story was maybe just too rushed for me. I didn’t really feel the connection between Hudson and Eli at all. He did seem like an add on close to the end. I also just didn’t like the make omega aspect of it. Just didn’t do anything for me. Eli felt like he deserved his own Alpha and to be loved and treasured on his own. I didn’t even really feel the connection between him and Anna. It wasn’t an awful read, and I bet thousands of people love it. Still loving the series overall.

Absolute Control
Can't wait for the next book. There are so many unanswered questions. This book was so much fun to read. L. V. Lane did a topsy turvy and a little of everything was in place. It was a good read because of the dynamics and their claim on the alpha. The book was marvelous in the handling of the male omega in addition to the regular female omega. Nicely done L. V.

Naughty yum!
So far all the books of this series have been smoking hot but this one tops the flames! Spoiler alert: The author gave warning of M/M interaction it's not just once and every time is hot! The menage connection is well integrated. There is a great creative twist at the end that answered my question on the prospects of male omegas beautifully.

While this was the hottest book so far, it was almost my least favorite. I feel like Eli just came out of nowhere and I was missing a huge chunk of story between he and Anna while Hudson was deployed. I never really felt like I connected with him or got to know him. I also didn't feel a real bond between Hudson, Anna and Eli.

Favorite
This is one of my favorite stories. Such Sweet Dominance. Male Omega, Female Omega, and a male Alpha.
I would love to see there story continue as the two omega get up into more mischief. Spoiler **** I loved reading about Eli switching but still not being completely in control. While also learning his place as he’s dominated completely in cruel dark hot ways.

This was a little wild for me. I like the Controllers universe but out of all the books this had the least plot and the whole of five pages it took for Hudson and Eli to bond were pretty� unbelievable?
Plus not a fan of breeding snd mpreg so� if you don‘t like that pass this book. You won‘t miss much.
