This is a nice handbook for algorithm and Mathematics techniques for solving problems. Its table of contents has the most common topics in Data Structures and Algorithms and MAthematics so if you need more information, you know exactly what to look for. It's highly recommended for those keen to participate in competitive programming.

Grāmata mani atmeta 20 gadus atpakaļ.. Akurat izgāju augstskolas vielu nepilnās 300 lpp. Atgādināja interesantas lietas. Nepiedalos programmēšanas sacensībās, bet reizēm vajag atcerēties, ka cilvēki ir sen izdomājuši kā lietas izdarīt efektīvāk un vieglāk :D

Pretty good for beginners.

Fairly concise and yet quick to cover niche topics as well. A good manual to begin with, but its the grind that's going to see you through when you need to perform under stress.
