A famous book by a famous Korean author. Embarrassingly, I didn't know about him at all and I drove right into the book without any prior knowledge or any expectations. The book is rather a collection of essays or thoughts of the author about money, how to treat it, monetize and keep it. Also, the reader can see his philosophy in regards to money and the responsibilities and mindset which are important when it comes to wealth. While the book is divided into different segments, I couldn't help but feel that some chapters were not really fitting to the whole book. Maybe it's better to understand this book also as kind of a loose autobiography.
All in all, he gives solid advice especially for beginners on how to start, learn and deal with finances or money. Even if you are already a professional in finance, it's still going to be an interesting read. You will still find some interesting insights and even learn something from the author's personal views. But I'm not sure if you will find joy in this book when you are used to western authors writing about money and finances.
