R.A Baker is the author of The Beast at the Gate and Beyond the Band of Death in the "Rayna of Nightwind" epic sci-fi/fantasy series. He is also the author of Two Merchants and a Thief in his new "Branded Souls" YA series. Much of his spare time is spent crafting fantastic worlds, deciding the fates of mad kings, lizard men, and the occasional fire golem. Outside of writing, the author enjoys listening to jazz, gardening and gaming. He dwells among ordinary men disguised as a computer mage somewhere in the land of Virginia.
