Hania Khuri-Trapper is a 500 Hour Experienced Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher (E-RYT® 500, YACEP®). Absolutely love this book, and will pick it up again and again. The parables, quotes and wisdom included in the weekly reminders are highly effective. This is also an actionable book; the author describes scenarios that us readers face day in and day out, offers advice, and things to try. Finally, the photography, layout and illustrations are beautiful. Enjoyed turning each page to discover the next one.
This book is filled with so much good and helpful content that I would recommend it to everyone. The photos are beautiful, and the quotes are both inspirational and easy to absorb. I also like the fact that the reader can revisit the book for daily affirmation even long after the book has been read, so in that sense it makes a great coffee table book, and bedside read.
