The atmosphere of Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine in the beginning of the XX century is definitely worth the time I spent reading thas book. I've been there three times and this book kept me interesting in the fourth visit. Also I was curious to see how the author will keep the detective line, historical events line and the story of wise and influential women we should be proud of.
What I didn't like, unfortunately, is the editors job: c'mon publishers of Folio, stop ruining your books! You suppose to make them better, not worse.
Also to be noted: this is the 1st book among the 4-parts series, so, would I be interested in the reading next books in line? That's where the real detective begins.
