The translation seems to be the main issue here, in my opinion. I'm beginning to grasp the story, but occasionally I just get lost. There are some terms, such as "dead one" or "another one," with which I occasionally struggle.
Aside from that, the suspense is killing me and we are almost at the finish. I must be aware of the outcome. In terms of characters, I can honestly say that they are neither noteworthy nor somebody I will remember for a long time..

Un nuevo volumen. Sakakibara es el nuevo no existente aunque él y Mei pueden hablar entre ellos al ser ambos no existentes. Van a la segunda biblioteca, donde el profesor Chibiki, el bibliotecario, le cuenta más a detalle sobre la historia del salón 3C. ?l fue el titular hace 26 a?os y todos los a?os ha seguido al pendiente del salón y sus calamidades. Explica más a detalle quien es el extra en el salón, el infiltrado qué es alguien que murió a causa d las calamidades , forma parte del salón pero nadie se da cuenta hasta que acaba el a?o, ni la misma persona,
Otros detalles, son la muerte de la mamá de Sakakibara qué fue parte d las calamidades, la hermana de Mei, la muerte del titular, la historia de Akazawa y el suicidio de su hermano y sobre todo la historia de la tía de Sakakibara.

I'm going to review this as a whole because I've read it back to back. It's been a while since I've read some manga, and it took me a moment to get used at how the action was narrated. But once I got used to it, I got into the story a lot. The art is also awesome and this was a fun read.

I don't think this got any easier for me to understand, so I'm just pretending it did and it's been working out fine for me! Haha, well, more deaths are occurring and Misaki and Kouichi are trying to discover out a way to banish the curse of room 3-3.
At one point, there were people talking about Misaki and said she's a boy...? They kept calling her a boy, and it really confused me.
Can't wait to finish!!

There was definitely more action on this one and I loved that, but I was confused and lost for the most part. I still quite don't understand "the casualty" or "extra person" role in this curse besides that they trigger the killings, but whyyyyyy?

One day, Yomiyama North Middle School lost a beloved member of the infamous Class 3-3. The students were so heartbroken by this loss, they carried on pretending as if she were still alive. Unknown to the students, they have unintentionally invited the spirits of the dead into their school by treating the dead as if they were still alive.
Years later, a bizarre curse now looms over the school, where a cursed student enters every odd year. If this cursed student is not discovered and dealt with in a timely manner, mysterious deaths and constant misfortune will visit randomly selected members of the school until the cursed student has been removed. Koichi Sakakibara believes that either he or a mysterious girl he meets at the hospital one night may just be the cursed student this year, or it could potentially be something far more complicated.
Another definitely has an interesting setup. The creepy gothic atmosphere of a cursed school. The classic ghost story vibes. The eerie undertones of old urban legends coming to life. There’s some really cool stuff in here that slowly evolves into an interesting conclusion that can be difficult to solve.
Unfortunately, I think the series is held back by quite a few shortcomings. It has a cast of bland characters that speak in robotic wooden dialogue. The pacing is dragged out far beyond necessary. The cryptic manner in which all the characters talk to each other often feels more awkward, vague and annoying rather than actually being disturbing or unsettling. Much of the logic revolving around the curse also feels made up on the spot which makes the mystery elements feel inconsistent and impossible to solve since they constantly change on the fly.
Another is a fairly good gothic supernatural mystery, but often suffers from its own cryptic nature and inconsistent mythology.

This volume gave more information regarding the curse and the possibility of stopping it mid year. I thought they had finally stopped it until the teacher killed himself in front of the entire classroom. Those poor students would be so traumatized for the rest of their lives. I couldn't even imagine what that would feel like let alone coming back to school.
Then the other girl finding her older brother dead from hanging; that was absolutely heartbreaking. I can only imagine the PTSD that the girl would go through after having found her brother like that, thinking she is next due to the curse.
Is our main male character the "casualty?" Is he already dead? Did he die with his mother when she was pregnant with him? Or did he come back to live in the area prior and just doesn't remember it? I am ready for the final installment of the series.

"Another: 3er periodo" es el tercer volumen, que recompila los capítulos del 10 al 14 del manga.
La trama comienza al instante que finaliza el volumen anterior, nos encontramos con una clase 3-3 tomando medidas desesperadas para detener las tragedias que vienen ocurriendo desde el mes de mayo, entre ellas, aumentar el número de "no existentes" de 1 a 2 (Mei Misaki y Kōichi) para ver si eso resulta de algo.
Si con el anterior volumen estaba encaminado en la trama, este volumen da un giro de 180?, planteando nuevas tramas e intercalando entre diferentes tiempos para contar el origen de la maldición y como poder detenerla. Sinceramente, solo queda un volumen y no sé como van a hilar todos los caminos que están abriendo. En el anime eran más concisos y directos.

2/3 of the third installation in the series is really confusing. In the period of 26 years, there were a lot that had happened to Class 3-3. Apparently, there are patterns of bad things that happened so they classified each year into a certain category like the year of "mayhap" etc. I would really appreciate it if the publication makes a list of those categories & their unique pattern so whenever they mention it, I won't feel so lost. That alone pulled out some enjoyment of reading this volume.
There's another death and it makes the "rule" that the class agreed upon, cancelled. They scrambled to find other ways that their seniors had used to stop the curse.

Okay, so again, I still feel like a lot of what's going on in this story could be avoided, but I love that volume 3 goes on to add even more lore. It's obvious that this story is getting deeper and deeper into the depths of some crazy intense curse. Having watched the anime, the final twist of the story comes off pretty obvious in the manga, but I think that's only because I know it's coming.
I think if you look past what this story is lacking, there's a really solid idea and creepy atmosphere.

Por fin pude terminarlo. Me auto-prometo que el último y cuarto volumen lo leeré mucho más rápido jajaja. Me va gustando, pero no sé por qué, siento que no termino de adaptarme al estilo del autor, siento que para ser el 3er volumen de 4 aún va algo lento la historia, y eso que el tomo es peque?o. ME está gustando, eso sin duda, pero creo también que la historia y la idiosincrasia de la maldición está algo enredada o podría abordarse de una mejor manera.
Espero que el cuarto tomo le dé un magnífico final porque siento que se lo merece.

Creo que el único problema que tengo al leer el manga es que todos los personajes están dibujados iguales que me es difícil ver quien es quien.
Pero fuera de eso, en este tomo me he reído mucho, he interpretado este dialogo como un humor negro: "Aunque la policía y la ambulancia llegaron Kubodera-Sensei dejo de respirar desde hace rato".
Pero es ahora dónde se pone mejor después de tantas muertes.

No se que tiene este manga que siento que se está poniendo bueno pero a la vez siento que está bien flojito.
O sea, la historia está bien. La persona que falta también quiero saber pero es como que si no lo leo tampoco mi vida se llegase acabar.
Lo que por alguna razón si quiero ver es el anime, siento que voy a morir con las escenas de terror o de algún asesinato o muerte.
Espero y el último tomo supere con creces mis expectativas y pueda ser un manga recomendable

La neta estoy disfrutando mucho esta serie ?
Al principio sentía que, como ya vi el anime varias veces y estoy leyendo la novela, esta adaptación no me llamó tanto la atención.
Pero la verdad es que la historia de Another siempre logra atraerme, es una de mis series favoritas y le tengo mucho cari?o.
Estoy emocionada por ver el desenlace de esta historia! Además, el clima lluvioso y oscuro de Junio le está dando una súper immersive experience al manga. TE AMO, VERANO DE TERROR! ??

En este tomo Akazawa de verdad me dio pena y miedo, un personaje que sin duda se ha desarrollado para ser crucial en el cierre, me falto mas relación entre Misaki y Sakakibara se dejo muy de lado a pesar de que al principio los dos no existían, la trama se ha acelerado a comparación de los dos primeros tomos.

Por momentos esta serie pasa el borde de lo misterioso y es directamente super confusa, no sé si es que el autor busca activamente confundir o si es un fallo en su forma de escribir, pero es definitivamente algo que hace que la historia se disfrute un poco menos. De todas formas, el manga está muy bien, espero que el final sea bueno.
