Wow, this was a hot surprise!
Engaging plot, some very hot F/F/M
Which isn't my usual, but it was so hot, & sensual, with the perfect amount of kink, I was impressed, and it was extremely well done, a bit of a twist near the end, and it wrapped up to quickly for me, I was so into it, I would definitely recommend this one! :)

I’m torn if I had known when I started what would come to fruition I would’ve avoided it. I’ve avoided several books/stories for the same reason. It’s just not something I enjoy. Equal opportunities or what have you.

Having said that, there were moments of heat and emotional bliss that were enthralling.

Can’t say if given another opportunity if I’d do it again though.

4 stars for the SEX
“Ask for what you want…

All her life, Lizzie has lived the way she was supposed to live, do the things she was supposed to do, her whole life planned out for her, and it doesn’t take much for her to be steered into exploring desires she never knew she had. Never in her wildest dreams would she find the pleasures waiting for her in the arms of a woman, and every day each touch, each kiss leads her more into temptation, shedding her old self for new.
“Can’t give a starvin girl
raw meat right away
not when she’s been pickin bones.
Hungry baby bird mouth,
greedy cluck and crow,
don’t mean she’s ready.
Easy does it baby morsels,
tender bitty nibbles,
a slow and sticky suck.
Girl thinks she knows
she wants it now.
You know better.
Catch her up and give her
one mouthful at a time,
until her dog-hungry belly
and rattle-boned body can meet that appetite
then, you can feed her craving,
and let that laid-away
trickling of your love
now flood her eager mouth.

During the summer before she leaves for college, Lizzie is determined to enjoy each moment with Sarah, the one who owns her body and heart and as much as she loves each moment she has with Sarah, she can’t help but want something more. Requesting to turn their intimate party of two to three, sharing Sarah with a man; little did she know she had to be careful for what she wished for.
I knew he knew, how much I loved them both, how much I wanted, how impossible it all was.

Taken was sinfully erotic, the author’s writing style is amazing, making you feel like you are apart of their story. It’s so hard to explain this book, I enjoyed it but at the same time felt like I was missing out on something more. It wasn’t a love story, but a story about desire and passion. I would have loved to get Sarah’s POV or even David’s. I will def. keep up with the author’s work, each one I’m finding is a new experience.

Very well written story.
I think the high level of the erotica led to a definite buzz-kill/crash when the story got exceedingly emotional during the menage.
The story didn't crash, mind you, the characters' emotions were written with the same intensity as the smut (I love that word, it's not meant negatively) but I lost my enjoyment of the story at that point because I started to feel a little sad for the main character.

This is the first book I have read by Selena Kitt and after being recommend to try her books, I decided to start with Taken, which was a free Kindle book and also there are not that many f/f/m books around…in fact there is very little good f/f/m available, not like f/ m/m which seems to be very very popular.I wonder why????
I
enjoy reading erotic ménage romance, but there was very little of that in this story and only one scene at the end and the action was mostly between the two women and no romance at all.everything is left in the air at the end and I would have like to know what happens to Sarah and David and where Lizzie does.

I am not saying that I did not like reading this book.I did ..it has some really hot, steamy and sensual scenes but I just could not connect with the characters.

Lizzie is a college student who goes home with Sarah, her boss and before you know it, both are engaged in a passionate, sensual night of passion. I thought it a bit odd when Lizzie phoned her parents to tell them where she was..I mean, she does have a boyfriend, Tim, who we never meet…guess he’s too boring to be in this story!!!!!...so it’s not as if she has never been out late at night!!!!!!!! IMO I felt that Lizzie was trying to find herself and to discover what else was out there!!!!!!!

I did not like Sarah…the much older women intent on seducing Lizzie.and wow.she hates men because something happen long ago in her life…so, what she’s now only going for women!!!!! But no wait.she stills want a man..the scene where she straps on a dildo/penis.too weird for me…I am not into the whole BSDM thing and why use a fake penis when u can get a real one!!!!!!!!!!! But wait, they both do. Lizzie loves doing it with Sarah and a hard, fake penis is something men just doing have!!! Duh!!! Hello!!! Too weird for me!!!!

Anyway, Lizzie knows that Sarah likes David, the office geek who is unable to disguise his feelings for Sarah..oh yes…let me not forget to mention that this guy also has some real issues in his life So Lizzie. Lizzie, wanting Sarah to be happy arranges for him to come to Sarah’s home, where he will then satisfy Sarah’s attraction for him.and afterwards Lizzie will join them both to increase the pleasures of threesomes!!!!!!!!!

This is not a bad book…the sex scenes are pretty hot between the two women.the threesome.well did not do that much for me. But then this is a short novella I guess.I finished reading it just over 2hrs as I have to admit that I did skimmed over some pages!!!!!!!!

I am going to get some of this author’s other books as I have read some really good reviews. And please can’t we get some authors to WRITE HOT F/F/MBOOKS !!!!!!!!

Lizzy's friendship with her boss, Sarah, turns into far more than a one night when the women decide to have a sleepover while Lizzy's boyfriend is out of town. An elicit affair begins and before Lizzy knows it, they are upping the ante, bringing a third person into the mix.

David is attracted to Sarah. Lizzy is attracted to David. Jealousy is inevitable.

This one was a little hard to rate. The writing was solid, the characters vivid, but something about it just didn't sit right with me. First, Lizzy is outright cheating on her boyfriend, but because it's with a woman, she doesn't see it that way. Two, although I sensed that Sarah was attracted to Lizzy, I didn't get that from Lizzy. She was more an admirer. Lizzy was more focused on David, the office hottie. So, when Lizzy made the first move, I was surprised.

I always try to take a book at face value, see it for what the author intended it to be, so I am willing to skirt past little details, like why was David so gung-ho to sleep with both women when he was clearly interested in Sarah? Did he and Sarah talk this out prior, or does his assumption that Lizzy would want to be a part of this simply speak of his true character?

Overall, it was a decent, steamy read (far better than some I have read!) but it leaves more questions than it answers.

Stumbled upon this quite by accident while adding some free titles to my iPad (as I've only just started reading ebooks). Read it in about an hour but must say, I was slightly disappointed. It was racy enough to get the pulse going but didn't quite live up to my expectations. Like others, I was distracted by the book's seeming lack of editing but the pace was fast enough that I could skip over most of that.

I too found Lizzie to be very immature and annoying. I mean come on - who really thinks that just because a penis isn't involved, it isn't cheating? I can guarantee you if I started sleeping with a woman behind my husband's back, he'd definitely see it as cheating.

The sex scenes between Lizzie and Sarah were quasi-believable but they did induce a little too much eye rolling on my behalf. I never really understood the motivations behind any of the characters or why they did things and felt the writer relied too heavily on cliches to move the story along.

Eye rolling scene number one - Sarah and Lizzie get soaked in a rain storm on the way to Sarah's house where they are going to watch movies. Obviously they have to take their clothes off and sit around in their underwear while eating dinner - even though, up until that point, their relationship was purely boss/employee. Sarah didn't even have to entice or encourage Lizzie.

Eye rolling scene number two - their first sex scene. There was no real lead up to it. No questioning on Lizzie's behalf. She goes from heterosexual woman with a steady boyfriend to having sex with another woman without even questioning the journey. I would have liked to see some hesitation on her part, or at least some self-doubt about why she was doing it. It all just felt a bit too much like some guy's unilateral wet dream of two women in a room together who just can't help but strip each other's clothes off and start screwing.

Eye rolling scene number three - the whole "I'm not cheating because it doesn't involve a penis". The less said about it the better. Lizzie - grow up. You want to play around with Sarah - fine. But at least have the decency to break up with your boyfriend or tell him you're experimenting with your sexuality.

Eye rolling scene number four - BDSM? You're kidding right? Fifty Shades had more BDSM than this story! The writer thinks Sarah talking in a gruff voice, covering Lizzie's eyes with a black silk scarf and drilling her with a strap on dildo is BDSM? Oh I forgot. She lightly smacked her bottom a couple of times and asked her to say 'Yes Sarah'. Where were the handcuffs? The paddles? The dominating?

Eye rolling scene number five - the menage a trois. I don't know, it just didn't feel real to me. Again, it read like some guy's wet dream. David drills Sarah for ages while Lizzie watches from the couch (she's supposed to be asleep) but he holds out like an olympic athlete, despite Sarah orgasming a couple of times. When they notice Lizzie watching, he goes over and starts doing Lizzie - I never actually got why. He obviously had a thing for Sarah beyond just sex so why would he want to have sex with Lizzie as well? Wouldn't Sarah have to talk him into it - at least tell him it would be okay, that she was okay with it? Again, David has the stamina of an athlete and never comes close to blowing his load, despite screwing two women and then having both of them take it in turns to go down on him.

Hmm, yeah - so believable.

Then again, given that the book only ever got my excitement levels at a lukewarm 3 or 4, no wonder David was able to hold out so long. He probably wasn't turned on by the action either.

Overall, it was easy enough to read but there are far better erotic novels out there. I give it a 5 out of 10.

Left me wanting more

I liked these characters and would have enjoyed getting to know them better. This story is short enough that it's all over just as I was growing to like them.

But this is erotica, so we're here for the sex, not personal journey, and the sex is hot and delicious.

3.5 stars. Recommended.

I think this was a novella. GoodReads says it is 138 pages and that seems shorter than most. So, thinking its a novella, I'd say it was pretty darn good.

This is NOT a romance novella. This is a hardcore sex novella. I don't recall any BDSM or anything like that. But there was F/F and M/F/F which TO ME is hardcore.

I thought the characters were well written but the end is rather abrupt and actually very sad. I almost cried but because it was so short and you aren't SUPER invested in the characters, you probably won't cry unless you're having an emotional day.

The book is about Lizzy and her relationship with her slightly older boss, Sarah. Lizzie is college age and Sarah is early 30's I think? They start out as friends but that turns into something more. As they go throughout the summer, their affair intensifies and they eventually bring a man into the mix.

I think it seemed completely natural for these characters to make this progression. To me, it also seemed like a loving relationship between the two women...until I thought about it later on. I suppose that this would be correctly classified not as a BDSM but maybe as DS? I think that Sarah was definitely the dominant to Lizzie's submissive.

So I don't really have any complaints about the book but it also didn't stay with me for very long after I finished it. I think this would be a good book for someone who wants a gentle introduction to Dominant/Submissive stuff and to more risque sex in books (with the M/F/F aspect). Or if you just want a quick read to get you "off", this would also be a good choice. I liked it though!

There's no doubt about the fact that Selena Kitt writes a highly erotic story, and taken was no different.
Except this book didn't quite have a story it involves F/F and F/F/M action so of you don't like that then don't bother reading it, I really like Selena's writing just wished the conclusion wasn't so abrupt.

This starts with Lizzie in the summer between school and university, currently working. This is a coming of age and experimentation story with regards to her sex and sexuality. The sexual relationship with the steady inexperienced boyfriend, as so many experience, is very unsatisfactory. She has never experienced an orgasm during vaginal sex. Her older boss Sarah, early thirties is attracted to her and seduces a willing though nervous Lizzie at a girl's night in after work.
Here Selena excels at her descriptions of sexual exploration in same sex relationships and writes hot, erotic girl/girl scenes that just started to dip into control, borderline BDSM by more dominant Sarah.
Fantasies are shared as their relationship blooms.
Sarah has an admirer at work, David, generally ignored, except in professional colleague capacity, and he is initially treated as an intruding inconvenience.
Then just before Lizzie heads to university, an evening comes along to fulfil her fantasy that shows David as the masterful lover, a dominant man, with such staying power...and his control and sexual ability takes Lizzie and Sarah to points of ecstasy, places all heterosexual and bisexual women would wish to experience!

Selena ends the story as it should be, with the age differences, the future paths being so diverse, so no HEA for what initially seems like an ideal ménage, but it is as it should be. How many of us will look back on similar experiences in our lives if lucky with fond reminiscences from our coming of age explorations into our sexuality.

Well written and edited. Free too, so, I considered it for 3* and 4*
It is better than 3 but not depth of characters for 4, 3.5* but for sales purposes I have rounded up to 4.

Why? I picked this one up because it's Ms. Kitt and it has f/f! This is a 3.5 star book for me. Hawt dayum the sex was good. I'm so glad I finally picked up another Selena book which is arousing. A 19 year old with a 30 something year old woman getting it on all kinky was delicious.

Then we add the menage. It's like a triangle Sarah wants Lizzy. Lizzy crushes on David. David wants Sarah. But then, Sarah gets Lizzy and Lizzy's all over Sarah. Is young 19 year old Lizzy a lesbian? Or is she bi? She's young and confused, but she does know that she adores Sarah and it's the best sex of her life. Then they bring in David. Sarah and David are around the same age and they totally talk BDSM above Lizzy's head. Lizzy's left out in the cold to some degree.

My heart hurt in this story. It's a blazing hot young love burning out too fast and left with just ashing blowing in the wind. Do we know what happens to Sarah or David? No. Instead we are left with Lizzy and her poignant memories. Good lord, just slit my wrists and get it over with. I really enjoyed this ending because it hurt so acutely and it hit home. How many times did I play the role of Sarah unwittingly in my past? This is recommended for menage readers who aren't looking for a happily ever after or a happily for now.

I'm not even sure how I ended up with this book on my Kindle, but I think it was a freebie. I decided to read a random book, and this was it because I couldn't remember reading an FFM manage before.

This is not a romance, so let's get that expectation out of the way. Unfortunately, I did not realize that going in. Strike two was the fact that the main character was cheating on her boyfriend with first her female boss, and then the guy they added to the equation. 🤡

I'm really not sure why the author added that detail...? Did she think it added to the forbidden aspect? I just decided to ignore it and soldier on because her boyfriend was barely a mention in the book.

Lastly, I wasn't exactly happy with how things ended, but given that the main character was a cheater, maybe things worked out for the best. 🤷‍♀

All in all, there was some good smut including solo FF, so if that's what you're looking for and don't expect a happily ever after, it'll do the job.

Taken is a delightfully erotic little short that serves as a great introduction to the world and the writing of Selena Kitt! The story entails a May-December girl/girl fling between a young woman and her older female boss that begins by chance one rainy evening after work. The steamy first encounter leads to the two women becoming involved in a secret relationship where the more experienced Sarah introduces young Lizzie to a series of erotic explorations involving sex toys and sugar-kink bondage play. Eventually circumstances lead to a threesome with a handsome male coworker that culminates in a summer long polyamorous relationship between the three lasting until Lizzie has to go back to college. While the end left me a bit wanting (as any good piece of erotica should do!), the story was wildly erotic throughout and a definite pleasure to read! One I will likely read again somewhere down the road.

4 stars... This was just want I needed. Something short, sweet and very sexy. I'm not a huge menage fan, so why do you ask did I pick up this book. Well it was on my Kindle and I needed a change so I decided to just read it.

I loved how Elizabeth and Sarah established a relationship before David joined the party. I would say that most of the time, I find that these types of relationships, jealousy show it's ugly head and someone always feels left out. Like many of Kitt's book this one wraps things up not so perfectly but more resembling real life.

It was a nice quick hitter. I liked the f/f aspect of it. I haven't read much in that area and I liked how Selena wrote it. It was a well crafted dynamic with several layers to it. It isn't long, but it delivers in my opinion. I really liked the sex scenes she crafted. I enjoyed it beyond the gratification. It also provided engagment on an emotional level. I liked it.

I'm actually having a hard time reviewing this book. It took me about 20 min just to think of how many stars to give it and what to title my review.

First, minor things out of the way. There were a few spelling and grammar errors and a couple parts where words were missing altogether or the wrong word was used. This didn't happen a lot and I found I was able to get through the read without it bothering me too badly.

The two stars actually comes from my opinion of the female lead. I understand she's only a 20-something and is inexperienced and a little naive, but really? Some of things that happen in this book lead me to believe she's one of the dumbest people on earth. For one, just because you're young and inexperienced when it comes to sex doesn't automatically mean you have to be stupid too.

**SPOILERS**

The f/f sex was a.m.a.z.i.n.g. and very erotic and naughty. I kind of wish that the author had just kept it as a f/f story because once the menage part of the story started to come out I lost interest. How stupid can this girl be? Throughout the beginning of the story she continues to comment on the fact that she knows David has a thing for Sarah and that she knows Sarah has a thing for him whether she will admit or not. So what's the best solution? Lizzie is smart enough to believe that bringing the hot guy into their bedroom with her and the woman that she loves (knowing full well they like each other) will be fabulous and not at all full of drama! It is just sex after all, right? There's no possible way this could turn out other than how she wants it.

Oh wait! Except Sarah and Lizzie have been having all of the blush inspiring sex and Lizzie doesn't even stop to think about the fact that they don't know anything about each other! Sex does not = love, it also doesn't automatically mean you're in a relationship so I'm sorry if I upset anyone when I say I don't give a crap about the fact that Lizzie ended up getting pushed out in the end, it was absolutely inevitable.

Lizzie is so stupid and sex drunk that she just pushes her qualms away but actually seems like she expected something different to happen. Lizzie never even talked to Sarah about having a relationship even though she apparently had already made her mind up that they were since they were having lots of kinky sex. Oh and did I mention she's been keeping her actual boyfriend, Tim, on a leash all this time while her sexual needs are being fulfilled by someone else? Yeah, you're right Lizzie, there's no way that's cheating since there wasn't a penis involved. At least with Sarah she was a divorced woman with no strings holding her to anyone. She was completely free to make any choice she wanted, and so was Lizzie. But Lizzie didn't think of one other person in this scenario except for herself so no wonder things turned out the way they did. She practically forced the situation to happen by bugging Sarah to have David in bed with them even knowing they had a thing for each other.

Also, menage, has nothing to do with YOU being pleased. It's about all parties wanting to please each other. This read like a man who just wants to be able to brag to his friends that he slept with two women at the same time. Menage is better suited for people who are either so comfortable in their relationship with each that inviting another person into that part of your world doesn't break your foundation, or for a group of people whom none of want a commitment and are solely doing it for physical pleasure.

**END OF SPOILERS**

If you want to read a really good menage story read Rescue My Heart, which is a short story included in the Steamlust: Steampunk Erotic Romance anthology under Kristina Wright.

Plot: Lame. If I wanted to read about stupid high school love drama I'd read Twilight.
Sex: HOT! Take out the story and the sex is just plain fun! The things that Sarah and Lizzie do are very sexy and naughty! The m/f/f sex was ok but not as good as the f/f sex scenes.
Characters: Self absorbed and stupid. Made getting turned on by the erotica a little difficult.

Don't read if you have a problem with anal, f/f, f/f/m, or toys.

A romance novel that actually gives me hope for the entire genre. I've looked a other reviews before writing this one, and noticed criticisms of how the characters handled the relationship--things about messy emotions, and how everyone wasn't all on the same page about what would happen when the third was added. I actually prefer it that way: it adds an element of realism, rather than this perfect happy fantasyland where everything is perfect and shiny and everybody reads everybody else's mind and it's great, etc.

In the interest of full disclosure: I read this immediately after "Logan's Redemption", so it may possibly have made me more keen on this than I otherwise would have been.

Still, I liked the relationship between Elizabeth and Sarah, how it's cute, playful, and sexy all at the same time, how they each broaden their horizons with one another (trips to the Lover's Lane for the "things with straps" that Elizabeth wants Sarah to wear; the items in Sarah's "hope chest" which she uses on Elizabeth), and the realism of the lovemaking (at least between the two females). There's no transcendental orgasm, there's no enlightenment, there's just stuff happening, and it's very nice stuff they both enjoy (e.g. that first time with the strap on). Speaking of the strap-on, I loved that little throwaway line about "the one who wore it had to be the one to clean it", acknowledging that sex isn't all fun-times, and that there's work to be done both before-and-after sometimes.

I was less impressed with the book when they added their third, because then you got to transcendental orgasm land, with a "very well endowed" man, and all these tropes. But even this part had more going for it than the damn Logan book--I actually enjoyed the feelings of jealously/conflict/unsureness, because it (to me) would seem unnatural to have them be any other way.

I also loved the ending where Dude (David? --let's be honest, he's only here to be a walking cock) and Sarah ended up hooking up, and Elizabeth was left out. It's bitterwseet (she found something good, but it didn't last, and now she must move on/she, in a way, had a hand in the downfall of her relationship, although adding Dude was only one factor among a few--such as her going back away to college at the end of the summer, which would have seriously complicated things even without Dude) and I love it for that. The ending very much fits the book, and where it's been going, and I'm Terrible, and love Terrible bitterwseet things...yet some part of me still wishes that Elizabeth and Sarah could have stayed together, could have made it work. I'm honestly not sure it's possible, since their relationship was mostly sexual, and had only a little depth beyond that (although not to say it's as shallow, as say Logan and Dorianna, damn their eyes), but on the other hand, they were having so much fun together, it's sad to see the whole thing come to an end.

I'm not sure what's keeping me from giving this a 5 star review: the threesome which was meh compared to the relationship between the two girls (but still not actually bad)? the fact that I might die of shame if I 5-starred a romance novel? ...probably the latter, honestly. So, I might come back and change this later.

It deserves to be upvoted, and get more attention anyway...

Hell. Five stars it is.

I picked up this book for two reasons. One is that I have had recommendations to read Selena Kitt. The second is that as I expand my horizons of erotica to read, I was looking for a story with lesbian lovers who are romantically connected.

As the story progressed, it looked like I was going to get that second request fulfilled as Sarah and Elizabeth share a torrid relationship with hot sex, even as Elizabeth is concerned about her future with her boyfriend and college. The sex between the two women is well written, very arousing and paints a great picture of lust for the older woman Sarah and her young lover.

However, the story shifts after David, another of Sarah's employees, enters the picture. After Elizabeth confessed to Sarah that she never achieved orgasm with a man, a threesome is arranged. This portion of the story does not share the same high quality as the first part, however, as it just seems that in the whole time the real love story will be between David and Sarah with Elizabeth as the third wheel. Yet the story is told from the POV of Elizabeth. If this sounds confusing, it matches how I felt reading the second half of the story.

Overall, it was a decent read. Ms. Kitt certainly has piqued my interest, especially with her torrid sex scenes and her nice romantic overtures during the first part of the book. The extreme disappointment I felt by the end lowered my overrall rating to three and a half stars.

Lizzie has a friendship with her boss, Sarah, which quickly turns sexual and exciting. While exploring this new side, they brought David into the mix that later on surprises them sexually.

THOUGHTS

This was scorching as the author took us from a relationship of two to three. Lizzie was very young and inexperience sexually, until her boss, Sarah, took control. But the moment David enters (no pun intended) it went from sexy and warm to a D.R.I.P. Although Lizzie was caught up in this new experience she was also learning about herself, while Sarah was having fun with her guards up at times. David was suppose to be seduced, but turns out to have a very exciting dominant presence around the women.

Sexually, the author does not disappoint; however, mentally and emotionally, everyone's feelings were everywhere with a bit of jealousy and wanting. The only thing I would say is that I wanted a bit more closure at the end with everyone. Nevertheless, this was a fun and quick erotica read.

This is a story of two halves.

The first part is all about the development and fulfillment of a hot relationship between young Lizzy and her dominant call centre supervisor, Sarah. When I say hot, I mean very hot!

The writing sizzles on the page. This is so very arousing, all the way through. Eventually Sarah reveals her toy box, and her penchant for dominance. Lizzie enjoys herself more and more.

Lizzie's fantasy is to involve a man in a threesome. Sarah agrees to go along withe plan, and they go hunting.

It is no secret, having read the book description, that they eventually turn to one of their team, David. That was probably very obvious from about page five of the book.

For me, the heat and passion cool down rapidly as the menage develops. It really takes the momentum out of the story. It still rates a four in my book though.

Heads up, this is not a romance, this is erotica. No HEA, and not really a HFN in my opinion.

Don't get me wrong this was a hot before college tale. It's definitely good to get the juices flowing as long as you make sure to stop before the end. There wasn't as much of a connection in the menage as there was with the FF scenes.

★★Taken by Selena Kitt

This is an Amazon freebie.

This is an erotica novella with @ 100 pages. F/F, M/F, F/F/M(that's iffy in my opinion)

This one is an odd one, which would have rated lower, if it weren't for the F/F scenes. The F/F scenes were hot and fairly believable. However, I am so over the naive twit, that keeps getting a character in these kind of books.

Lizzie is a 22 year old, who leaves for college in the fall. She is working as a telemarketer to pass the time. She is dating the dumbass that just fumbles around with her in the backseat of a car. Really five years and that's your progression, not to mention, he can't get her off.

Sarah is Lizzie's 35 year old supervisor. She is known as the 'ice princess' around work, and Lizzie and David are the only ones that can really tolerate her there. She puts off the 'man hater' vibe.

David is the work place hottie. Lizzie likes him and would like to date him, even though he's 'old'(mid-thirties) if she didn't have a boyfriend. But he wants Sarah, too bad Sarah will only ignore him.

One night after work Lizzie goes to Sarah's house for girls night. They get caught in a down pour, so are prancing around the house in their bras and panties. Lizzie starts to throw herself a pity part, and we get a hot F/F scene. If it ended there it would have been fine, other than Lizzie's total lack of toys, orgasms, and self confidence. I take that back, because imminently after Lizzie has to call and check in with her mom, tell her where she's at, and goodnight at midnight, really, she's 22.

They continue with their secret romance. Sarah proves to be a great teacher/ want to be Dom. Lizzie proves to be sex crazed and an obedient sub. Then Lizzie decides she would like to add a male, and Sarah goes along with it. Lizzie's great idea for getting this male is dressing like school girl Brittney Spears and going to the bar.

Finally they choose David from work. And the rain comes pouring down again. This leads to some decent F/M scenes between David and each girl. It could have been stopped here and still been a decent erotica book.

But no, this is labeled as menage. I'm sorry, but having sex with someone asleep on the couch, does not make it a menage. Nor would I consider a 2 girl hand job a menage, you just got lucky.

Some disturbing issues:
*comparing Lizzie to a baby bird who needs to be given small bites to grow
*Lizzie sleeping between them, comparing it to sleeping between her parents
*the major come down of a depressing ending

So if you are looking for a short erotica book, it's not bad, but if you are looking for a good F/F/M menage, I suspect you will be let down.

This was a quick read and one that left me not sure about how to write the review, but I want to be fair to the author so let's start with the good stuff.

I thought that the writing in this book was good; coherent throughout and engaging at times, and the author certainly knows how to write great steamy sex scenes, which were quite captivating. I liked how this story was a bit different in that the relationships all seemed a bit tentative, rather than rushing into bed with each other, and had to be worked at by all involved. Although F/f stories are not my thing, I have to say these scenes were well written IMO, and did explore the love and experimentation between the couple well.

On the downside, I just couldn't connect with the characters and was disappointed that there really wasn't any storyline, and for me although I love steamy sex scenes I need there to be an underlying gripping and exciting story.... that wasn't there and so I wasn't sucked in. There also wasn't a great ending, and things just sort of came to a conclusion.

There are several personal 'need's in play here, (1) I like my stories to have a HEA, and I didn't feel this was one; (2) the F/f thing didn't really 'rock my boat', although I did get a bit more into it once David joined the couple! and (3) there was no storyline to keep me interested. The book had several good points, and I recognise that the negatives are most likely due to my own 'wants' in a book. I gave it 3 stars in recognition of the points I've made above.

So, this wasn't quite a 4, but I rounded up. And really, the story was just fine, it just didn't end any way I imagined. Of course, it's not my story... I'm just the reader, lol.

We have Liz and Sarah, who are co-workers. I think technically Sarah is Liz's supervisor. Sarah is in her 30s, Liz is in college. They go out after work one night, and things get freaky. Liz has a boyfriend who she's had since high school, and while they get along and date and such, it doesn't really seem like she really cares about him in a long-term way. So Sarah introduces Liz to all sorts of things.

At the same time, David, another co-worker has a thing for Sarah. David is in his late 20s/early 30s. Liz and Sarah both know David has a thing for Sarah, but Sarah seems disinterested. She also keeps pointing out that it would be awkward since they work together, but hello... Sarah and Liz work together, too.

One night, Liz decides she wants to have a threesome with a man and Sarah. They look around for a while for a third, but once Sarah and David sort of have a heart-to-heart about exes and infertility, Sarah decides it will be David.

And it's all hot. I mean, this is Selena Kitt. She writes f/f like nobody else. And the f/f/m was hot as well. But this wasn't really an HEA. And I love my HEAs, so I just sort of felt sad at the end. Not that anything sad happened, but nothing really good relationship-wise did, either. It was still an interesting, super steamy story.

This was my very first ménage f/m/f book I have ever read as I don’t really ‘go that way …if you know what I am saying. I must admit though, that this book was pretty freakin hot!(Oh how my hubby would LOVE to know that I though this about two females going at it!!)

I picked this book up because the cover looked pretty damn appealing…it did not disappoint at all. The sex scenes were very hot and steamy! You may need to take a cold shower....or two!

The story itself was okay, but I found myself skimming to the juicy parts quite a bit. Until of course the breathtakingly sexy male was brought into the story. Then I couldn’t stop reading. Have you ever noticed when you are completely invested in a juicy scene you read so much faster? Well that was me.by the time I was finished the book I thought to myself.I swear I still had 30 pages to read!

The character development was pretty good; I didn’t really feel an emotional connection with anyone in the story, though I did feel really bad for Lizzy once David came into the picture. She was the one throughout the entire story that wanted the man to be involved so badly, yet Sarah took it upon herself to take first dibs. I was saying what she was thinking.”Bitch!

If you are into f/f/m erotica this one will certainly get you going.if you are not I advise you to take a chance and read this one. I never expected I would have enjoyed it…but to my husband’s satisfaction…I did!

I like Selena Kitt, but this was not one of my favorites. Not for anything the author did, however, this was entirely my own fault. I knew there was going to be some girl on girl action and that's not my thing. However, as with all of this author's books, it was extremely well done. Ms Kitt is a very talented writer, who knows her draft and who does erotica extremely well.

The basic premise is this: 19-year-old Lizzie is attracted to her dominant boss, Sarah. The two become lovers, first with each other and then in a three-way with male co-worker and the object of Sarah's reluctant attraction, David. There is no HEA in this story. I admit, I didn't like that. I also thought Lizzie a bit too bratty for where she was employeed. Yes, she's 19, but kids who act like she does on the job work in Burger Kings, not business offices. That said, I loved David's dogged determination to woo Sarah, despite her reluctance and repetitive attempts to ditch him. The sex, as I said (in particular, the three-way), was some of the hottest I've ever read from anyone. So much so that my husband also likes this book--he just doesn't know it. I seriously recommend Ms Kitt market her work with warning labels. CAUTION: Do not read in public. Pulse-pounding erotica at level 10. You WILL have some sort of embarrassing reaction if you get interrupted at just the right spot.
