I live in a high desert, I don't see a lot of rain. I see a lot of snow in the winter, but it rains for 5 seconds and then it is done. It's raining and it won't stop, so Katie Woo and her family are going to spend a night in an emergency shelter. It is a strange experience, but also a chance to make new friends. At the end it is good to go home again.
