أُثبت أنا الدكتور "عصام يونس" الطبيب الشرعي أنني بناءً على طلب نيابة الرمل بالإسكندرية
قد اطلعت على مذكرة النيابة في القضية عاليه، ثم قمت بتوقيع الكشف الطبي الشرعي بمكتبنا يوم الخميس الموافق 15/1/2009 على جثة المجني عليه "شريف حسان المغربي"
لبيان ما بها من الإصابات وسببها، وموقف الضارب من المضروب بُعدًا ومستوى واتجاهًا.

وعليه أثبت وأقرر الآتي:
أولاً: مذكرة النيابة العامة:

تُلخص الواقعة فيما جاء بالتقرير الطبي الصادر من مشرحة مستشفى الإسكندرية الدولي، عن وصول جثة المجني عليه مصابًا بثلاث جروح نافذة في الظهر أودت بحياة المجني عليه، وذلك إثر طعنات سكين متوسط الحجم حاد النصل، كما تبين وجود أثر لضربة عنيفة على الرأس.

فى الكتاب السابق قرأت الترجمة الكاملة الأمينة للجزء الأول من هذه الرواية الخالدة ، التى رفعت مؤلفها الروائى الفرنسى الشهير ( جوستاف فلوبير ) إلى مصاف كبار أدباء العالم ، وإن كان قد أصيب من جراء رومانسية بطلة الرواية ( إيما بوڤارى ) بلون من الاكتئاب النفسى دفعه إلى الحضور إلى مصر والتجوال فى أنحائها بصحبة صديقه ( ماكسيم دى كامب ) لمدة ستة أشهر ، تابعت خلالها إمبراطورة فرنسا الشهيرة ( أوجينى ) أنباءهما باهتمام وانبهار ، حتى شقى ( فلوبير ) بتأثير شمس مصر وسمائها الصافية من اكتئابه ، وعاد إلى بلاده ليكمل مسيرته الأدبية ويستمتع بالشهرة التى حظى بها نتيجة لنجاح ورواج هذه الرواية الخالدة !

على أن حُساده ومنافسيه لم يكفوا عن مهاجمته بتهمة ( الواقعية ) الصرفة التى التزمها فى تصوير خلجات بطلة القصة ونوازعها ، مما اضطرت السلطات إلى تقديمـه للمحاكمة الجنائية بتهمـة انحيازه لمذهب ( الفن للفن ) ضد مذهب ( الفن فى خدمة المجتمع ) الذى ينادى به المتزمتون من أعداء ( الواقعية ) التى تصور الحياة كما هى فى حقيقتها ، لا الحياة كما ينبغى أن تكون .

]]> متتالية أمل 24282644 ان كان لنا أن نسمي هذه الرواية باسم آخر لكان " عودة الوعي " ، فالكاتب من خلال صفحات الرواية يحمّل المثقف مسئولية حال الوطن ، فنصل من خلال نهاية الرواية الى أن الوعي الجمعي هو انعكاس لحالة المثقف ، فحين يكون المثقف " أمل " فان ذلك ينعكس بدوره على وعي الجماهير .
رواية " متتالية أمل " هي الرواية الثانية للكاتب [ محمد الحمراوي ] ، التي تصدر بمعرض القاهرة الدولي للكتاب 2015 .
وكانت قد صدرت له من قبل روايته الأولى " آخر أيام الماضي " في نوفمبر من العام 2013 . ورشحتها " دار الحلم " لجائزة [ البوكر ] .

وقد انتهى استثمار المنجم بإخفاق، ولكن القصة التي يعيشها القارئ مع هذين البطلين والأبطال الآخرين، ولا سيما تلك المرأة المغامرة التي وقعت في غرام زوربا، تظلُّ إحدى الروائع الكبرى في الأدب الحديث. وقد أخرجت حديثاً في فيلم ممتاز تولى دور زوربا فيه الممثل أنطوني كوين، إلى جانب ايرين باباس التي مثلت دور تلك الأرملة التي ضحت بنفسها لمجد القرية.

يسجل ماركيز قصة حياة عائلة "بوينديا" في قرية ماكوندو على الساحل الكاريبي، بدءاً من قدوم الجد الأكبر "خوزيه أركاديو بوينديا" والجدة الكبرى "أورسولا" و "بيلار تيريزا" التي تقرأ مستقبل الناس من خلال ورق اللعب، ومجموعة متنوعة من المهاجرين. ثم تكوين مجتمع ماكوندو الغريب الذي يتسم كل شيء فيه بالعزلة النسبية. فكل فرد ومكان طبع على شخصيته سمات خاصة تجعل تفرده حالة مستعصية.

ثم يأتي إلى القرية الجديدة الغجر بألعابهم السحرية التي لا تنتهي، فتطبع على القرية وأهلها شكل آخر من أشكال الخرافة، ويأتي مع الغجر الشخصية الغريبة "ملكياديس" والذي يفعل أشياءا غريبة ويرحل مخلفا وراءه كنزا غريبا بعض الشيء، وهو مجموعة من الأوراق التي تسجل بدقة تاريخ القرية وكل سكانها من لحظة وجودها وحتى لحظة فناء القرية وأهلها، ولكن هذه الأوراق لا تقرأ إلا بعد مرور مائة عام على كتابتها !

ثم يتنوع نسل عائلة بوينديا إلى مجموعة من الأبناء والأحفاد مصنفين لنوعين ؛ الأول يمتلك صفات جسدية خارقة للعادة وقدرة جنسية فائقة ، والآخرون يحملون صفات العزلة والتمرد المطلوبة لقائد.

يأتي المستعمر الأجنبي إلى القرية الهادئة بصخبه وشركاته وينشئ على الطرف الآخر من البلدة شركة الموز، والتي استغلها المستعمر ليستعبد أهل القرية وخيرات القرية بحماية من قوات الجيش الوطني وحزب المحافظين. حيث صاح العقيد الدموي المستبد الثائر أوريليانو بوينديا "إنظرو البلاء الذي جلبناه لأنفسنا لمجرد أننا دعونا أمريكياً لأكل الموز عندنا !!".

أحداث الرواية الخيالية متقاطعة مع تاريخ كولومبيا و إنفصالها عن أسبانيا و إعلان إستقلالها و حربها الأهلية التي إندلعت في عام 1885 قبل أن تنتهي بتوقيع معاهدة نيرلانديا سنة 1902 بواسطة زعيم الثوار الكابتن رافائيل يريبي و الذي حارب جد الكاتب تحت إمرته.

برغم كل ما حدث لــ “طار� عفت الشيمي”� وبرغم كل ما عاناه وعاينه، لكن الزمن لو عاد به إلى الوراء ألف مرة، سيفعل كل ما فعله في كل مرة، أحداث ومفارقات كثيرة حدثت في حياته، ظن لوهلة أنها صدف ليس أكثر. لكنه لم يكن يعرف أنه جزء لا يتجزأ منها، لم يكن يعرف أن الحنين إلى الماضي قد يصنع حاضرًا موازيًا لحاضره الذي يعيشه، لم يكن يعرف أنه سيقف حائرًا يومًا ما، بين خيارين. أسهلهم صعب للغاية!
فالموضوع ليس مجرد شخص مُمزق بين ماضٍ يحنّ إليه وحاضرٍ متمرد عليه، القصة أكبر من ذلك بكثير، فهناك امرأة لعوب، رجل أعمال طماع، طبيب نفسي جشع وعصابة مُتمرّسة في تجارة الأعضاء البشرية. أسهل شيء لديهم هو القتل!
كل هؤلاء ستلتقي بهم بين صفحات هذه الرواية الشيّقة التي تكشف - بجرأة - تفاصيل حيوات أخرى لا نعرف عنها الكثير، وتنقل الوجه الآخر للحقيقة، أو التي نظن أنها الحقيقة!

"أدهم العبودي" مستقبل الرواية في مصر والوطن العربي، يكتب بلغة عالمية. لا ينافسه أحد، ولا يقاربه أحد في موهبته، له عالمه بخصوصيّته الفريدة، ولا أجد أنّ كاتبًا يمتلك مثلما يمتلك "أدهم" من تميّز.

"الطيبيون" لغة مكتوبة كالأقانيم، إذ تجدها تنحت كلماتها وبها روح "الكرنك"؛ المعبد القديم. يمنحك "أدهم العبودي" معمارًا متفرّدًا، كما يمنحك رائحة وطعم الزمن وتقلّباته. رواية فارقة، ولغتها وصفية بامتياز.

من أجواء الرواية ....


في سهاد المساء الرخيم، تخلد "الكرنك" إلى النوم، ربما مبكّرًا، ربما من شدّة السأم، إنّما تخلد إلاّ من أساطيرها التي لن تغفو متى ظلّ الزمن؛ تلك المحفورة في أذهان الأجيال وفوق جدران المعابد، ومن بعض الرجال الذين يخرجون لقضاء الأمسية في بار "التِرس" يحتسون البيرة وعرق البلح والزبيب ويدخّنون الحشيش. الأجواء هادئة تمامًا، والريح الخفيفة لم تزل تعبث بقمم النخيل الباسقة في كلّ المساحات، فيبدو وشيشها ملائمًا للسكون. كانت "الكرنك" غافية.. شاغرة.. إلاّ من هؤلاء، ومن "ممدوح" المحنّي فوق مياه "الملاّحة" يتشطّف من أشياء وأشياء، قديمها وجديدها، طالما تذكّرها فغاج فؤاده ونبض متقرّحًا. فمه يهمهم بالدعوات والأوراد، كدأبه في كلّ مساء. انتبه على لهاث "عبيد" المُقبل من بعيد، فاعتدل وبدا مغشيّ البصر، كأنّما دمعًا لم يزل مقترنًا بالدعوات شحيحة الأمل، مضى يستوضح ببصره، مطّ رأسه فبان له الطريق، ولمح جسد "عبيد" الآتي هرولة، كان وجهه مليئًا بالعرق وبالرعب، فاستقام ناهضًا، نفض عن يديه بقايا قطرات ماء الملاّحة، ومسح بكمّ جلبابه وجهه، بدا أنّ "عبيد" وجد أخيرًا من ينتزعه من فزعه، صاح بصوت عال من قبل حتّى أن يستشرف عن هوية "ممدوح":

- الحقني، الحقني ربنا يبارك فيك.

في برود تلقائي، وعلى مضض، وفي نبرة غير حافلة، قال "ممدوح":

- خير...؟!

وهمّ يزجره، لكن دنا "عبيد" منه، بسرعة رمى بجسده عليه كمن عثر على ضالّة مفقودة، كان يلهث مثل جرو، وكانت له رائحة قبو مغلق، أسمال جلبابه المتهرئ مليئة باتّساخات قديمة تبعث على التقزّز والقشعريرة، فغر "ممدوح" فاه، أدرك أنّ في الأمر خطبًا ليس هينًا.. "وهل هذا وقته!".. تطلّع للحظة نحو "عبيد" ولبث يأوي لتركيز واهن، إضاءة عامود النور في الأعلى الساقطة عليهما تكشف عن كلّ ملامح "عبيد" فيبدأ يستعيد بها كذلك تركيزه، خدّاه مرتّعان بشروخ محفورة واضح أنّها منذ زمن ليس بقريب، تركت فوق وجهه أمارات القبح وسمات اللصوصية، في الواقع هذه هي المرّة الأولى التي يتفحّصه فيها عن قرب، كان يراه قبلًا ككلّ أهل المدينة، واحدًا من أولئك اللصوص المدشّنين بالاحتقار، الذين يسطون على أحواش البهائم في العشيّة وتحت جنح الظلام، من دون أن يتمكّن من القبض عليه أحد، رغم أنّهم يعلمون بما لا يدع مجالًا لريب أنّ من يختلس بهائهم هو "عبيد" وعصابته، ذلك إن كانت له عصابة، كان يراه من بعيد ولا يحفل في التدقيق في ملامحه، يبتسم له ابتسامة فاترة على مضض، أو يرفع له يده نصف رفعة كأنّه يقول: (غور)، ثم يمضي عنه ببصره في امتعاض، إنّما ماله يشعر الآن أنّ عليه أن يشاطره الرعب الذي أفضى به إلى طريقه؟ ربما الفضول، وربما الشفقة، وربما القليل من التسرية. راح يتفحّصه بإمعان، لم يكن طويلًا ذلك الطول ولا نحيفًا كما بدا ذي قبل، ولا قبيحًا للدرجة، بل كان مرتجفًا خائفًا ممّا ينفي عنه هيبة أنّه لصّ ونطّاط بيوت، ضحك في نفسه ضحكة مفتقدة وقال: أنت حرامي بهائم، أدعى بالفعل أن تكون أكثر خزيًا وانكسارًا ورعبًا عند مقابلة الخلق، ولابد أنّ واحدًا ممّن سطوت على بهيمته الليلة يلاحقك بالسلاح. أخذ في التطلّع له وهو يرتجف مثل عريان في ليلة شتاء قارص، بشكل أكثر تدقيقًا، انتابه للحظة إحساس بالقرف، من وجهة نظر "ممدوح" سرقة البهائم أدنى مستويات الإجرام وأقلّها شرفًا. كان فم "عبيد" يدلق اللعاب من غير وعي أو اتّزان، وعيناه مغيّمتان لا تستقران في نظرة محدّدة، أكمل في تهدّج وفي لوعة:

- أستاذ "ممدوح".. حمدًا لله.

- مالك...؟! اهدأ...

- "عيط الله"...

ابتسم "ممدوح"، ربما أدرك في قرارة نفسه أيضًا منذ أن رآه بمثل تلك السحنة الشاحبة أنّ احتمال الخرافة وراء الحكاية ليس بناءٍ، الليل في "الكرنك" يحمل في ثنايا هدوئه ورونقه الكثير من شاكلة "عبيد"، هؤلاء الذين يقسمون أنّهم رأوا "عيط الله" فروّعهم، لم تكن المرّة الأولى التي يقابل فيها الفارّين منه، أو من غيره من شخوص الأساطير التي يختزلها المكان، إنّما لا يصدّق في الغالب إلاّ ما يستقر له وجدانه أو ما يرى بعينيه، أكمل "عبيد" كأنّه يهذي:

- رأيته بعيني.. والله رأيته.. شكله أستغفر الله.. وشرّ الدنيا ينطّ من عينيه..

وأخذ يتلفّت حوله بنفس الفزع، ثم أضاف:
