هى الرواية التي كتبها الأديب الفرنسي "ألفونس كار" (1808-1890م)، وقد اطلع "المنفلوطي" على تعريبها؛ فأعجِب بها، وأعاد صياغتها بأسلوبه الخاص، ونشرها تحت عنوان "ماجدولين" أو "تحت ظلال الزيزفون".

والرواية هى باكورة أعمال "ألفونس كار" الأدبية، كتبها متأثر بالمدرسة الرومانسية التي سيطرت على الأدب في تلك الحقبة من تاريخ فرنسا، وقد اعتمد على أسلوب المراسلة في تدوين أحداثها، تاركاً لعنصر الخيال دوراً أساسياً في تحريك أشخاص الرواية بين أحضان الطبيعة الخارجية التي أحبها الكاتب وجعلها الإطار الأساسي لروايته.

لقد تأثر "المنفلوطي" بالرواية، وبادر إلى نقلها إلى اللغة العربية، لما فيها من دعوة صريحة إلى التماسك بقيم الحق والخير والجمال التي تجسدها البيئة القروية الريفية الساذجة.. فأحداث القصة تدور في جوّ ريفي، يتميز بالبساطة والعفوية والصدق والإخلاص والقناعة، شبيه بالجو الذي نشأ فيه "المنفلوطي" بمصر، على خلاف حياة المدينة القائمة على الخداع والكذب والغش، والنفاق، حيث يتهافت الناس على جمع المال دون مراعاة أبسط المبادئ والقيم الخلقية.

إن الهدر يبدأ من هدر الدم إلى هدر الوقت مرورا بهدر الفكر والوعي والإبداع، "وقد يتخذ الهدر شكل عدم الاعتراف بالطاقات والكفاءات أو الحق في تقرير المصير والإرادة الحرة وحتى الحق بالوعي بالذات والوجود" (ص 28). لذلك يعتبر حجازي أن الهدر أكثر خطورة من القهر. فبينما يعني القهر مثلاً اعترافاً بكيان الآخر، وإن اعترافاً مشروطا بأن يبقى الآخر ضمن خضوعه لي وملكيتي، ولكن الهدر يرتب "سَحباً للاعتراف أصلاً بقيمة الكيان أو الطاقات أو الوعي أو المكانة" (ص 29). ويمكن طرح مثال على ذلك "العولمة" التي تهدر معنى الانتماء للقومية باعتبارها تسلخ الهويات وتلحق الجميع باقتصاد السوق ومفهومه بدلا من اقتصاد المجتمع المحلي والوطن.

لنقل ان فكرة العود الابدي تحدد افقا لا تبدو فيه الاشياء كما نعرفها: تظهر لنا من دون الظروف التخفيفية لعرضيتها، هذه الظروف التخفيفية تمنعنا في الحقيقة من اصدار حكم معين. هل بالامكان ادانة ما هو زائل؟ ان غيوم المغيب البرتقالية تضفي على كل شيء الق الحنين، حتى على المقصلة.
في عالم العود الابدي، كل حركة تحمل ثقل مسؤولية لا تطاق. وهذا ما جعل نيتشه يقول" ان فكرة العود الابدي هي الحمل الاكثر ثقلا.

هذاالروائي العظيم الذي مزق العذاب جسده على مدى ستين عاماً كاملة . ما عرف للطفولة معنى , ولا للشباب صبوة , وجاءت شيخوخته إمتداداً لماضيه: عذاب... معاناة, أرق وقلق... إنه القدر الذي يقسو عليه لكنه يعجز عن قهره , فكان مبدعاً خلاقاً , حول آلامه إلى رجاء .

]]> حيونة الإنسان 10800683 يتناول الكاتب موضوعه هذا بأسلوب يشبه أسلوب الباحث، إنما بعقلية الأديب ومزاجه وأسلوبه، وليس بعقلية الباحث ومنهجيته، فالكاتب لم يكن بصدد طرح نظرية أو تأييد أخرى، كما أنه ليس بصدد نقض نظرية أو تفنيدها، لهذا على القارئ أن يسوغ له عدم إيراده الدقيق لمرجعيات الاستشهادات التي أوردها في نصه هذا. وعلى كل حال، وبالعودة إلى الموضوع المطروح، فإن تصورنا للإنسان الذي يجب أن تكونه أمر ليس مستحيل التحقيق، حتى وهو صادر عن تصور أدبي أو فني، ولكن هذا التصور يجعلنا، حين نرى واقعنا الذي نعيشه، نتلمس حجم خسائرنا في مسيرتنا الإنسانية، وهي خسائر متراكمة ومستمرة طالما أن عالم القمع والإذلال والاستقلال قائم ومستمر، وستنتهي بنا إلى أن نصبح مخلوقات من نوع آخر كان اسمه "الإنسان"، أو كان يطمح إلى أن يكون إنساناً، ومن دون أن يعني هذان بالضرورة، تغيراً في شكله. إن التغير الأكثر خطورة هو الذي يجرى في بنيته الداخلية العقلية والنفسية.

]]> كائن لا تحتمل خفته 5968529 تؤكد خرافة العود الابدي، سلبا، ان الحياة التي تختفي نهائيا، والتي لا ترجع، انما هي اشبه بظل ودون وزن وميتة سلفا. ومهما تكن هذه الحياة فظيعة او جميلة او رائعة، فان هذه الفظاعة وهذا الجمال وهذه الروعة لا تعن شيئا، هي غير ذات اهمية مثل حرب وقعت في القرن الرابع عشر بين مملكتين افريقيتين فما غيرت شيئا في وجه التاريخ، مع ان ثلاثمائة الف زنجي لاقوا فيها حتفهم وفي عذابات تفوق الوصف. فهل كان سيتغير شيء لو ان هذه الحرب بين المملكتين الافريقيتين في القرن الرابع عشر قد تكررت مرات لا حصر لها في سباق العود الابدي".
لنقل ان فكرة العود الابدي تحدد افقا لا تبدو فيه الاشياء كما نعرفها: تظهر لنا من دون الظروف التخفيفية لعرضيتها، هذه الظروف التخفيفية تمنعنا في الحقيقة من اصدار حكم معين. هل بالامكان ادانة ما هو زائل؟ ان غيوم المغيب البرتقالية تضفي على كل شيء الق الحنين، حتى على المقصلة.
في عالم العود الابدي، كل حركة تحمل ثقل مسؤولية لا تطاق. وهذا ما جعل نيتشه يقول" ان فكرة العود الابدي هي الحمل الاكثر ثقلا.
اذا كان العود الابدي هو الحمل الاثقل، يمكن لحيواتنا عندئذ ان تظهر على هذه القماشة الخلفية بكل خفتها الرائعة.
