Η κατακλείδα της ποιητικής σύνθεσης "Εκεί απάνω η ποίηση βρίσκει τον καθένα μας" φωτίζει αναδρομικά το έργο και μας αποκαλύπτει ότι η ποίηση δεν αποτελεί προνόμιο του ποιητή· η ποίηση συναντά τον καθένα μας, βρίσκεται παντού, αρκεί να μπορείς να την αναγνωρίσεις. O Όσιαν Bουόνγκ έζησε χωρίς πατέρα. Στα ποιήματά του κυριαρχεί η μορφή του πατέρα. Αυτές οι μορφές του πατέρα συχνά του παρέχουν, μέσω επίπλαστων βιωμάτων, τη σχέση που ποτέ δεν έζησε �� με τα καλά της και κυρίως με τα κακά της. Ο πατέρας ανάγεται σε μυθολογική μορφή, βασισμένη στην υποκειμενικότητα των αφηγήσεων-μαρτυριών των γυναικών της οικογένειας. Ο Βουόνγκ γεννήθηκε το 1988 σ' έναν ορυζώνα στο Βιετνάμ. Σήμερα συγκαταλέγεται ανάμεσα στους πιο ταλαντούχους νέους συγγραφείς της αμερικανικής λογοτεχνίας.

Και οι άνθρωποι παντού στη Γη έστρεψαν το βλέμμα τους προς τον ουρανό για να παρακολουθήσουν το μέγα και ιερόν sequel. Και φωνή ηκούσθη εκ του πλήθους:
"Κύριε, τίνες θέλουσι σωθήναι;"
"Παρντόν;" ρώτησε απορημένος ο Θεάνθρωπος.
"Ποιος θα σωθεί και ποιος όχι, ρε παιδί μου, λέγε να τελειώνουμε!" επετάχθη εις ανυπόμονος.
"Α!..." κατάλαβε ο Κύριος και αμέσως πήρε ύφος σοβαρό, σχεδόν άγριο: "Οι μόνοι...", μεγάλη αγωνία, "που επελέγησαν για να σωθούν...", ταχυκαρδία, "κατά τη σημερινή Ημέρα της Κρίσεως...", θα σκάσω, πες το, "είναι... οι τράπεζες!"
Και το πλήθος εμούδιασε και σιγή απλώθηκε παντού. Αμέσως μετά όμως η αμηχανία έγινε οργή, διότι όλοι κατάλαβαν πια ότι το πράγμα είχε φτάσει στο απροχώρητο, το λάθος είχε γίνει από τα θεμέλια και δεν γινόταν να διορθωθεί με φτιασιδώματα και μερεμέτια στο ρετιρέ.
Όλη η οικοδομή ήθελε γκρέμισμα και χτίσιμο από την αρχή. "Ε όχι, ρε φίλε... όχι και Συ τα ίδια, να πούμε!" ανεφώνησαν οι λαοί προς τον Σωτήρα, και λαβόντες εις χείρας πέτρες, ξύλα και σιδηρολοστούς, τα έκαναν όλα λίμπαν. Μιλάμε όμως ρημαδιόν, δεν έμεινε κολυμπηθρόξυλον όρθιον παγκοσμίως.
Και μετά από λίγες μέρες, βγήκα έξω να ψωνίσω, και έδωσα τρία αυγά για να αγοράσω ένα κιλό πορτοκάλια, και ζήσαμε εμείς καλά.
Για τους άλλους δεν παίρνω και όρκο...
