الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات، الذي هدانا لهذا، وما كنا لنهتدي لولا أن هدانا الله، وصلوات الله وتسليماته على رحمته المهداة للعالمين، سيدنا وإمامنا وأسوتنا وحبيبنا محمد، و على آله وصحبه ومَن اتبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين.
أما بعد . .
فهذه الدراسة التي أقدمها اليوم تتحدث عن موضوع أعتبره غاية في الأهمية لأنه يعالج قضية اختلال النِّسب واضطراب الموازين - من الوجهة الشرعية - في تقدير الأُمور والأفكار والأعمال، وتقديم بعضها على بعض، وأيها يجب أن يُقدّم، وأيها ينبغي أن يُؤخَّر، وأيها ترتيبه الأول، وأيها ترتيبه السبعين، في سلّم الأوامر الإلَهية والتوجيهات النبوية. ولا سيما مع ظهور الخلل في ميزان الأولويات عند المسلمين في عصرنا.
وقد كنت أطلقت عليه من قبل اسم (فقه مراتب الأعمال)، واخترت له اليوم ومنذ سنوات مصطلح (فقه الأولويات)؛ لأنه أشمل وأوسع وأدل على المقصود.
وتحاول هذه الدراسة أن تلقي الضوء على مجموعة من الأولويات التي جاء بها الشرع وقامت عليها الأدلة، عسى أن تقوم بدورها في تقويم الفكر، وتسديد المنهج، وتأصيل هذا النوع من الفقه. وحتى يهتدي بها العاملون في الساحة الإسلامية والمنظِّرون لهم، فيحرصوا على تمييز ما قدَّمه الشرع وما أخرَّه، وما شدَّد فيه وما يسَّره، وما عظَّمه الدين وما هوَّن من أمره. لعل في هذا ما يحد من غلو الغالين، وما يقابله من تفريط المفرِّطين، وما يُقرِّب وجهات النظر بين العاملين المخلصين.
ولا أزعم أن هذه دراسة كاملة مستوعبة، فهي فتح للباب، وتمهيد للطريق. وقد يوفق الله لها مَن يزيدها تعميقاً وتأصيلاً. ولكل مجتهد نصيب.
وأختم هذه الكلمات بما قاله نبي الله شعيب عليه السلام فيما حكاه القرآن عنه: ( إن أريد إلا الإصلاح ما استطعت، وما توفيقي إلا بالله، عليه توكلت وإليه أنيب) (هود: 88).

من خمسين سنة، عندما عقلت ما يجرى حولى، أدركت أن نصف الإسلام ميت أو مجمد، وأن نصفه الآخر هو المأذون له بالحياة أو الحركة إلى حين !!
وأحسست أن هنالك صراعاً يدور فى الخفاء أحياناً، وعلانية حيناً بين فريقين من الناس:
ـ فريق يستبقى النصف الموجود من الإسلام، ويدفع عنه العوادى، ويحاول استرجاع النصف المفقود، ويلفت الأنظار إلى غيابه .
ـ وفريق يضاعف الحجب على النصف الغائب، ويريد ليقتله قتلاً، وهو فى الوقت نفسه يسعى لتمويت النصف الآخر وإخماد أنفاسه وإهالة التراب عليه .
.. وكلما طال بى العمر كنت ألحظ أن المعركة بين الفريقين تتسع دائرتها وتشترك فيها إذاعات وأقلام، وجماعات وحكومات، ومناقشات ومؤامرات ..
.. وكانت الحرب سجالاً، وربما فقد المؤمنون بعض ما لديهم، وربحوا بعض ما أحرزه خصومهم، وربما كان العكس، وفى كلتا الحالتين تنضم إلى معسكر الحق قوى جديدة وتنضم إلى معسكر الباطل قوى جديدة، ويزداد الصراع حدة وشدة كلما لاح أن الساعة الحاسمة تقترب ..

This book, Al-Fawaid: A Collection of Wise Sayings is one of the well-known compilations of Imam Shams Ad-Dm Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah, who is well known by the name Ibn Al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy upon him).

This blessed book is not like others that simply contain sections, chapters and themes, but it consists of the elevated thoughts that Allah, Exalted be He, bestows upon some of His servants as He wills. So whenever any of these scattered pearls of wisdom occurred to the Imam, he would immediately record them.
