رواية ساخرة تغوص بعمق في تفكير الرجل الذكوري العربي. وتوضح أهم نقطة في هذا النوع من الرجال؛ غياب الذكاء العاطفي أو بشكل أوضح: الغباء العاطفي. تمكن الضعيف من صناعة شخصية "سمجة" تحاول أن ترسم نفسها كأنها الضحية في مونولوجها الحاوي على فجوات نرى بوضوح منها من هو جذر المشكلة. يحاول "رشود" أن يكون مودرن بس ما كتير. يغتصب زوجته ويعتبر الأمر من حقه. يتحرش بالخياطة ولا يعير الأمر أي اهتمام. معظم أفكاره تدور حول العفة والجنس و"حقه كرجل". السبب في المشاكل إما الساتالايت وإما حماته وإما زوجته.
برأيي التجسيد كان ناجحاً ومنصفاً لنوع من الرجال المتوافرين بكثرة عربياً وعالمياً وللأسف لم يتوقف مصنع الأبوية عن تصنيع أمثالهم كل يوم.

]]> ديناميت 42831685 صدرت حديثاً عن منشورات المتوسط � إيطاليا، الطبعة الثانية من رواية "ديناميت" للكاتب السوري زياد عبدالله. (وكانت الطبعة الأولى من الرواية قد صدرت عن دار المدى في دمشق عام 2012). وصفها نقّاد كثر برواية المدينة، مدينة اللاذقية السورية هنا، والذاكرة التي تقرأ مستقبل هكذا مدن إشكالية، ففي الرواية ثمّة من يريد تغيير العالم بأفكاره، وهناك من يُدفع لكي يجابهه بعنف فينكسر. إنها رواية مدينة اللاذقية في سبعينيات وثمانينات القرن الماضي وصولاً إلى التسعينيات في سورية الحركة التصحيحية وصراع السلطة الدامي مع جماعة الإخوان المسلمين، والعواصف التي ضربت تلك المدينة الهاجعة على شاطئ المتوسط.

تطالعنا في الرواية حكاية سلمى الهائمة على وجهها في شوارع اللاذقية وأزقتها، والحب نعمتها ونقمتها، والرجال من حولها كلٌّ يلبي نداءه الخاص: أحمد البطم متتبعاً أفكاره المتفجرة، وغسان البراني الذي يبتلعه البحر ويلفظه فيحمل السلاح، وتواريخ ومنعطفات وأحلام وخيبات ومآثر وهزائم تمضي يداً بيد مع شخوص الرواية الكثر ليصلوا إلى الانفجار الكبير، فيندلع جيل جديد يدفع أثمان كل ما تكدّس في تاريخ اللاذقية من ديناميت وكل ما هو قابل للانفجار.

في رواية "ديناميت" طبقات تاريخية متعددة، والأثمان التي تدفع جراء الصراعات التي تحملها، تمتد وتتشابك وتورث، وكل ما تحتكم عليه المدينة من مستويات اقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية تتحول إلى عناصر درامية فاعلة ومؤثرة في مصائر الشخصيات التي لا تجد محيداً عن المواجهة كما لو أنها تروض بحراً غضوباً جامحاً، أو كما كتب عنها الكاتب والصحافي إيلي عبدو في جريدة الأخبار اللبنانية «كلّما تقدّمنا في القراءة، سنحسّ بألم اللغة، ووجع المفردات، وجحيمية المصائر».

ويورد الكاتب والناقد هيثم حسين في معرض قراءته للرواية في جريدة الحياة: «يُؤرّخ الروائيّ السوريّ زياد عبد الله في "ديناميت" لذاكرة مدينة اللاذقيّة السوريّة، وكأنّه يكتب سيرتها غير الرسميّة، التي يتمّ تجاهلها والتغاضي عنها، لأنّها ربّما لن تُرضي الكثيرين، وسيكون من شأنها إثارة الكثير من الأسئلة التي ترتبط بتاريخ المدينة التي تعجّ بالإشكالات والتناقضات». أما قراءة عامر أبو حامد للرواية في جريدة السفير فركّزت على المرحلة الزمنية الحرجة التي تسير فيها الشخوص وتأثرها بتغيّرات المدينة: «مع الحركة التصحيحية وتسلُّم بعث الأسد للحكم في سوريا وصولاً إلى أحداث الإخوان المسلمين والاضطرابات التي شهدتْها البلاد تسير شخوص الرواية، حيث تتأثّر بتغيُّر المدينة، واختفاء ملامحها على يد الشَّبِّيحة وأصحاب النفوذ».

ختاماً، جاءت الرواية في 256 صفحة من القطع الوسط.

من الرواية:

أيقنت سلمى تحت شجرة شارعٍ ينتهي بالبحر بأنها لن تراه، ولن تقول له أي شيء، وراحت بفرحٍ طارئ تتخلص من كل ما رزحت تحته، وتطردُ عن روحِها المبللة غرباناً حامت حولها طويلاً.
رفعت رأسها. تلقت بعينيها اللوزيتين المفتوحتين على اتساعهما القطرات التي تهجر الأغصان وما تبقى من أوراقٍ مصفرة، بدا لها أن دموعاً هبطت عليها من دون بكاء حين استقرت قطرة كبيرة في بؤبؤ عينها اليمنى تماماً، لحقتها قطرات متفرقة تلقت إحداها بفمها لتتذوق طعم مطرٍ لم يفارق أسبوع حيرتها المتوحشة، ولم يرحم رغبتها بتجفيف كل شيء، وإلقائه بعيداً عنها كالخبز اليابس.
تحسست ساعتها الرجالية فوجدتها بعيدة عن معصمها، بذلت جهداً في استخراجها من تحت صوف كنزتها ومعطفها المطري، وما إن استقرّت على معصمها حتى ثبتت نظرها بترقبٍ على عقرب الثواني، تتعقبه مشيّعة الدقيقة التي شارف على إكمالها، ومع دخوله دقيقة جديدة قرأت الوقت الذي كانت فيه:
إنها السادسة وعشرون دقيقة!
دقت ساعة الهرب، أدارت ظهرها للبحر ومضت في طريقها اليومي، وعبارة واحدة تتردد في رأسها: بكرا بحكيلو كل شي.. كانت تكررها وتؤكد عليها لتطمئن من أنها ستفعل ولن تكون كما هي اليوم.
كانت السماء ما زالت متجهمةً ومستعدةً تماماً لمواصلة أمطارها، وعلى أطراف شارع "بورسعيد" تكوَّنت سيول صغيرة متدفقة لم تُبقِ شيئاً إلا وجرفته. كان المارة في تزايد، طلاب وعمال وجنود وموظفون، حافلات وسيارات، وشاحنات تعلَّق بها عمال المرفأ وهم على صهوة دراجاتهم؛ يد تمسك بهيكل الشاحنة والأخرى مثبتة على المقود، بينما الأرجل ثابتة ومستسلمة للراحة، وسلمى على ثبات وجهها الرقيق وقد علته حمرة من صفعات رياح باردة كانت تقاوم صعودها المعاكس لكل من تصادفهم وهي لا تلوي على شيء.
بخطوات متسارعة وإصرار على ملاصقة الجدران والاحتماء بالشرفات وواقيات المحلات من مطر متوقف، واصلت سلمى مشيها واجتازت بقفزات رقيقة البحيرات الصغيرة المتجمعة عند مفترق الشارع الذي يتقاطع مع شارع "بورسعيد"، وفي اللحظة التي اختفت فيها الجدارن والشرفات وانكشفت السماء من فوقها، عاودت الأمطار هطولها بغزارة مؤلمة، ما دفعها لنزول درجات حجرية متلعثمة كانت على يسارها والاحتماء بقوس النصر الروماني بكل جلاله ووحشته وقد استقرت في جوفه الرطب تحاصرها الأمطار.. امرأة وحيدة تقف في منتصفه تماماً، تتلاعب الريح بشعرها. يداها في جيوب معطفها وجذعها محني قليلاً للأمام، تتلقى رائحة الخبز القادمة من مخبز قريب ممزوجةً برائحة تربة حمراء هجرها العشب، لتملأ جسدها وتجتاح روحها الصغيرة.
تفقدت ساعتها، غرقت مجدداً في دوامة عقرب الثواني وهو يجهز على دقيقة ويمرر أخرى، وكلما رفعت بصرها عنه شعرت أنها تحت الأرض، في بقعة تخصها وحدها، في بيت تمر به يومياً ولا تدرك أنه بيتها، وها هي تزوره للمرة الأولى، بيت بأربعة أبواب هائلة، مفتوحة على الجهات الأربع، سقفه سماء حجرية لا يعكر صفوها إلا الطحالب، والأعمدة متوَّجة ومزخرفة ومتآكلة، إنه بيتها الآن ولا ينقصه إلا رغيف، رغيف لا يفصلها عنه إلا أمتار، أمتار قطعتها بالقفزات نفسها وهي تعبر البحيرات.. نار الفرن، سخونة رغيف تتلقفه وترمي بليرة وتمضي، والفران يصرخ:
- وين رايحة خدي البائي؟
البائي..البائي..الباقي ظلت الكلمة تتردد خلفها محيطة إياها بصدى من اختراعها وهي تقفز مجدداً في لجة قوس النصر لتلتهم رغيفاً، وتخرج منه، ومطر خفيف يرافقها، تمشي كما لو أنها تركض، وشيء معتم يلاحقها، أكثر من ظل وأقل من غيمة، شيء له قامة غموضها وبأضعاف مقاساتها، وله إن وقع عليها أن يفتتها، أن يحيلها إلى الوحل الذي يغمر الشوارع التي عبرتها.
لم يكن في حوزتها هذا الصباح المبلل إلا الدهشة كبديل عن الحيرة والحزن والطيبة، واستقبال ما تراه يومياً كما لو أنها المرة الأولى. كانت امرأة أخرى من التهمت الرغيف، وقوس النصر كان مشدوداً بسهم أصاب قلباً جديداً لامرأة ولدت للتو من خطواتها المسرعة، لا بل إن الأعمدة الرومانية مقابل مدرسة "عدنان المالكي" بدت أعجوبة صباحية لم تر مثيلا لها، دفعتها لتتخيل ما كانت عليه اللاذقية منذ أكثر من ألف عام، وهي تصل بين قوس النصر والأعمدة بأبنية تشبهها وقناطر ونباتات متسلقة وشرفات لا تطل منها إلا أصص ورود متفتحة، وأزمنة غامضة تجهلها ولا تملك حيالها إلا تقليد ما أمامها، وما تمر به يومياً في طريقها إلى عملها. لقد كانت على مقربة من جنةٍ طارئة، ومدينة خالية من البشر، وممرات حجرية لها وحدها، وكل ذلك في مهلة هشة أحست أنها سرعان ما تنقضي وتهاجمها الغربان من جديد.]]> زياد عبدالله Udai 4

بصراحة مُؤثِّرة ومُبهرة قلَّ نظيرها في الأدب العالمي، يخبرنا «هانز فالادا» عن السلوك القهري لمدمن المورفين، إذ عرف من خبرته الخاصة نشوة لحظة التعاطي والكارثة التي تليها.
تعود كتابة «تقرير موضوعي عن سعادة مدمن المورفين» إلى ثلاثينيات القرن العشرين، إلا أن النَّص لم يُنشر قبل نهاية التسعينيات.
أما النَّص الثاني في هذه المجموعة، والذي كُتب في الفترة نفسها، «ثلاث سنوات لم أكن إنسانًا»، فيتناول تجربة السجن، وهو أيضًا مُستوحى من حياة المؤلف.
ينجح «فالادا»، على الرغم من أسلوبه الموضوعي الجاف الذي يندرج في تيار «الموضوعية الجديدة»، أو ربما بفضل هذا الأسلوب، في صياغة نصَّين آسرين، شيِّقين، وقويَّين في صدقهما، وسُخريتهما، وفرادتهما في تاريخ الأدب الحديث.

«هانس فالادا» (1893-1947)، واسمه الحقيقي «رودولف ديتسن»، من أشهر الكُتاب الألمان في القرن العشرين. بأسلوبه الموضوعي الجاف الذي يندرج في تيار «الموضوعية الجديدة» كتبَ عددًا من الروايات الاجتماعية الكبيرة التي حققت نجاحًا باهرًا، مثل رواية «ماذا بعد، أيها الرجل الصغير؟» (1932)، التي عالج فيها الانحدار الاجتماعي الذي شهده موظف بسيط خلال الأزمة الاقتصادية التي اجتاحت العالم في عشرينيات القرن الماضي. حققت هذه الرواية نجاحًا عالميًّا، تكرر في أعماله اللاحقة مثل «ذئب بين ذئاب» (1937) و«كلٌّ يموت من أجل نفسه فحسب» (1947).

another super amazing book by Elif Shafak the way she chose the chapters name was a smart move the cinematic way of telling the story. it felt a little rushing at the end but as always reading for this writer will never disappoint you because of her unique way of delivering the events.

لا يمكن قراءة هذه الرواية ـ التي صدرت عن دار دال للنشر بترجمة جيدة لمها سعود ـ إلا ويشعر القارئ أنه مخطوف الأنفاس، وبأنه في قلب الجحيم، لدرجة تساءلتُ مراراً: أليس من المعقول أن يكون الجحيم هو الحياة على الأرض، وبأن البشر واهمون إذ يتخيلون أن الجحيم هو في مكان آخر!!

صحيح أن القصة التي تدور حولها أحداث الرواية، عن امرأتين أفغانيتين، مريم وليلى، مريم ابنة الحرام، لرجل أفغاني ثري، له ثلاث زوجات، لكنه وإثر علاقة عابرة مع امرأة وضيعة، وجد نفسه أباً لطفلة، لم يجرؤ على الاعتراف بها، لأنه سيشوه سمعته وسمعة زوجاته الثلاث وأبنائه، فعاشت مريم مع أمها، حياة بائسة لكنها كانت تحب والدها كثيراً، وتحلم أنه ذات يوم سوف يفتح له بيتها.. لكنه وبعد وفاة أمها منتحرة، أسرع بتزويجها من رجل يكبرها بأكثر من ثلاثين سنة، أرمل وله ابن توفي غرقاً.. تذعن مريم لمشيئة والدها وتكتم ألمها ، وتعيش مع زوجها خادمة.. ولم تنجح بأن تنجب له ولداً، فاتخذ من ذلك عذراً لضربها وتحقيرها ومعاملتها كما لو أنها حيوان، وتَفجّر حقده عليها ساحقاً ومروعاً، لدرجة أنه أجبرها ذات يوم أن تمضغ الحصى رغماً عنها، مستمتعاً بصوت تكسّر أسنانها..

بدأت بقراءة الرواية فور وصولها المنزل، وتراوحت مشاعرها بين الغضب وعدم التصديق إذ كيف يمكن لبثينة أن تروي كل هذه التفاصيل وكأنها كانت هناك في منزلها، بل وفي داخلها. وكيف سمحت الكاتبة لنفسها «بسبر أحلك أغوار ضميرها؛ أمومتها» من غير أن تأخذ موافقتها؟
بانتهائها من الكتاب كانت قد وصلت إلى قرارها؛ لن تدع الآخرين يقررون «ما سيسجل التاريخ عنها»، بل ستتواصل مع الصحفية لتشرح وجهة نظرها بشكل صحيح هذه المرة «وتقدم الشهادة الوحيدة التي يعول عليها».

ها هي الآن تجلس والصحفية أمامها. فكرت كثيراً فيما ستقول. لن تنكر أسلوب بثينة الجيد في الكتابة، «وتوظيفها الوصف بشكل متقن لبناء المشهد بالإضافة لإضفاء خصوصية على الحدث». فصراع الأجيال وتعقيداته قد يحدث في أي مكان، ولكن بوصفها الطعام والعادات جعلت من الحدث «عربياً وكويتياً بامتياز».

ستتحدث عن دهشتها من اختيار الكاتبة إيراد بعض الجمل بخط غامق وبين أقواس للدلالة على الجمل الرنانة التي تتخيل خولة أنها تطرحها أمام «جمهورها التخيلي الذي يفهم معاناتها وجدية طروحها»، على عكس مستخدمي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي «الذين يفرغون كل شيء من المعنى ويحولونه إلى مادة للاستهزاء والرضا اللحظي».

ما ستعترض عليه هو «اختزال حياتها كاملة في حدث مكثف واحد». راعها رؤية كل قصتها ملخصة في مئة صفحة فقط. هناك الكثير من «الحوارات المبتورة» مع ابنيها، والتي فشلت كما كل مرة في الوصول خاتمة. ولكن ألن يفهم القراء وضعها من تلك القطع المجتزأة؟ هي كأي انسان ملون «خضعت لرحلة الانتقال من الذهول بالغرب المتحضر إلى اكتشاف واقعه العنصري والرأسمالي المزيف».

آلمها ما كتبت بثينة عن ناصر وعلاقتها به. ولكنها تعلم أنهما سيتفاهمان يوماً ما وأنه سيتعلم حب مجتمعه الذي «على الرغم من عدم تقبله لبعض نواحي شخصيته، إلا أنه يحوي الكثير من الخصوصيات التي لم يفتح ناصر عينيه عليها بعد، والتي سيتوق للانتماء إليها في المستقبل».

ولكن شكواها الكبرى ستكون من تشبيه حوض السمك. كيف يمكن لبثينة أن تشبه دارها وأمومتها ببيئة غير قابلة للحياة؟ كل ما فعلته وتفعله بدافع الحب، ولكن هل حبها سام؟ الكاتبة أمٌّ مثل خولة، فهي تعرف أنه على عكس أي عمل آخر، الأمومة لا تملك «كتيب تعليمات». نحمل قلبنا في كفنا ونبذل جهدنا لاتخاذ الخيارات الأفضل لينتهي بنا الحال «بالتنقل بين أخف الهزائم، ولنجد حبنا قفصاً يخنق عصافيرنا في داخله».

There is something missing in the Saga after its return. Somehow the stories feel like fillers towards the predestined ending. The content is becoming less profound and more elaborate gimmicks. Hope this starts to pick up in upcoming volumes as this is really one of the best comics I've read.

My second concern when I delved into the novel is that this book might be too modern for the book club. Instead of the sole protagonist, we have society as the focus of the writer, with all the characters playing equal parts in this uncentered story.

Following a lot of people, made Zadie pass upon a big number of topics (successfully in my opinion) and the novel kept expanding and expanding until it collapsed in its final climax.

Third: Narrator

What also distinguished this novel for me is the witty narrator who has a dark sense of humor. I felt that the narrator was always smirking at the fate of the characters. Instead of sympathizing with the characters, this narrator delivers the events neutrally not urging us to love or hate any character. Which felt like a new departure from the old style of novels that tell us how we should feel.

Fourth: The great big novel

A lot of reviews online described this novel as ambitious and trying to be the next big novel. This is true, but we also should keep in mind that every writer puts a lot into their first novel for the fear of not having a second. I’m intrigued to read Smith’s other works and see where she headed after this.

I also understand the frustration of people not finding this novel entertaining. Let’s say that if you watch a lot of YouTube, it will get hard to sit through a movie. وقد جاءت هذه الإلتفاتات إلى القارئ لتعزز هذا الإنطباع، ولتشحذ همّة هذا القارئ ورغبته في المتابعة، أما زمن السرد فيترجّح بين الماضي والحاضر، وغنيّ عن البيان طغيان الماضي على هذا الزمن (الإسترجاع والتذكر)، فالسرد لا يُتابع دائماً من حيث النقطة التي وصل إليها، بل قد يتوغل إلى نقطة سابقة لإستعادة تفاصيل وجزئيات معينة، ويأتي الحوار ليكمل السرد في الرواية، وليشاركا معاً في النسيج الروائي الواحد، وبجمل قصيرة ومتوسطة، ويقتصر على الضروري وبما يخدم فكرة الرواية.

ولعل إبتسام عازم، بهذه الحكاية والخطاب واللغة، إستطاعت أن تقدم عملاً روائياً ضخماً، أطلّت فيه على مرحلة تاريخية كاملة، مفتوحة على كافة الإحتمالات ولعل بقاء النهاية مفتوحة ما يؤكد أن القضية - قضية العرب الأولى "فلسطين" ما تزال تنتظر�

في تحوُّلِ "نور" إلى "أور"، وفي انضمامه إلى بعثة تنقيبِ إحدى المستوطنات، تتجلَّى فلسطين المطمورة تحت التربة بكلِّ تاريخها.

ربما كان خيار قصة مريم المجدلية نوع من التجديد في الشكل الروائي (قصة ضمن قصة) ولكن كانت المقاطع أطول من اللازم ومحشوة بشكل مبالغ فيه بمعلومات أثقلتها.
الإشارات إلى الكتب وثقافة البوب كانت مباشرة واختيارات عامة جداً.
ونهاية المرأة هي الخلاص المعتادة لدى الكاتب الرجل العربي لم تعد نافعة كتبرير لإنهاء الرواية في عهدنا هذا.

بما أننا نعلم كيف كتبت هذه الرواية، فأجد الكثير من المبررات لظهورها بهذا الشكل. أولاً وبسبب تهريبها على دفعات، ربما لم يتمكن الكاتب من تحريرها بشكل كامل دفعة واحدة مما أعطى مشاكل القص والتكرار غير النافع. بما أنه ضمن سجن فمن الطبيعي ألا يصله إلا السطحي من الثقافة الشعبية.

]]> مائدة واحدة للمحبة 23282600 كم مرة التقينا، تعاتبنا، تمازحنا .. وفي أي زمن! لم يبقَ من سلمى، إلا اسمي، ووجه يطل بين حين وآخر، يذكّرني بهذه الابتسامة المتلعثمة على شفتيّ، ساعة كان حكيها حياً جواري. لا سراب لا حلم . جربتُ مرة أن أقول "أحبك جداً" كما كنت أقول "أمي"، لكنها هزأت. تحدثتْ عن أن هذه أحاديث بين الأحبة، وخجلت أن أقول أنّا كنّا نشبه ذلك .. وأن ذلك ليس عيباً، ولا ينبغي أن يكون. ثم كان. أخذت أستعمل الكلمة الفرنسية " Je t'aime" حتى صارحتني ذات يوم .. "لم يعد في هاتفي مكان لاستقبال رسائل جديدة يا سلمى".
