الكتاب يدور حول موضوع في غاية الحساسية والتشعّب، ولا يمكن لعمل بحثي بسيط الإلمام بتفاصيله، إلا أن هذا الكتاب جمع أطرافه بشكل مُبهر، حيث حوى كل التفاصيل التي نعرفها والتي لا نعرفها عن كل ما فعله تنظيم القاعدة في جزيرة العرب منذ ما قبل 11 سبتمبر وحتى نهاية 2009م.

بدأ الباحث بالحديث عن أفغانستان التي مثلت مهد تشكل الحالة الجهادية، كيف سافر السعوديون إلى أفغانستان، وكيف عاشوا، وتدربوا، وتشكلت أفكارهم. وتكلم عن موقف الدولة من الجهاد في أفغانستان، وعن موقف دعاة الصحوة، وموقف الإخوان، وطغيان سفر أبناء الحجاز إلى هناك مقابل المناطق الأخرى. وتطرق بالتفصيل لمشاركة السعوديين في الجهاد بالبوسنة، والشيشان، وطاجيكستان، وكوسوفا، بل وحتى في الجزائر وأرتيريا وأثيوبيا والصومال.

إن الهدر يبدأ من هدر الدم إلى هدر الوقت مرورا بهدر الفكر والوعي والإبداع، "وقد يتخذ الهدر شكل عدم الاعتراف بالطاقات والكفاءات أو الحق في تقرير المصير والإرادة الحرة وحتى الحق بالوعي بالذات والوجود" (ص 28). لذلك يعتبر حجازي أن الهدر أكثر خطورة من القهر. فبينما يعني القهر مثلاً اعترافاً بكيان الآخر، وإن اعترافاً مشروطا بأن يبقى الآخر ضمن خضوعه لي وملكيتي، ولكن الهدر يرتب "سَحباً للاعتراف أصلاً بقيمة الكيان أو الطاقات أو الوعي أو المكانة" (ص 29). ويمكن طرح مثال على ذلك "العولمة" التي تهدر معنى الانتماء للقومية باعتبارها تسلخ الهويات وتلحق الجميع باقتصاد السوق ومفهومه بدلا من اقتصاد المجتمع المحلي والوطن.

الرواية منذ ظهورها لفتت الأنظار إليها من قبل القراء و أصبحت حديث المنتديات قبل أن يلتفت إليها الإعلام. إعتبر بعض النقاد رواية حكومة الظل بمثابة المولد الحقيقي لرواية التشويق و الإثارة في العالم العربي و البعض الآخر شبهها برواية شفرة دافنشي لدان براون بل أن بعض المنتديات أطلقت على مؤلفها لقب دان براون العرب.


الرواية تدور أحداثها عبر زمنين، عام 1908 في أواخر عهد السلطان عبد الحميد الثاني، و في الحاضر عبر رجل أعمال سعودي يمر بحادث غامض أثناء زيارة عمل خارج السعودية. أحداث الرواية تتنقل ما بين الحاضر و الماضي لتكشف للقارئ ما وراء غموض أحداث الرواية في إطار مزيج ما بين الإثارة و التشويق مع إسقاطات على وضع العالم العربي اليوم.

العنوان جذاب جداً لأي قارئ مهتم بالحراك الثقافي في المملكة وتاريخ تطوره، ولأي قارئ يبحث عن معنى الحداثة و سماتها و أدبياتها والتي قد تكون غامضة للكثيرين مثلي، إلا وكما أن هذا العنوان صحيح من جهة فهو مضلل من جهة أخرى، فالكتاب (يحكي) معنى و تاريخ الحداثة ولكن من منظور شخصي وبأحداث شخصية أقرب للسيرة الذاتية منه إلى بحث علمي شامل كما توحي شمولية الوصف "في المملكة العربية السعودية". وباستحضار هذا العنوان الشمولي أثناء قراءة محتوى الكتاب من أحداث و معارك و مماحكات صحفية و ردود فعل التيارات المحافظة (الرجعية) كما وصفها المؤلف، فإن ذلك يبني لدى القارئ انطباعاً ببطولة المؤلف المفردة في صراع الحداثة و تبنيها حتى لكأن الحداثة في المملكة العربية السعودية تمثلت في عبدالله الغذامي وما سواه مجرد متفاعلين أو بأدوار ثانوية، خصوصاً مع لغة الـ أنا الطاغية في الكتاب. لا أتهم د. عبدالله بتعمد ذلك لكن بطريقة أو بأخرى سيخرج القارئ بمثل هذا الانطباع.

أكتب عن تحولاتي وما انتابني من تغيير في مدينة فرايبورغ الصغيرة، ممتنة لكل العابرين غير المبالين الذي صنع عبورهم الناعم حكاية في داخلي.

إن رغبتي الحادة والملحة في فهم الحياة، وحساسيتي من كل ما يدور حولي، وروحي اليقظة المتوجسة، كل هذا جعلني أفضل هذا الهدوء في عزلتي، العزلة التي تمنحني متعة تأمل مسرح الحياة، وتأمل ما يحدث داخلي. كما أن هذه التجربة جعلتني أتصالح حتى مع تلك الانكسارات التي ظننت أنها كادت تطحنني، ثم مع الوقت أيقنت أنها جزء من تشكيلي٬ و واحدة من مكونات وعيي وإدراكي النفسي.

أحمد أبو دهمان هو ذا يحمل روح القرية ويقينها، متفاخراً، بها، يكتب لها وفيها أحلى الكلام، وليراها الفرنسيون بعينه كتبها بلغتهم، فكان هذا الكتاب الذي حمل في طياته هوية كاتبه، ذاك الذي ولد فعلاً في قرية آل خلف الواقعة على قمم جبال السروات، في جنوب المملكة العربية السعودية.

كتب "حزام" الذي لن يراه أحد وكتب "حزام" الذي لن يقرأ حزام. هل كان يكفي غياب حزام وغياب معظم المعنيين بهذا النص لكي ما يكتب أحمد أبو دهمان بلغة غير لغتهم؟ لا، لأن حزام أورثه ذاكرته، ذاكرة القرية، لذا كان عليه العثور على ذاكرة تحمله الاثنين معا. واختار لذلك ذاكرة امرأة، ذاكرة أمه وروحها، ابنتيه، وزوجته.

اهتدى شاكر في كتابه إلى أشياء كثيرة لم يكتبها أحد من قبله استنتجها من خلال تذوقه لشعر المتنبي، فقال بعلوية المتنبي وأنه ليس ولد أحد السقائين بالكوفة كما قيل، بل كان علويا نشأ بالكوفة وتعلم مع الأشراف في مكاتب العلم، وقال بأن المتنبي كان يحب خولة أخت سيف الدين الحمداني واستشهد على ذلك من شعر المتنبي نفسه، واستُقبل الكتاب بترحاب شديد وكتب عنه الرافعي مقالة رائعة أثنى عليه وعلى مؤلفه .

العجيب أن المديح الشدي لم يعجبه لأنه يرى أن كتابه لا يستحق كل ذلك، حتى إنه رأى أن النقد الموجه لكتابه كان نقدا على غير أصول علمية. يقول في حوار له مع د. نجم عبد الكريم: «لم أجد كاتبا إلى هذا اليوم قام بنقد هذا الكتاب نقدا صحيحا أو فهم طريقة ما كتبت. فليس هناك من نقد الكتاب كما ينبغي أن ينقد.. نقده الدكتور طه حسين في كتابه مع المتنبي نقدا لا أستطيع أن أعده نقدا في الحقيقة، لأنه لا أصل له»…�.. «إن كل هذا الثناء لايؤثر علي ولا يغير شيئا من قناعاتي، كما أن الثناء لا يغير رأيي في الناس! وأقولها بأمانة: إنه لم يكتب أحد كلمة أستطيع أن أحترمها بشأن كتابي سوى رجل واحد كتب نقدا لي من وجهة نظره، وهذا النقد يحتوي على شيء من الحقيقة، أما الرجل فهو الأستاذ «الوديع تلحوم». وقد نشره في مجلة المقتطف، ولم أحتفظ بشيء مما كتب عني سوى هذه المقالة أو هذا النقد، بالإضافة إلى مقالة أستاذي الأستاذ مصطفى صادق.» .

في ربيع عام 2012م، دعت جامعة ستانفورد بيتر تيل لتدريس مادة في علوم الحاسب الآلي عن الشركات الناشئة وريادة الأعمال، و بحماس قبل بيتر الدعوة مدفوعاً برغبته (كما هو هدف الجامعة) في نقل خبرته العملية إلى الطلاب و المساهمة في تحرير رؤيتهم من المسار الأكاديمي الصرف إلى أفق أوسع وأرحب في عالم الأعمال. وعلى طول الفصل الدراسي، بادر أحد طلاب المادة المجتهدين ويدعى "بليك ماسترز" بتسجيل الملاحظات في كل محاضرة و نشرها أون-لاين على الانترنت ليستفيد منها بقية الطلاب، ولكن المفاجأة أن هذه الملاحظات لقيت رواجاً و اهتماماً كبيراً جداً من طلاب الجامعة و غيرهم خارج أسوارها حتى بعد مرورعدة أشهر على نهاية الفصل الدراسي مما حفز كل من بيتر و بليك على إعادة ترتيب هذه الملاحظات و إصدارها في شهر سبتمبر عام 2014م في هذا الكتاب المعنون بـ "من الصفر إلى الواحد: ملاحظات حول الشركات الناشئة أو كيف تبني المستقبل".

احتوى هذا الكتاب على 14 فصلاً في موضوعات عديدة و شيّقة تدور حول ريادة الأعمال و كيفية بناء الشركات الناجحة. لم تكن دليلاً عملياً أو خطوات متسلسلة يجب اتباعها لتحقيق النجاح، فليس لأي شخص مهما كان ناجحاً أو منظّمة ذات اهتمام أن تبني مثل هذا الدليل، لأن الإبداع أو التجديد أو النجاح ليس له معادلة واحدة، فكل فكرة إبداعية هي بالضرورة جديدة و فريدة. وبالرغم من ذلك يرى المؤلف من خلال خبراته و تجاربه أن كل رياديي الأعمال الناجحين وجدوا القيمة الجديدة لأعمالهم في المجالات الغير متوقعة عن طريق التفكير فيها كمبدأ أولي وليس مجرد معادلة جاهزة يتم تحقيقها مرة بعد مرة عن طريق التكرار أو التقليد بمعطيات مختلفة، ومن هنا تنطلق فلسفة الكتاب في البداية من الصفر من اللاشي بفكرة فريدة تنتقل بعدها إلى الواحد كبداية لما بعده في تطور رأسي، وليس من الواحد بالاعتماد على فكرة سابقة وتطويرها إلى ن في تقدم أفقي (من 0 إلى 1، مقابل، 1 إلى ن).

ناقش بيتر في هذا الكتاب الكثير من الأفكار والقضايا المؤثرة في تأسيس الأعمال، وحاول أن يصيغ خبراته في نظريات تخصه و بفلسفة خاصة قد تشعر معها بنرجسيته ومحاولته تقديم نفسه في المقام الأول كمنظر في ريادة الأعمال والاستثمار والتفكير الاستشرافي للمستقبل، ولكن بالتأكيد لم يؤثر ذلك على جودة المحتوى و رشاقة الأسلوب.

من بين ما أثار اهتمامي مايلي:
- الدروس المستفادة من انيهار أسواق التقنية في عام 2001م أو ما يعرف بـ كارثة فقاعات الدوت-كوم، والتي لاتزال تؤثر في قرارات السوق ورواد الأعمال والمستثمرين، وفلسفة المؤلف في تحليلها والاستفادة منها.
- فكرة بناء قيم الشركات الناشئة وضرورة الاستحواذ على هذه القيم، وأن جميع الشركات الناجحة غير متشابهة.
-المنافسة مقابل الاحتكار، وفكرة أن المنافسة بالغالب تدمر هامش الربح خصوصاً إذا أخذت الطابع الشخصي، بينما أن الاحتكار الجيد وبالطريقة المثلى يعد من أهم شروط النجاح.
- أديولوجيا المنافسة ودور التعليم والتنشأة في ذلك. هذه الفكرة محفزة جداً لإعادة النظر في بعض السمات والسلوكيات التربوية.
- البداية صغيراً و بناء سوق محتكر ومن ثم التوسع التدريجي بالاعتماد على النظرة بعيدة المدى وليست القريبة، وأهمية بناء علامة تجارية خاصة.
- أهمية التخطيط و صنع المستقبل. أعجبتني جداً فلسفة استقراء المستقبل وتصنيف الناس حيالها ما بين صاحب رؤية متفائل وصاحب رؤية غير متفائل، وكذلك شخص لايملك الرؤية لكنه متفائل أو لايملك رؤية وغير متفائل. ناقش المؤلف هذه الأصناف وسلوكها في التخطيط و صناعة مستقبلها. ومن خلال ذلك خلص إلى نتيجة أن كل رائد أعمال ليس مقامراً ولكنه يعمل على صنع مستقبله.
-الإيمان بوجود أسرار كثيرة في هذا العالم لم يتم اكتشافاها بعد، وباعتبار أن الأفكار إما أن تكون سهلة أو صعبة أو مستحيلة فإن الأسرار والأفكار الغير مكتشفة كونها موجودة أصلاً فاكتشافها صعب وليس مستحيلاً. وكل ريادي أعمال يظن أن فكرةً ما صعبة هي مستحيلة فإنه لن يبادر أبداً بمجرد المحاولة لإنجازها.
- أهمية التأسيس السليم من البداية باختيار الشركاء والمستثمرين وفريق العمل المناسبين والمتناغمين، و كيفية توزيع الملكية القانونية و مسؤولية الإدارة و أيضاً حوكمة الشركة. وكذلك الفرق بين منح فريق العمل أسهماً في الشركة أو منحهم رواتب شهرية.
-أهمية أن يكون التخطيط للتوزيع والمبياعات من ضمن أساسيات خطة المنتج أو الشركة.
- علاقة الانسان بالآلة وهل ممكن أن تكون التقنية سبب في البطالة.
- فلسفة الذكاء الصناعي وهل من ممكن أن يكون خطراً يتعاظم إلى الحد الذي نفقد السيطرة عليه ليتحكم بنا وبعالمنا.
- سبعة أسألة مهمة و جوهرية يجب على كل ريادي أعمال أن يجيب عليها قبل البدء في مشروعه:
1- هل لديك فكرة تقنية جديدة أم أن مشروعك إمتداداً لأفكار سابقة؟
2- هل الآن هو الوقت والتوقيت المناسب لبدء مشروعك؟
3- هل مشروعك يستهدف في البداية شريحة صغيرة أم كبيرة من السوق؟
4- هل تمتلك فريق العمل المناسب؟
5- هل لديك الخطة الكافية للإنتاج وأيضاً بيع و توزيع منتجاتك؟
6- هل مشروعك قابل للاستمرار وتستطيع الدفاع عن وضعه السوقي لمدة 10 إلى 20 سنة قادمة؟
7- هل حددت و اعتمدت في مشروعك على فرصة فريدة لم يرها غيرك؟

أعطيت النجوم الخمس كتقييم لهذا الكتاب لأنه من نوعية الكتب التي قد لا تتفق معها بشكل كامل لكنها في المقابل تحفز على التفكير و توسيع دائرة الأفق و مراجعة بعض المعلومات والقناعات وليس بالضرورة لتغييرها ولكن لتجديدها وإعادة النظر فيها. أنصح و بشدة بقراءته خصوصاً لريادي الأعمال والمستثمرين أو من له اهتمام بهذين المجاليين، أو اهتمام بشركات التقنية بشكل عام.]]> 4.15 2014 Zero to One: Notes on Startups, or How to Build the Future

يعتبر مؤلف الكتاب "بيتر تيل" خريح القانون من جامعة ستانفورد الأمريكة من أشهر رياديي الأعمال والمستثمرين الذين استطاعوا أن يجتازوا انهيار شركات التقنية في أواخر عام 2001م أو ما يسمى بـ فقاعة الدوت-كوم أو شركات الانترنت. أسس بيتر مع آخرين شركة باي بال في عام 1998م قبل أن تنتقل ملكيتها في عام 2002م إلى شركة إي-باي في صفقة استحواذ بلغت قيمتها 1,5 مليار دولار. وفي عام 2004م بدأ بيتر أول اسثماراته في الشركات الناشئة من خلال شركة قوقل الناشئة في ذلك الوقت، وقد تولى فيها منصباً إدارياً تنفيذاياً. وفي نفس العام أسس شركة "بالانتير" المتخصصة في تحليل البيات والبيانات الضخمة والتي تقدم خدماتها بشكل أساسي لوكالة الاستخبارات الأمريكية. قُدّرت قيمة بالانتير عام 2015م بـ 20 مليار دولار ومن المتوقع قريباً أن تحقق عوائداً مالية تصل إلى 1 مليار دولار.

في ربيع عام 2012م، دعت جامعة ستانفورد بيتر تيل لتدريس مادة في علوم الحاسب الآلي عن الشركات الناشئة وريادة الأعمال، و بحماس قبل بيتر الدعوة مدفوعاً برغبته (كما هو هدف الجامعة) في نقل خبرته العملية إلى الطلاب و المساهمة في تحرير رؤيتهم من المسار الأكاديمي الصرف إلى أفق أوسع وأرحب في عالم الأعمال. وعلى طول الفصل الدراسي، بادر أحد طلاب المادة المجتهدين ويدعى "بليك ماسترز" بتسجيل الملاحظات في كل محاضرة و نشرها أون-لاين على الانترنت ليستفيد منها بقية الطلاب، ولكن المفاجأة أن هذه الملاحظات لقيت رواجاً و اهتماماً كبيراً جداً من طلاب الجامعة و غيرهم خارج أسوارها حتى بعد مرورعدة أشهر على نهاية الفصل الدراسي مما حفز كل من بيتر و بليك على إعادة ترتيب هذه الملاحظات و إصدارها في شهر سبتمبر عام 2014م في هذا الكتاب المعنون بـ "من الصفر إلى الواحد: ملاحظات حول الشركات الناشئة أو كيف تبني المستقبل".

احتوى هذا الكتاب على 14 فصلاً في موضوعات عديدة و شيّقة تدور حول ريادة الأعمال و كيفية بناء الشركات الناجحة. لم تكن دليلاً عملياً أو خطوات متسلسلة يجب اتباعها لتحقيق النجاح، فليس لأي شخص مهما كان ناجحاً أو منظّمة ذات اهتمام أن تبني مثل هذا الدليل، لأن الإبداع أو التجديد أو النجاح ليس له معادلة واحدة، فكل فكرة إبداعية هي بالضرورة جديدة و فريدة. وبالرغم من ذلك يرى المؤلف من خلال خبراته و تجاربه أن كل رياديي الأعمال الناجحين وجدوا القيمة الجديدة لأعمالهم في المجالات الغير متوقعة عن طريق التفكير فيها كمبدأ أولي وليس مجرد معادلة جاهزة يتم تحقيقها مرة بعد مرة عن طريق التكرار أو التقليد بمعطيات مختلفة، ومن هنا تنطلق فلسفة الكتاب في البداية من الصفر من اللاشي بفكرة فريدة تنتقل بعدها إلى الواحد كبداية لما بعده في تطور رأسي، وليس من الواحد بالاعتماد على فكرة سابقة وتطويرها إلى ن في تقدم أفقي (من 0 إلى 1، مقابل، 1 إلى ن).

ناقش بيتر في هذا الكتاب الكثير من الأفكار والقضايا المؤثرة في تأسيس الأعمال، وحاول أن يصيغ خبراته في نظريات تخصه و بفلسفة خاصة قد تشعر معها بنرجسيته ومحاولته تقديم نفسه في المقام الأول كمنظر في ريادة الأعمال والاستثمار والتفكير الاستشرافي للمستقبل، ولكن بالتأكيد لم يؤثر ذلك على جودة المحتوى و رشاقة الأسلوب.

من بين ما أثار اهتمامي مايلي:
- الدروس المستفادة من انيهار أسواق التقنية في عام 2001م أو ما يعرف بـ كارثة فقاعات الدوت-كوم، والتي لاتزال تؤثر في قرارات السوق ورواد الأعمال والمستثمرين، وفلسفة المؤلف في تحليلها والاستفادة منها.
- فكرة بناء قيم الشركات الناشئة وضرورة الاستحواذ على هذه القيم، وأن جميع الشركات الناجحة غير متشابهة.
-المنافسة مقابل الاحتكار، وفكرة أن المنافسة بالغالب تدمر هامش الربح خصوصاً إذا أخذت الطابع الشخصي، بينما أن الاحتكار الجيد وبالطريقة المثلى يعد من أهم شروط النجاح.
- أديولوجيا المنافسة ودور التعليم والتنشأة في ذلك. هذه الفكرة محفزة جداً لإعادة النظر في بعض السمات والسلوكيات التربوية.
- البداية صغيراً و بناء سوق محتكر ومن ثم التوسع التدريجي بالاعتماد على النظرة بعيدة المدى وليست القريبة، وأهمية بناء علامة تجارية خاصة.
- أهمية التخطيط و صنع المستقبل. أعجبتني جداً فلسفة استقراء المستقبل وتصنيف الناس حيالها ما بين صاحب رؤية متفائل وصاحب رؤية غير متفائل، وكذلك شخص لايملك الرؤية لكنه متفائل أو لايملك رؤية وغير متفائل. ناقش المؤلف هذه الأصناف وسلوكها في التخطيط و صناعة مستقبلها. ومن خلال ذلك خلص إلى نتيجة أن كل رائد أعمال ليس مقامراً ولكنه يعمل على صنع مستقبله.
-الإيمان بوجود أسرار كثيرة في هذا العالم لم يتم اكتشافاها بعد، وباعتبار أن الأفكار إما أن تكون سهلة أو صعبة أو مستحيلة فإن الأسرار والأفكار الغير مكتشفة كونها موجودة أصلاً فاكتشافها صعب وليس مستحيلاً. وكل ريادي أعمال يظن أن فكرةً ما صعبة هي مستحيلة فإنه لن يبادر أبداً بمجرد المحاولة لإنجازها.
- أهمية التأسيس السليم من البداية باختيار الشركاء والمستثمرين وفريق العمل المناسبين والمتناغمين، و كيفية توزيع الملكية القانونية و مسؤولية الإدارة و أيضاً حوكمة الشركة. وكذلك الفرق بين منح فريق العمل أسهماً في الشركة أو منحهم رواتب شهرية.
-أهمية أن يكون التخطيط للتوزيع والمبياعات من ضمن أساسيات خطة المنتج أو الشركة.
- علاقة الانسان بالآلة وهل ممكن أن تكون التقنية سبب في البطالة.
- فلسفة الذكاء الصناعي وهل من ممكن أن يكون خطراً يتعاظم إلى الحد الذي نفقد السيطرة عليه ليتحكم بنا وبعالمنا.
- سبعة أسألة مهمة و جوهرية يجب على كل ريادي أعمال أن يجيب عليها قبل البدء في مشروعه:
1- هل لديك فكرة تقنية جديدة أم أن مشروعك إمتداداً لأفكار سابقة؟
2- هل الآن هو الوقت والتوقيت المناسب لبدء مشروعك؟
3- هل مشروعك يستهدف في البداية شريحة صغيرة أم كبيرة من السوق؟
4- هل تمتلك فريق العمل المناسب؟
5- هل لديك الخطة الكافية للإنتاج وأيضاً بيع و توزيع منتجاتك؟
6- هل مشروعك قابل للاستمرار وتستطيع الدفاع عن وضعه السوقي لمدة 10 إلى 20 سنة قادمة؟
7- هل حددت و اعتمدت في مشروعك على فرصة فريدة لم يرها غيرك؟

أعطيت النجوم الخمس كتقييم لهذا الكتاب لأنه من نوعية الكتب التي قد لا تتفق معها بشكل كامل لكنها في المقابل تحفز على التفكير و توسيع دائرة الأفق و مراجعة بعض المعلومات والقناعات وليس بالضرورة لتغييرها ولكن لتجديدها وإعادة النظر فيها. أنصح و بشدة بقراءته خصوصاً لريادي الأعمال والمستثمرين أو من له اهتمام بهذين المجاليين، أو اهتمام بشركات التقنية بشكل عام.

هذا الكتاب رغم أنه سيرة ذاتية وتجربة شخصية لمعالي الوزير إلا أنني أستطيع إعتباره "سيرة وثائقية" لتاريخ النفط وأرامكو السعودية وامتداداً لما تم توثيقه في كتاب "صخور النفط ورمال السياسة" سيرة وزير البترول الأول الشيخ عبدالله الطريقي. أتذكر كم أثر فيّ رد الوزير الطريقي رحمه الله –كم� ورد في سيرته- عندما سُأل في آخر أيامه وقد كبرت سنه و قلّ جهده و جَلَده عن عدم تدوين مذكراته و تجاربه و معاركه والتي بالتأكيد ستكون كنزاً إدارياً و اقتصادياً و تاريخياً لجيلنا والأجيال القادمة من بعدنا فكان رده وبكل حسرة: " يكاد الندم أن ينكّد علي حياتي، وعلى استعداد أن أملي ذكرياتي على من يتطوع لكتابتها"، وقد أحسن جداً معالي الوزير النعيمي في كتابة مذكراته ونشرها بعد تقاعده مباشرة قبل أن تتكرر الخسارة و تتضاعف الحسرة.

احتوى الكتاب على 19 فصلاً كُتبت بلغة سلسة و لياقة كتابية متناسقة وثابتة من الفصل الأول إلى الخاتمة سرد النعيمي من خلالها قصة حياته الاجتماعية والمهنية بداية من مولده وسط الصحراء في قرية "الراكة" في المنطقة الشرقية و نشئته في بيوت الشعر تحت رعاية أخواله في قبيلة العجمان، وانتقاله بعد ذلك للعيش مع والده في قرية ساحلية في الظهران وكيف كانت الصدفة سبباً لعمله مراسلاً بدون راتب في أرامكو إلى أن ترقى بالعمل الجاد والدؤوب والطموح العالي إلى قمة هرم أكبر شركة نفط في العالم. كما حفلت فصول الكتاب بمواقف و قصص مثيرة دارت في أروقة أرامكو و دواووين الحكومة وأجنحة الفنادق الأوروبية والتي قد تروى لأول مرة، كصراع فريق إدارة أرامكو مع الوزيرالسابق أحمد يماني في قضية استحواذ شركة بترومين على أرامكو، وصراع وزارة البترول ضد فريق وزارة الخارجية في منح امتيازات جديدة لشركات أجنبية في مجال التنقيب عن النفط والغاز، ومحادثات خفظ الانتاج و زيادته مع دول أوبك وغيرها كروسيا و المكسيك والنرويج. أيضاً قصص الانفتاح على الشرق والاستثمار في شركات محاصصة في مجال التكرير مع الدول الآسيوية حتى أصبحت المملكة أكبر مزود للنفط الخام للدول الآسيوية.

من زاوية أخرى، يعزز هذا الكتاب الثقافة النفطية كمطلب لنا نحن السعوديون بشكل خاص لعدة أعتبارات معروفة، وأزعم أنه ما أن ينتهي القارئ من الكتاب فإنه سيكون قادراً على المشاركة ولو بالحد الأدنى في نقاش معرفي عن النفط واقتصاديات النفط، عن زيادة الانتاج وخفظه، عن الدول المنتجة في أوبك و الدول المنتجه خارجها والعلاقة بينها، عن فرية "ذروة النفط" السعودي، عن أسعار النفط والحصة السوقية، عن النفط الصخري والغاز المصاحب والغاز الحر، عن الطاقة المتجددة ومستقبلها، عن سياسية المملكة النفطية منذ عهد الملك فيصل رحمه الله إلى عهد خادم الحرمين الشرفين الملك عبدالله رحمه الله بكل تقلبات السوق والأسعار والسياسات والتحالفات.

تأسرني الشخصيات الواثقة والمتزنة ذات الكريزما القيادية والعملية خصوصاً عندما تكون مقرونة بتميز واضح في تخصص أو عمل ما كـ معالي وزير النفط السابق علي النعيمي. أدار النعيمي وبكل اقتدار سياسة المملكة النفطية خلال العقدين السابقين (1995م � 2015م) والذين حفلا بالكثير من الأحداث السياسية والاقتصادية والتي بدورها كان لها تأثير مباشر على أسعار النفط وخطط التنمية.

كتاب ملهم ويجدد في القارئ الرغبة في تحقيق حياة أفضل و يحفزه على تطوير ذاته و تحقيق أهدافه. قد لا يجد البعض في أفكار المؤلف وموضوعه شيئاً جديداً، لكنه حتماً سيجد الجديد في صياغة و أسلوب و عرض هذه الأفكار وتجديدها بتفاصيل دقيقة مهمة و ملهمة و بلغة تخاطب عقل القارئ مباشرة وتساعده في ترتيب تفكيره وتطوير سلوكياته. ساق المؤلف الكثير من القصص والشواهد الحية التي مر بها خلال حياته العملية أوالخاصة لإيصال أفكاره بطريقة سلسة و مباشرة، ولعل طريقته في تلخيص كل فصل عند خاتمته تساعد على التركيز و الاستيعاب و تحويل موضوعه إلى سلوك عملي.

هروب من أب يكره أولاده (فقد قتل أحد أبنائه في لحظة غضب), شرود في أزقة مظلمة وخطرة بحثاً عن الطعام القليل, أو عن زاوية لينام فيها, واكتشاف لدنيا السارقين والمدمنين على السكر, تلك هي عناوين حقبة تفتقر إلى الخبز والحنان.

قرأتها في الطائرة على متن رحلة طويلة و وقت انتظاري في المطار .. نقلتني إلى بؤس الحياة والتشرد والضياع والانسحاق تحت خط الفقر في المغرب العربي في أواخر السبعينات الميلادية ما بين طنجة و تطوان، عشتُ حياته كطفل مهاجر و جائع، وكفتى معدم متسكع في الشوارع والمقاهي عاملاً أو ماسحاً للأحذية أو بائعاً للسجائر و" الكيف" غارقاً في الرذائل والشذوذ، و كمراهق جاهل لم يحض بتربية ولم يدخل مدرسة قط، يعيش في المقابر وفي علب الليل المنتنة مابين الكؤوس وأحضان البغايا، يقتات على فتات السرقة وعمليات التهريب. لم أستطع أن أقرأ الكثير من صفحاتها دون أن أتردد و أتجرع صدمتها و واقعيتها و "وقاحتها" أحياناً.

حين أنتهيت من قراءتها كنت مصدوماً من جرأتها و (مستوى الانحطاط الذي احتوته) ولكنني بعد تفكير طويل في الكاتب و نشأته و محيطه الاجتماعي والديني والأخلاقي وخروجه من الشوراع الخلفية إلى واجهة الحضارة والثقافة والرقي الإنساني بعدما تعلم القراءة والكتابة وهو في سن متأخرة في العشرين من عمره، و بعد تفكير في مغزاه وهدفه من كتابة سيرته الذاتية بكل هذه الشفافة والتي كما قال –رحم� الله- في بعض مقابلاته الصحفية أنها كانت بتشجيع من أحد أصدقائه، كتبت في آخر صفحاتها ما يلي:

]]> دين الفطرة 13424099 لم أختر اعتباطًا النص الذي يحمل في الأصل عنوان � عقيدة قس من جبال السافوا � لنقله إلى العربية. يخضع هذا الاحتيار لخطةٍ نقدية ذكرتها في مناسبات عدة . سبق لي أن قلت أن الفكر الغربي لم يقترب من تمثل الفكر الإسلامي إلا مرة واحدة ، وذلك أواسط القرن الثامن عشر الميلادي ، قبل ذلك التاريخ كان الحاجزُ المعتقدَ الديني وبعده كان المانع سدَّ الاستعمار.
ما الفائدة إذن لنا ، قراء العربية من نقل نص جان � جاك روسو ؟ المفيد بالنسبة لنا هو القايام بتجربة ذهنية معينة تساعدنا على فهم كتاب روسو وكتابات إسلامية شبيهة به.
فيرسم روسو لنفسه هنا ، عقيدة بسيطة ، بينة ، صادقة ، توفق بين العقل والوجدان ، تضمن للفرد الطمأنينة وللمجتمع الوحدة والاستقرار.
