So if you've read any Colleen Hoover before, you won't be surprised when I say I ADORED this book. I freakin' DEVOURED it. I was trying to sneak in paragraphs at red lights because I made the mistake of starting the book right before I had to be somewhere. (At least I didn't start it last night or else I would've been up until 4 am finishing it - which I have been known to do before.) If you HAVEN'T read any Colleen Hoover before, what are you waiting for?!

Colleen..... Thank you for writing such amazing stories. Thank you for your characters which make me feel so many emotions. Your books make me laugh, cry, hurt, want, they make my heart break and then rejoice. This story was no different. Auburn and Owen were great. Their "confessions" were amazing. I didn't see them coming at all (especially Auburn's) and I GREATLY appreciate that, since lots of books don't leave you surprised anymore.

Read this as part of my bookclub for December. And if I'm being honest, I probably wouldn't have finished it if it hadn't been for the bookclub! The first 4-5 chapters were ROUGH. So much of the financial stuff was going over my head. And even the names of the characters was confusing me, I think partly from the translation to English. WHY do we have to call Mikael Blomkvist so many names? Mikael, Mikke, Blomkvist, Kalle. I thought they were all different people. Same with calling Erika by Erika, Ricky, and Berger. It took me a while before I was able to figure all of that out.

This had all the elements of magic and "Harry Potter" that TRTTD was missing! I loved it! It had some similarities to some other fanfic's that I had read, but also some good differences. It was fun to have Lucius around as a characters. I loved all the elves. And Pansy was a fun character too!! One of my favorite things about these Dramoine stories is how long they are. No limits when writing a fanfic! It took me 2 weeks of reading quite frequently to finish which is a LONG time for me!

I enjoyed this story but I wish it had more magic elements in it. It kind of felt like any old office romance. You could've taken Draco and Hermione out of it, but that made me not like it as much. Probably my favorite Freida book and I am SO EXCITED for the movie! Brandon Sklenar as Andrew??!! Yes please! This one was so twisty and so wild. Nina had me screaming at the book for how insane she was with the things she would do. Some of Millie's decisions also had me yelling at the book.

Aaaaalright...... I made the classic stupid assumption that this was a 3 book series. I feel like series are most commonly 3 books. And I didn't want to look up spoilers, I don't even like to read BLURBS for books before I read them..... SO I HAD NO IDEA THIS WASN'T THE LAST BOOK. Honestly, I had about 100 pages left before I thought to myself "Wow they still have so much to wrap up, I wonder how they're going to do that..."

I had been nervous to read this series since Shatter Me is one of my all time favorites, and I was worried I would have too high of expectation... Well I will say that it seemingly started out a little slow, and I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get into it. It was about 30% until I really got into it, and around 60% it became un-put-downable!!!

In hindsight I think that the slow start was by design so that you could really understand the world and the dialogue and everything that this story was. It took me a while to get used to it. But once I did, I loved it. Tahereh has such a way with words, it's so beautiful the way she writes.

So excited to read book 2 and 3 in this series!

Much better which surprised me since the second book in a trilogy is usually the weakest! I loved Jacks in this book and it was nice that we started to get a little bit more information instead of just feeling like we were thrown into this blindly with nothing to help guide us.

Not my favorite by Carley Fortune, but it was alright. It really made me want to go on a vacation to visit my favorite place. It was a great ode to a favorite "home away from home". That kind of vacation spot that is a setting in your dreams.

I was slightly underwhelmed by the "big big secret" that Bridget was keeping. I was expecting something soooo much worse!
