عندما انتهت الحرب العالمية الثانية، كنت في عامي الخامس، ولقد رأيت اليابان مهزومة وعشت مع أسرتي نواجه مصيرنا بلا أي عون. كنا لا نملك شيئاً أمام الجوع والحرمان وظروف الطقس وغيرها. ولقد رافقت عملية إعادة البناء، كنت أعيش مع عائلتي في طوكيو وطوكيو هدمت بالكامل حياً حياً شارعاً شارعاً. في الأيام الأخيرة من الحرب. عرفت هذا كله وعرفت أيضاً نتائج مسيرة تصحيح الأخطاء وأنا نفسي استمتعت بثمار النهوض الاقتصادي الياباني. بعدئذ سافرت إلى البلدان العربية وكانت قد تجاوزت الثلاثين من عمري ورأيت وقرأت وتحدثت إلى الناس في كل مكان نزلت فيه. لقد عانيت بنفسي غياب العدالة الاجتماعية وتهميش المواطن وإذلاله وانتشار القمع بشكل لا يليق بالإنسان وغياب أنواع الحرية كحرية الرأي والمعتقد والسوك وغيرها. كما غرفت عن قرب كيف تضحي المجتمع بالأفراد الموهوبين والأفراد المخلصين، ورأيت كيف يغلب على سلوك الناس عدم الشعور بالمسؤولية تجاه المجتمع وتجاه الوطن ولذلك كانت ترافقني أسئلة بسيطة وصعبة: لماذا لا يستفيد العرب من تجاربهم؟ لماذا لا ينتقد العرب أخطاءهم؟ لماذا يكرر العرب الأخطاء نفسها؟ نحن نعرف أن تصحيح الأخطاء يحتاج إلى وقت قصير أو طويل. فلكل شيء وقت ولكن السؤال هو: كم يحتاج العرب من الوقت لكي يستفيدوا من تجاربهم ويصححوا أخطاءهم، ويضعوا أنفسهم على الطريق السليم؟!

من يكون "نابليون هيل"؟ وما مصدر فلسفته؟ ولد "نابليون هيل" في أسرة فقيرة عام 1883 في منزل مكون من غرفة واحدة في ريف فيرجينيا. وقد أصبح يتيمًا في سن الثانية عشرة وتولى أقرباؤه مسئولية تربيته. وللتغلب على فقره وطبيعته الثورية، صارع للتعلم وأصبح واحدًا من العباقرة العمليين في عصره.

وإن المجمع - طلباً للاتقان - أوكَلَ هذا الكتاب إلى نخبة مباركة من الأساتذة أهل الاختصاص في العلم الشرعي، ولا سيما الفقه، ثم عرضه بعد إنجازه على لجنة استشارية متخصصة لمراجعته، حتى تستدرك ما عساه قد ند، أو غمض.. فجاء - بحمد الله - بمحاسن جمة، منها: التحري البالغ في صحة ما تبنى عليه الأحكام الفقهية من أحاديث وآثار في كل مسألة، وشموله، واستيعابه لجميع أبواب الفقه ومسائله التي ليس للمسلم غنى عنها، ووضوح عباراته، ويسر أسلوبه، لينتفع به طلبة العلم فمن دونهم من عامة المسلمين، ودقة تقسيماته، وسهولة الاستفادة من موضوعاته، وذلك بجعلها تحت عنوانات تدل عليها، وتعين على فهمها، وتضمنه التنبيه على جملة من المخالفات الشرعية التي ربما وقع فيها كثير من المسلمين، إما جهلاً أو تقليداً.

وقد تلخص منهج العمل في الكتاب إلى تقسيم الموضوعات إلى كتب رئيسة بلغ عددها أربعة عشرة كتاباً، سبقها تمهيد تضمن التعريف بالفقه، وموضوعه، وثمرته، وفضله.

وأما الكتب (الموضوعات) فهو على النحو التالي:

(1) كتاب الطهارة، ويشتمل على عشرة أبواب: أحكام الطهارة والمياه، الآنية، قضاء الحاجة وآدابها، السواك وسنن الفطرة، الوضوء، المسح على الخفين والعمامة والجبيرة، أحكام الغسل، أحكام التيمم، أحكام النجاسات وكيفية تطهيرها، الحيض والنفاس.

(2) كتاب الصلاة، ويشتمل على خمسة عشر باباً: تعريف الصلاة وفضلها، ووجوب الصلوات الخمس. أحكام الأذان والإقامة. مواقيت الصلاة. شروطها وأركانها ومبطلاتها وسننها ومكروهاتها وحكم تاركها. صلاة التطوع. سجود السهو والتلاوة والشكر. صلاة الجماعة. أحكام الإمامة. صلاة أهل الأعذار. صلاة الجمعة. صلاة الخوف. صلاة العيدين. صلاة الاستسقاء. صلاة الكسوف. صلاة الجنازة، وأحكام الجنائز.

(3) كتاب الزكاة، ويشتمل على ستة أبواب: مقدمات الزكاة. زكاة الذهب والفضة. زكاة الخارج من الأرض. زكاة بهيمة الأنعام. زكاة الفطر. أهل الزكاة.

(4) كتاب الصيام، ويشتمل على خمسة أبواب: مقدمات الصيام. الأعذار المبيحة للفطر والمفطرات. مستحبات الصيام ومكروهاته. القضاء والصيام المستحب، وما يكره من الصيام. الاعتكاف.

(5) كتاب الحج، ويشتمل على سبعة أبواب: مقدمات الحج. الأركان والواجبات. المحظورات والفدية والهدي. صفة الحج والعمرة. الأماكن المشروع زيارتها في المدينة. الأضحية. العقيقة.

(6) كتاب الجهاد، ويشتمل على ثلاثة أبواب: حكم الجهاد وشروطه ومسقطاته. أحكام الأسرى والغنائم. أحكام الهدنة، والذمة والأمان ودفع الجزية.

(7) كتاب المعاملات، ويشتمل على ثلاثة وعشرين باباً: البيوع. الربا. القرض. الرهن. السلم،. الحوالة. الوكالة. الكفالة. الحجر. الشركة. الإجارة. المزارعة والمساقاة. الشفعة والجوار. الوديعة، والاتلافات. الغضب. الصلح. المسابقة. العارية. إحياء الموات. الجعالة. اللقطة واللقيط. الوقف. الهبة والعطية.

(8) كتاب المواريث والوصايا والعتق ويشتمل على أربعة أبواب: تصرفات المريض. الوصية. العتق والكتابة والتدبير. الفرائض والمواريث.

(9) كتاب النكاح والطلاق، ويشتمل على أحد عشر باباً: النكاح. الصداق والعشرة وولية العرس. الخلع. الطلاق. الإيلاء. الظهار. اللعان. العدة والإحداد. الرضاع. الحضانة وأحكامها. النفقات.

هذا الكتاب الذي صدر أخيراً باللغة العربية عن مشروع "كلمة" ليتمكن من قراءته متذوقو هذا الفن في العالم العربي، كل فصل فيه هو كناية عن استراتيجية تهدف إلى حل مشكلة محددة ستواجه أي شخص غالباً، مشكلات كهذه تتضمن القتال مع جيش يقف وراءك من دون أن يملك الحافز، هدر الطاقة في القتال على جبهات كثيرة في وقت واحد، الإحساس برهبة الاحتكاك، التناقض بين الخطط والواقع، الدخول في مواقف لا يمكنك الخروج منها، ومع ذلك من الأفضل أن تتمكن من قراءة كافة الاستراتيجيات، وأن تستوعبها، وأن تسمح لها بأن تصبح جزءاً من ترسانتك العقلية. حتى وأنت تحاول تجنب حرب ما، وعدم خوضها، فإن العديد من هذه الاستراتيجيات تستحق الاطلاع عليها لأهداف دفاعية ولكي تجعل نفسك واعياً لما قد يكون الطرف الآخر ناوياً عليه.

وقد حاز هذا الكتاب على إعجاب كبار أصحاب الأقلام من الصحفيين لما يشكله كمرجع سياسي واستراتيجي.

وقال الدكتور علي بن تميم مدير مشروع كلمة للترجمة "إن التركيز على ترجمة أهم الكتب التاريخية والروائية والشعرية يقدم استراتيجية هيئة أبوظبي للثقافة والتراث تلك التي تسعى إلى تقديم ثقافة الآخر في سياقات التنوع والاختلاف، كما أنها تؤكد أهداف مشروع "كلمة" المتمثلة في فتح قنوات جديدة للقارئ العربي وإحياء حركة الترجمة من اللغات الأجنبية في الثقافة العربية".

وقد قام بترجمة الكتاب إلى اللغة العربية سامر أبو هواش وهو مترجم وكاتب فلسطيني يحمل ليسانس في الإعلام من الجامعة اللبنانية، وقد قام بترجمة العديد من الكتب الأدبية والروائية والقصصية.

أما مؤلف الكتاب فهو روبرت غرين ولد في لوس أنجلوس عام 1945، كاتب أميركي معروف بكتبه في الاستراتيجية والقوة، تخرج في جامعة كاليفورنيا بيركلي، وجامعة ويسكونسن ماديسون، حيث حصل على شهادة في الدراسات الكلاسيكية، وعمل محرراً في مدينة نيويورك، وكاتباً للقصة، عاش عدة سنوات في لندن وباريس وبرشلونة، ويتحدث عدداً من اللغات، وعمل مترجماً. وفي عام 1995 شارك بتخطيط وإنشاء كلية للفنون خارج مدينة البندقية بإيطاليا، وله العديد من المؤلفات والكتب من أشهرها كتاب "كيف تمسك بزمام القوة".


هذا الكتاب هو دليل للعبة الاجتماعية الحاذقة في الحياة اليومية... يعتمد على مبادئ الحرب العسكرية.

ويمكن تحديد معالم هذا المنهج على النحو التالي: أولاً التزامه بإيراد كل ما يتعلق بالنبي صاحب القصة من كتاب الله تعالى، وأخبار القرآن في هذا السياق هي الأخبار المجزوم يصدقها على وجه اليقين من دون تردد. ولم يكتف المؤلف بذلك بل وقف مع الآيات محللاً لها، مفسراً لمعانيها، متعمقاً في مغازيها، وهو المفسر الواعي بدقائق التفسير.

ثانياً عنايته عناية كبيرة بالأخبار والآثار المروية بشأن هؤلاء الأنبياء على عدة مستويات، فالأحاديث يعنى بعزوها إلى مصادرها، منبهاً على صحيحها وسقيمها في كثير من الأحيان، والإسرائيليات إذا وردت في النص، فإنه يرويها في حذر المحدث الواعي بالمرويات، مبيناً الغث منها وما يمكن أن يكون في إطار المقبول، والآثار يتتبع ما يلقي على النص شيئاً من الضوء لإيضاح غامض أو توضيح مبهم. ثالثاً العناية باللغة إلى حد معقول فيفسر ما نبا من مفردات، ويشرح ما ثقل فهمه من نصوص، وهو يحمل في ذهنه عقلية لغوية بليغة. رابعاً بالإضافة إلى ذلك كله التسلسل المنهجي المنطلق مع الأحداث، مع شيء من الاستطراد المقبول بهدف استخراج العظة والوقوف مع فائدة هنا، أو شاردة هناك.

صديقى رجل يحب الجدل ويهوى الكلام وهو يعتقد أننا نحن المؤمنون السذج نقتات بالاوهام ونضحك على أنفسنا بالجنة والحوار العين وتفوتنا لذات الدنيا ومفاتنها.. وصديقى بهذه المناسبة تخرج من فرنسا وحصل على دكتوراه وعاش مع الهيبيز وأصبح ينكر كل شئ.
قال لى ساخرا:
-انتم تقولون: ان الله موجود، وعمدة براهينكم هو قانون "السببية" الذى ينص على أن لكل صنعة صانعا ولكل خلق خالقاً ولكل وجود موجدا.. النسيج يدل على النساج والرسم على الرسام والنقش على النقاش والكون بهذا المنطق أبلغ دليل على الاله القدير الذى خلقه.
صدقنا وآمنا بهذا الخالق.. ألا يحق لنا بنفس المنطق أن نسأل.. ومن خلق الخالق.. من خلق الله الذى تحدثوننا عنه.. ألا تقودنا نفس استدلالاتكم الى هذا.. وتبعا لنفس قانون السببية.. ما رأيكم فى هذا المطب دام فضلكم؟. ونحن نقول له: سؤالك فاسد.. ولا مطب ولا حاجة فأنت تسلم بأن الله خالق ثم تقول من خلقه؟! فتجعل منه خالقا ومخلوقا فى نفس الجملة وهذا تناقض، والوجه الآخر لفساد السؤال أنك تتصور خضوع الخالق لقوانين مخلوقاته.. فالسببية قانوننا نحن أبناء الزمان والمكان.
والله الذى خلق الزمان والمكان هو بالضرورة فوق الزمان والمكان ولا يصح لنا أن نتصوره مقيدا بالزمان والمكان ولا بقوانين الزمان والمكان. والله هو الذى خلق قانون السببية فلا يجوز أن نتصوره خاضعا لقانون السببية الذى خلقه، وأنت بهذه السفسطة أشبه بالعرائس التى تتحرك بزمبلك وتتصور أن الانسان الذى صنعها لابد هو الآخر يتحرك بزمبلك.. فاذا قلنا لها بل هو يتحرك من تلقاء نفسه.. قالت: مستحيل أن يتحرك شئ من تلقاء نفسه.. انى أرى فى عالمى كل شئ يتحرك بزمبلك، وأنت بالمثل لا تتصور أن الله موجود بذاته بدون موجد.. لمجرد أنك ترى كل شئ حولك فى حاجة الى موجد.
