Constance is entering society and hiding her enormous dowry from fortune hunters to ensure her future fiance is a love match. Matthew’s not interested in marrying for money, despite his father’s lectures that the estate must be propped up with a sizable dowry from his future bride. Hijinks ensue.

This kisses-only romance was rather convoluted and had a lot of finger pointing, but it was still great fun.
