How would you translate Piglet's name? In English "piglet" really means "young pig", but in this story it seems to be a diminutive, meaning more of "little pig" in the same way that people sometimes call a fully grown cat "kitty" though it comes from "kitten" (young cat). A lab leak cannot be excluded as a possibility, but I don't think you have provided any evidence for it. Beliefs and emails do not provide evidence for anything other than beliefs. Historically, we already know that HIV and influenza and many other human diseases came from improperly handled contact with wildlife. So what is so special about the wuhan coronavirus that makes it not more than 50% likely to be from the same kind of origin?
