Ohhh, this was so clever. So satisfying on multiple levels. Was the ending a little predictable? Marginally. But had I been the author, I would have been supremely tempted to go the same way he did with James. Just brilliant.

I was so intrigued by the premise of this novel, but it was a bit too dark and strange for me to really get into it. That said, it was definitely unique. Language alert.
