Plot: this is a book for light-hearted old people that avoid thinking and revel in a false nostalgia. It's also a certainly interesting choice to glamorize the MI6 these days and depict it as a lovely, friendly institution run by elderly people. Story and jokes are the opposite of interesting.

Style: the character workout building is terrible. In between dialogues, you cannot distinguish between the characters, which makes this entire book an insufferable mess.
