It's based on the work of psychologist Alfred Adler but you don't need to know anything going on, as the youth asks all the obvious questions.

I've heard these ideas before but I really liked the format as the youth brought up several of the questions coming into my own head. The prescriptions seem simple but are quite profound, and require living and experiencing life in a completely different way, focusing on contributing to others in the here and now, rather than focusing primarily on one's own past experiences and future goals. Easy to say, hard to do, but I'm inspired to try practicing this approach!"
