A single book that made me take a longggg break from reading novels. Compared to the film, it is not as fun or whimsical. At first, it does feel nice having a slice of life in this sort of way, but most of the book, nothing impactful or interesting happens and it's hard for me to continue this book in the hopes of it being worthwhile for myself.

Not a bad book by any means, but I felt increasingly bored. The time I read the most of it was during a power outage caused by a hurricane, where I had nothing else to do but read this book. If not for that, and if I had any other books, it would never be my first choice.
