"1.5 ⭐️ and I’m not rounding up!!

I’ll start by saying I have loved all of Emily Henry’s books prior to this. But this book�.😑. I am absolutely, devastatingly underwhelmed. This was Evelyn Hugo all over again, but the Walmart version. I didnt even like Evelyn Hugo to begin with so this really worked my last nerve! All of the characters were annoying. The plot was boring and the banter between the two MCs was obnoxious. "

Hilarious, diabolical and entertaining!

Was this the best thriller ever written? NO.
But was it wildly entertaining? YES!!

Were there a few plot holes? SURE.
But can your imagination fill in the gaps? YES!!

Were there a few things that felt unrealistic? OF COURSE.
But was the book supposed to be taken seriously? NO!


For this to be a sequel it was actually good. I can’t say what I would’ve liked to see differently (it would spoil it), but those desires didn’t take away from my listening experience.
