thedeadlyscimitar is 67% done with City of Fallen Angels: So far I’m really feeling like The Mortal Instruments series should have ended after City of Glass. There are other good Shadowhunters books from other series that came out after that, but so far I’m not too crazy about this one. This book is just rife with teenage angst, annoying misunderstandings, characters making stupid decisions and refusing to communicate seemingly just for the sake of drama.

thedeadlyscimitar is 36% done with City of Fallen Angels: One thing that I really can’t stand in romance stories is stupid miscommunications. It drives me crazy when the characters refuse to TALK to each other, especially when they are in an established relationship.

I’m also EXTREMELY disappointed in Simon for two timing Isabelle and Maia. I thought he was better than that�
