This book has a non-denominational Christian slant, but is filled with the tools and techniques a good therapist will teach you. My religion has a course called Finding Strength in the Lord: Emotional Resilience, which covers most of the same principles. There were some anecdotes I didn’t find helpful, but most everything was relevant and useful.
