This is book 2 in the Wayward Sons series and it does not disappoint. Bree hasn’t spoken to her childhood best friend, Ford, in ten years but that changes when his daughter shows up at her bar out of the blue looking for Ford. When Ford sees that Bree is calling him after no contact for years he automatically answers and gets surprising information that has him returning to his small town. Ford returns to meet his 13 year old daughter he had no idea existed. As Ford gets to know his daughter and starts to build a life for them in the small town of Hatterwick, he’s also trying to fix things with Bree. Their road to HEA is not easy and they get hit with bumps and a mystery that has been plaguing the town for 13 years. As they get close to finding answers their lives are at risk as well. But things fall as they should and they get closer to solving the mystery, but we’re still left with a few questions. This was a great addition to the series and it had me hooked from the beginning and did not want it to end. I can’t wait for more of this series and what is in store for us. ]]>

This was such a hard to put down cute read. Derek and Sutton meet when Derek takes his son to the ER because he broke his arm at school. There’s an instant attraction between them. As they begin to fall and build something together, we’re reminded a little of Derek’s past and how he changed his life to be a better person for his son to be proud of. For Sutton, this is a second chance for love and she’s a bit wary to start something. But as they reach their HEA, they begin to build a blended family full of love and care for each other. Troy and Lydia are adorable together and become instant friends. Their story can be read as a standalone but for more of Derek’s past, he comes out in Best Kept Secret and in his son’s college story in Sideline Infraction. Such a beautiful redemption story you won’t want to put down. ]]>

Amazing!!!

This is the last book of the trilogy and it does not disappoint. Ophelia and her men go through challenges and are pushed to limits they didn’t know they had. Be prepared for a wild and emotional rollercoaster that will have you not only on the edge of your seat but also holding on to that edge. Things happened as they should and even though we got some surprises, it was still a great ending. ]]>

Dante Armanelli 🥵🥵🥵

This is my first Shain Rose book but it will not be my last. Dante and Delilah hooked me into their rollercoaster ride and I did not want to get off. It was a great time, emotional with all the feels and all the angst but a great time nonetheless. Dante is Delilah’s older brothers best friend. During the summer before she started college, she was left home alone while her brothers were busy else where and her parents were dealing with her twin sister so she came up with a plan to lose her virginity to Dante. They spend days together and Dante was to make their relationship permanent and come clean to the family. But he gets called back to the military before it can happen. Delilah goes to college cross the country. Fast forward a few years and Dante is back in her life in Puerto Rico where she is going to start working as a nurse. They have their work cut out for themselves to get to their HEA and when they finally get there, all the ups and downs and bumps they hit become worth it. Definitely an enjoyable read and will be reading more of this series. ]]>

could not put it down!!

This book was amazing! The world building, the characters and the plot all hook you in. Saeris and Kingfisher take you on a wild ride that you will not want to end. The growth of their characters and the chemistry they are both clearly trying to fight is melting hot. But as they fight for not only their lives, but of the lives of the people they care about, you can’t help staying on the edge of your seat in anticipation. The plot twists will have you almost falling off that edge you’re on but you catch yourself just as fast. Saeris and Kingfisher’s relationship takes you on an emotional ride but I was totally here for it from start to finish. Definitely a must read and I can’t wait for the next book and wants to come next for these characters. ]]>
