Did I read this because Taylor Swift is dating a footballer? Yes, yes I did.

But wow did I enjoy it! It’s so cute and light, with fake dating, pining secretly for each other, friends-to-lovers, and a happily ever after ~ all I needed for a romcom.

So conflicted about this book..

On one hand, love the Brigerton world and being back in it..

But on the other hand, this book had a bit too much cheesiness and love at first sight moments� which I chose to forgive in the end cause it’s not bad, and I grew to accept it for what it was. Plus, I really enjoyed the banter and humour!

Another conflict I had was with Benedict - as nice as he was, he had some questionable actions which bothered me at times..

I really enjoyed this book� however Colin’s jealousy about a certain thing (not mentioning cause of spoilers) annoyed me so much that I wanted to lower this to a 3.. but he slightly redeemed himself so keeping it a 4.
