I've liked everything else I've read by Nevill but everything about this one just fell completely flat for me. there was some promising imagery in the beginning and I gave it more than a shot (I think I stopped at about 53% finally) but nothing happened for so long, and when something finally did happen it simply wasn't worth the wait.
