"4 Stars!

1. Everyone deserves their own Xavier (other than his parents cause they are just awful awful people)
2. Samantha and Xavier have SUCH a love that I just adored with my whole heart.
3. Dementia aspect felt so real and done with love and it just broke me.
4. All the animals (some without a butt hole!)

There's so many elements in this that I well and truly loved some bits I found to be slightly more difficult, but the romance itself is top tier!"

Never was a fan of sweets, salty treats were more my thing. But noticed lately an increased appetite for cake, cookies and other sugary stuff. This came along with raised values of the insulin resistance hormone. Yuck.
Because of this I decided to search for ways to improve my health without turning to medicines. And this book is a great way to start the journey in the world of glucose.
Each method begins with short explanations and they are joined by a lot and surprisingly easy to do recepies (with few ingredients too).
One thing I need to discover is how to remove Pepsi/Cola from my life as I'm struggling with drinking plain water 😭

After several attempts and more than a month I have to acknowledge the truth and leave it behind. There is no need to keep torturing myself by reading this book. The story, the characters, the pace and so many more did not convince me to continue reading it. So I'm going to dnf it.
