Spændende bog, som dykker ned i kvinders forhold til alkohol og den påvirkning som samfundet har haft på kvindernes alkohol forbrug. Jeg savnede lidt flere anekdoter fra Anna, måske fordi jeg synes at hun var en person som jeg selv kunne relatere til, så det havde været en bedre læseoplevelse for mig hvis hun havde uddybet nogle af hendes egne oplevelser med alkohol.

It’s clear to see that M. L. Wang’s biggest asset is her imagination and her character driven stories, but this book suffered from some serious pacing issues. I was having a hard time following this story, which seemed to have an odd pacing that didn’t do the story justice. Blood over Bright Haven was a much better fit for me, so I hope that in the future, Wang’s brilliant writing style will be more like that story, which was a new all time favorite for me.
