I loved this book and can’t wait to see what the next book in the series will bring . You can always count on a sweet love story and a happy ending. This one dealt with some of the tougher topics such as parents fighting, life after divorce and parental expectations. I loved this book it’s book 1 in the sweet sports kisses series and now I’m wanting Genevieve’s story which I hope isn’t too far off in the distance. This is a repeat author for me and most of her books are 5 stars for me so this was no surprise . If you like marriage of convenience and unrequited love finally come to fruition then this book is for you. I liked the banter between the characters throughout the book that kept you on your toes. I appreciated seeing beaus soft side as even though he is this big strong guy doesn’t mean he doesn’t have emotions and get hurt sometimes too. His work with the kid shows how much it can impact them and their families. Similar to the big sister big brother program.

This is my first book by this author and now I need to back read the others in this series. The book was well written with light faith elements woven through the story . A story of arson happening again but how can it if the arson is dead. Unless it’s a copy cat but it’s so close to the original it is scary.
Darcy answers the phones at emergency response and was the one to first suspect the original arsonist .
Lucas was Darcy’s first love and best friend until he left . Joining the police force but not that way he he had always dreamed of .
Lucas is back and together they hopefully can find answers to the question of who is behind this .
Why is the arsonist back ?
