"Wonderful story, as I expected. I love Niss Williams story telling. Soft, emotional and tender. So many moral stories and her characters do not bored.

I enjoy very much the relationship between Pearl and Cord. How they evolved with the story and how they got their HEA.

I don't even know where to start, I loved this book. From the start, The Serpent and the Wolf grabbed my attention and Vaasa was an incredible main character. Whew. This one was deadly, shocking, and delivered a unique world. Despite this being a long book, the pacing was on point and I was never bored.

Don't go into this one expecting a romance; it may become more evident in the second one, but this one is just a brutal fantasy.
