This feel more like a novella than another book in the series, it did kind of prepare us for what is probably to come. Honestly this would have been a perfect ending to the series. I am so happy, can't wait to begin the next book.
The character development is what I love most about this book. I finally finished this book. I enjoyed it a lot more than the house of Sky and Breath! And the smut in this book was smutting. I like that the tools of sex (you know what I mean) were called what it is, no velvet wrapped steel or feminine head!

i have not really read a lot of Fae book but this one got me itching to pick out other. . i am currently in the next book as i write this review and i can say i love where things are headed. this first book got me thinking of beauty and the beast but now (hail girl power).
