Totally unexpected. I usually read suspenseful books, so I kept expecting a massive twist but it was wholesome. I enjoyed it overall. I managed to get through till the end but I did feel like skipping parts. I'm not a general fan of Jodi Picoilt in general so I don't want to be totally unfair- parts of the books I did enjoy but I disliked Diana and Gabriel so it was hard when I didn't really like any of the characters!
