MORE THAN AN ATTRACTIVE FACE by Sandra Lou Taylor

Full disclosure—I received a copy of More Than an Attractive Face directly from the author as a gift for having been a beta reader, so I was already familiar with the story. However, when I received the published version, I was drawn in again, first by the charming book cover and then by the characters themselves.
There is more than one attractive face that leads into the courtship of Elizabeth and Daniel. Sandra Lou Taylor knows her characters well and does an excellent job of developing and capturing their complexities. What a good foundation she has for the start of the Hadley Hope Series. If you enjoy historical romances with deep values, I highly recommend this book.
