I loved it! The writing style, the characters and their interactions, the plot. Slow romance without telling every 2 pages how handsome he is.

It is a beauty and the beast retelling, but it took the core of the story and then turned it into an amazing plot.

A bit lazy writing when the prologue of the previous book, are the first 2 chapters of this book..

I never got the titles of the previous books really, but this one I do. This is my favourite book of the series so far with only 1 to go. Pacing is good and there are happening more stuff. Interesting ones.

Funny to see how Kenji suddenly has the biggest part of the POV of the story as in book 1 he was a small side character still. I begged that he would be fun and luckily he was.

The start was very random and right into it where, if you didn't read the novella, you would be really lost. Loved the ending. It had a good closer effect.
